尚武崇德对青少年思想品格的塑造

尚武崇德是从事武术运动的人在社会活动中所遵循的道德规范和应有的道德品质,蕴涵着深厚的传统文化底蕴。青少年从事武术运动一方面有助于培养其高尚的道德品质、顽强的意志品质和奋发向上的精神,另一方面有助于青少年形成良好的武德品质,并对其思想行为产生良好的效应,对青少年思想品质的塑造产生良好的作用。     

少年运动员营养配膳

对福州市少体校游泳、田径、女篮等项目的部分运动员进行为期三年的营养配膳 ,运动员的膳食中各种营养素摄入量均达到或接近运动员标准 ,三大营养素供能比及三餐能量分配较合理。结果显示 :运动员身体素质得到改善 ,运动成绩明显提高。

The institutional shaping of children’s educational experiences in secure custody: A case study of a secure children’s home in England

Secure Children’s Homes accommodate some of the most vulnerable children in society and yet they have evaded sustained academic attention. Consequently, little is known about children’s education in this type of setting. Through the lens of institutional ethnography, this paper explores how experiences of education inside one Secure Children’s Home in England are shaped by the institution. This approach makes visible that while the small-scale of the setting is of value, the mix of children accommodated for qualitatively different reasons is problematic for both the delivery of education and the children’s engagement in learning.     

Leadership challenges in an educational program at a UAE juvenile detention center: A contextual analysis

Effective school leadership is a vital component of successful educational organizations, and the increasing complexity of schools requires leaders to employ contingent skills and contextualized approaches. We examined administrative approaches and challenges at an educational center of a juvenile detention facility in Abu Dhabi. Qualitative data for analysis were collected through interviews from administrators, a social worker, and teachers. Specific challenges encountered by the leaders of the juvenile center included support and communication issues with parents, discontinuity in juvenile students’ education, organizational and systemic problems, policy constraints, managerial pitfalls following early releases, curriculum suitability and delivery issues, problems involving follow-up and progress management of students, and difficulties regarding the general motivation and rehabilitation of juvenile students. The findings illustrated the significance of leaders’ roles in juvenile education and the staff relationships that influenced the fulfillment of leaders’ roles.

预防少数民族地区农村青少年犯罪是政府、社会、学校、家庭的共同责任。由于特殊的经济社会发展环境,少数民族地区农村青少年犯罪具有自身的特点和成因,应该结合当前少数民族地区农村青少年犯罪的特点和成因,做好家庭教育,发挥学校教育主渠道作用,优化社会环境,共同提高预防少数民族地区农村青少年犯罪的成效。

论我国未成年人刑事责任年龄制度

大连13岁未成年人杀人案折射出我国近年来未成年人犯罪低龄化的社会问题。反观我国未成年人刑事责任年龄制度,具有无法有效防控低龄未成年犯罪、“一刀切”的制度过于僵化、各方利益难以平衡且难以体现罪责刑相适应原则等问题。利用比较分析的方法,对域外英国、美国和我国香港地区的未成年人刑事责任年龄制度进行了研究,提出在立法层面引入恶意补足年龄规则,并在实践层面完善配套措施以保障其顺利实施。
