国家助学贷款“河南模式”的困境及探索

针对国家助学贷款“河南模式”存在的问题,文章指出：要在进一步探索和完善全社会征信体系建设的基础上,加大对个人信用机制的宣传和落实力度,形成习惯服从制度,制度转化为个人诚信习惯的有利的社会环境;要落实学校国家助学贷款工作的事业编制和建立银行合理支付学校业务费用的机制;要简化毕业生还款程序,完善管理考核机制和管理信息系统,从而保证国家助学贷款工作的健康、可持续发展。

从企业个案调查出发,总结了当前合肥市产学研大致有产学研合作实体、产学研联合研究院、项目式、购买技术式、产学研战略联盟等几种形式的合作,对每种形式的优势及适用性进行了分析,同时还对调查中产学研合作存在的问题进行了深刻剖析,并针对产学研合作的模式、问题提出了对策建议,特别强调,不同的企业选择产学研合作模式是不同的,产学研不仅是企业和研究机构的事,政府应在宏观上给予指导和支持,科研院校应转变观念,加强科研与市场的结合。

Recent progress in study of singular perturbation problems

Some results for the singular perturbation theory, methods and applications in the new century are reviewed in this paper. It could be found that in the recent decade, many approximate methods have been developed and refined, including the method of averaging, boundary layer methods, methods of matched asymptotic expansion and methods of multiple scales. An overview is given on the new work about various problems, such as the reaction diffusion, turning points, boundary layers, shock waves, stability problem, solitons, attractors, canard solution, scattering light wave and neuron network, etc. And then, a great number of applied problems are solved in applied mathematics, computational mathematics, fluid mechanics, elastic mechanics, optics, thermophysics, quantum mechanics, plasm physics, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, epidemiology, neurology, engineering science, environment science, bionomics, atmosphere physics, ocean climate, aeronautics and astrnatics and so on, from which only some examples are extracted and described in this review.     

Singular perturbation of a second-order three-point boundary value problem for nonlinear systems

This paper deals with the existence of solutions to a singularly perturbed second-order three-point boundary value problem for nonlinear differential systems. The authors construct an appropriate generalized lower- and upper-solution pair, a concept defined in this paper, and employ the Nagumo conditions and algebraic boundary layer functions to ensure the existence of solutions of the problem. The uniformly valid asymptotic estimate of the solutions is given as well. The differential systems have nonlinear dependence on all order derivatives of the unknown.     

Overload problem research on aperiodic real-time tasks

In this paper, a novel scheduling mechanism is proposed to handle the real-time overload problem by maximizing the cumulative values of three types of tasks: the soft, the hard and the imprecise tasks. The simulation results show that the performance of our presented mechanism in this paper is greatly improved, much better than that of the other three mechanisms: earliest deadline first (EDF), highest value first (HVF) and highest density first (HDF), under the same conditions of all nominal loads and task type proportions.

大学生英语写作中的语法问题及分析

英语写作是英语语言综合技能的体现,也是我国大学生英语学习中的软肋。笔者通过对50名大二学生英语作文的分析,探究了大学生在英语写作中的主要语法问题以及造成问题的原因,提出了英语写作教学中关于语法教学的若干建议。
