高职教育教学评价分析

随着高职教育迅猛发展,建立与之相适应的教育教学质量评价体系,对促进高职教育教学质量的不断提高,培养符合市场需求的高素质的应用型人才,保证高职教育的可持续性发展,有着极其重要的作用。对高职教育教学评价的现状、高职教育教学评价中存在的问题以及高职教育教学评价体系的建立进行了分析与探讨。     

Moving policy forward: ‘brain drain’ as a wicked problem

The mobility of scientists and the concerns surrounding ‘brain drain’ are not new. Even in the Ptolemic dynasty, the first king set out to attract and influence the movements of scholars to shift the centre of learning from Athens to Alexandria. Yet after all this time, there is still much policy discourse and debate focused on attempting to define, redefine and solve this ancient problem. I argue that the continuing circularity of the debate supports the proposition that the policy issue of brain drain would value from being reconceptualised as a ‘wicked problem’, in order to move policy forward. Drawing upon a historical documentary analysis of the issue from 1990 to 2007 and interviews with current policy‐makers, I propose that reconceptualising this issue will enable actors to collectively and explicitly recognise the fundamental and conflicting perspectives inherent in this social problem that cannot be resolved. This reconceptualisation provides a platform from which policy‐makers can pursue a range of policy responses, attentive to the different perspectives on this issue, rather than spend more time and resources in futilely attempting to achieve a single definitive position and policy response.     

A working memory model applied to mathematical word problem solving

The main objective of this study is (a) to explore the relationship among cognitive style (field dependence/independence), working memory, and mathematics anxiety and (b) to examine their effects on students’ mathematics problem solving. A sample of 161 school girls (13–14 years old) were tested on (1) the Witkin’s cognitive style (Group Embedded Figure Test) and (2) Digit Span Backwards Test, with two mathematics exams. Results obtained indicate that the effect of field dependency, working memory, and mathematics anxiety on students' mathematical word problem solving was significant. Moreover, the correlation among working memory capacity, cognitive style, and students’ mathematics anxiety was significant. Overall, these findings could help to provide some practical implications for adapting problem solving skills and effective teaching/learning.     

旅游规划：问题导向与目标导向及其选择

发展旅游,规划先导。旅游规划编制形态多样,但可归为问题导向和目标导向两大类。目标导向型适合于新型发展区,以确定发展目标为主旨,围绕要达到的目标进行资源配置和产业及产业要素布局,提出相应的发展战略、思路及对策等;问题导向型主要适应于旅游已发展区,诊断发展中存在的主要问题,寻求解决问题的途径与方法,提出相应的资源优化配置及产业结构优化等的调整性方案。两型规划导向应视规划区实际加以应用或综合运用。

在高职院校钢琴教学中存在着一些问题,要解决这些问题,笔者认为必须改革教学模式,规范钢琴教材,加强科技应用,掌握琴法练习,注重应用能力,提高钢琴素养。
