五四——中国女性文学的首次崛起

文章从性别意识的初步觉醒、题材内容表达方式的丰富多彩、对被侮辱者和被损害者的关切同情、以个人经历和独特感受为情绪主线结构作品、自叙式的表达方式等方面,勾划了五四——中国女性文学的首次崛起轮廓。     

Targeting of human aFGF gene into silkworm, Bombyx mori L.Through homologous recombination

The long-arm and short-arm genes of fibroin light chain (L-chain) of silkworm, Bombyx Mori L., and the gene of human acidic fibroblast growth factor were cloned respectively and subsequently inserted into a transfer vector pVL1392 used as a tool to target the L-chain region of the silkworm genome. Genomic DNA from their offsprings was extracted and the expected targeting was detected using polymerase chain reaction and DNA sequencing, as well as protein analysis. The results showed that positive events occurred and that the FGF gene was integrated into the L-chain locus through homologous recombination.     

张东荪视角下的五四东西文化论争

中西文化比较是张东荪文化思想的重心,他本人不但参与了五四东西文化论争,而且在进一步的研究中反思和批判了这场论争。通过梳理张东荪五四后相关文化观点,考察他对五四东西文化比较的整体认知,旨在借助这一特殊历史人物的视角,窥见这场思潮的概貌。     

两种除草剂对加拿大一枝黄花的防除效果比较研究

鉴于对加拿大一枝黄花这一外来入侵物种危害性的了解,以及控制其扩展蔓延的困难。本文研究使它隆乳油2 g/L、Round-up 15mL/L、以及两者的混合液对开花期的加拿大一枝黄花的防除效果。结果表明:无论鲜重防效还是根系生理指标的测定,Round-up防除效果最好。药后20天,Round-up对地上部和根系鲜重防效分别达到49.18%和62.63%,而使它隆只有7.05%和30.18%。生理上,Round-up能明显抑制根系活力、过氧化物酶的活性、显著地降低可溶性糖的含量和提高丙二醛的含量。     

Use of flow cytometry to investigate the cytokine response pattern in infants with respiratory syncytial virus infection and bronchiolitis

Objective: To investigate the cytokine response pattern (IL-4/IFN-γ) in infants with RSV infections and bronchiolitis during the acute phase. Methods: Four-color flow cytometry was used to measure intracellular IL-4 and IFN-γ expressions in peripheral blood CD3+ and CD8+ lymphocytes from RSV-infected and bronchiolitis infants. Serum IL-4 and IFN-γ levels were also determined. Results: RSV-infected and bronchiolitis infants showed no statistical differences from not-RSV-infected or pneumonia infants and control in the frequency of IL-4 and IFN-γ expressions in CD3+CD8- lymphocytes, showed no obvious Th1/Th2 imbalance, while IFN-γ was expressed much more frequently in CD3+CD8+ lymphocytes. Systematically, RSV-infected and bronchiolitis infants showed much lower levels of serum IL-4 and IL-4/IFN-γ ratios and much higher serum IFN-γ levels than control. However, there were no statistical differences in the above three indices between RSV-infected and not-RSV infected infants or between bronchiolitis and pneumonia infants, except that bronchiolitis infants had a higher level of serum IFN-γ than pneumonia infants statistically. Conclusions: There is no type-2 cytokine response predominance in the acute phase of RSV infection and bronchiolitis. IL-4 production is suppressed and IFN-γ production upregulated, the latter being most prominent in bronchiolitis infants.     

吕叔湘的人教情缘

吕叔湘是我国著名语言学家和语文教育家。1952年10月,他受叶圣陶之邀任职人民教育出版社,1954年至1955年兼任副总编辑。在人教社工作期间,他主持制订《暂拟汉语教学语法系统》并领导了新中国统编教材初级中学课本《汉语》及其教学参考书的编写工作。离开人教社后,吕叔湘仍关心人教社中小学语文教材建设并积极参与语文教学指导工作,与人教社结下了不解情缘。     

川陕革命根据地的布币

土地革命战争时期．红四方面军在川北建立了川陕革命根据地．这是仅次于中央苏区的第二大苏区。为发展经济、稳定金融、保障供给．川陕苏维埃政府先后发行“铜币券”、“银币券”(含布币纸币)．其中以布币为大宗．这是在特殊条件下所出现的特殊现象。但它对红军的壮大和苏维埃政权的运转提供了一定的资金保障．对苏区的稳定和发展起着重要的作用。     

杯[4]芳烃的合成与表征

本文参考现有文献对合成路线加以改进和优化,以较高产率地得到杯[4]芳烃,并用红外光谱数据和热分析数据对目的产物进行了表征。

N-氧化4-硝基吡啶2-甲酰肼的合成与表征

为了寻找新型非线性光学材料,采用筛分法,从2-甲基吡啶出发,经过5个中间体,合成N-氧化4-硝基吡啶2-甲酰肼,获得了较好的产率,并对产物进行了表征.同时发现N-氧化2-甲酸4-硝基吡啶及产物都是新型非线性光学材料.
