“阳光体育”对中学生体育达标的影响研究

在开展阳光体育运动的背景下,文章运用文献资料法和调查法的研究方法,以太原市五所重点高中的高二学生为研究对象,通过对2006-2008年这三年高二学生体育达标成绩的对比分析,来反映阳光体育的实效,以期为阳光体育运动更好地开展提供帮助。     

基于创新生态系统的水电工程技术标准国际化路径——英国标准协会(BSI)案例研究

技术标准主导权深刻影响着全球治理的格局与制度安排。“中国水电”“走出去”是中国践行全球治理中国理念和中国方案的重要非正式机制之一,中国水电工程无论是技术水平还是市场份额都位居世界领先,但仍严重受制于欧美国际主流工程技术标准,影响中国在全球治理体系中大国作用的发挥,这对探索中国水电工程技术标准国际化的可行模式和有效路径提出迫切要求。与此同时,欧美国际主流工程技术标准都经历了由国内规范至国际标准成功转化的过程,其中,世界标准之源——英国标准协会(BSI)在英国水电工程技术标准国际化过程中发挥举足轻重的作用,其内在逻辑值得探究与借鉴。因此,本文基于创新生态系统理论、角色理论及技术标准扩散理论,遵循“动因-行为-结果”的逻辑主线对BSI进行案例研究,深入剖析英国水电工程技术标准国际化驱动因素、模式及其演化路径等内在规律,并在中英水电工程技术标准对比基础上,对中国水电工程技术标准“走出去”提出切实可行的对策建议。     

美俄日英澳5国体育课程标准研究

摘要：为了解国外体育课程标准现状,为我国体育课程改革提供借鉴。采用文献资料法,对美国、英国、澳大利亚、俄罗斯和日本等国体育课程标准的理念、目标、内容、结构和相关社会背景进行了深入地分析。研究发现：1）5国体育课程标准的制定都以现实社会背景为基础;2）以人为本已经成为5国体育课程标准的共同理念;3）5国体育课程标准目标重视技能并兼顾综合素质;4）5国教育标准内容多关注于健康生活方式的养成;5）5国体育课程标准都是总分式递进分层结构体系。据此,本文对我国体育课程标准的修订和完善提出3点建议：1）正视促进学生身体发展等现实需求,重视运动技能;2）注重以人为本,强调学生社会适应能力的培养;3）完善多级课程体系,提高课程标准的科学性和可操作性。

现代远程高等教育的质量问题

本文从现代远程高等教育的发展状况及其所引出的教学质量问题,论述了现代远程高等教育与传统高等教育模式的差异,研究型大学开展现代远程教育的意义,现代远程教育的质量保证,国内外对现代远程教育质量的认识观、质量标准和评价,最后提出了质量保证与评价中应当注意的几个问题。     

我国纺织技术标准与国外的差距分析及接轨思路

采用比较研究方法,试图通过我国纺织技术标准与国外的差距分析,探讨与国际接轨的思路。结论是：我国纺织技术标准与国外比较存在标准体系上、职能上、考核项目和性能指标上、生态环保和社会责任上、标准更新速度上以及利用技术标准构建技术壁垒上的差距,应通过加强对国外纺织技术标准的动态研究,积极推进纺织技术标准由生产型标准向贸易型标准转变,把纺织技术标准制定的重点转向生态化与环保化,高度重视社会责任标准的制定,加快强制性技术标准向技术法规的转化,积极推广和认证国际标准和国外先进标准,加强纺织技术标准服务的信息化等途径加快与国际接轨的步伐。     

Digital Portfolios

Abstract

Educators are faced with developing performance indicators for reporting to state and national agencies on pre-service teacher candidates' ability to teach using innovative pedagogy as well as content-specific standards. Portfolio assessment has gained momentum as a standard in assessing student-learning outcomes. This paper is a discussion of digital portfolio development as a stimulus to the intellectual involvement of the learner (a Type II application). Digital portfolio development is an activity that naturally involves intellectual involvement as the learner identifies the problem (developing the digital portfolio) and then problem solves as he or she creates the digital portfolio. Each student is in control of portfolio development and manipulates the Web-based software to create the professional portfolio.     

Validating Automated Measures of Text Complexity

Automated text complexity measurement tools (also called readability metrics) have been proposed as a way to help teachers, textbook publishers, and assessment developers select texts that are closely aligned with the new, more demanding text complexity expectations specified in the Common Core State Standards. This article examines a critical element of the validity arguments presented in support of proposed metrics: the claim that criterion text complexity scores developed from students’ responses to reading comprehension test items are reflective of the difficulties actually experienced by students while reading. Evidence that fails to support this assertion is examined, and implications relative to the goal of obtaining valid, unbiased evidence about the measurement properties of proposed readability metrics are discussed.     

An Analysis of Undergraduate Students' Search Behaviors in an Information Literacy Class

The purpose of this project was to investigate how students' search strategies changed over the course of a semester-long information literacy class. Data collection included four different paper questionnaires corresponding to course content in the spring 2008 semester. Seventy-seven participants completed the questionnaires and course work in the class. Results showed that participants' demographics did not have any impact on their selection of search keywords. While participants reported better search experiences with more search keywords, they were not able to develop more sophisticated search keywords after receiving more instruction and search experience. The participants who did develop more sophisticated search keywords had better search experiences and a higher rate of satisfaction with their research results. Future studies should examine what enabled these participants to develop more sophisticated search keywords.
