面向信息化的学校领导力初探

面向信息化的学校领导力,是当前教育信息化建设中急待解决的问题。该文界定了面向信息化的领导力,对美国、英国、中国香港地区面向信息化的领导力进行了研究,并探讨了我国面向信息化的领导力培养面临的问题以及如何培养等问题。     

"育"的缺失与召唤——中国当代美育探讨

中国当代美育面临的主要问题是：美育理论中“育”的缺失与美育实践的缺失,因此须从美学、教育学、美育等方面探究其原因,最终提出相应的对策,即在理论研究层面要与教育学真正联姻,在实践操作层面则要抓住重点,通过落实学校美育、引导艺术美育、开拓网络美育、提倡生活美育,以点带面使美育走向良性发展。     

基于LCIA的产品“绿色度”评价方法及应用

绿色产品是世界各国为适应全球环保战略,进行产业结构调整的产物。应用生命周期清单分析法(LCIA),结合模糊评价理论和产品的绿色属性特征,构建了评价产品“绿色度”的步骤和模糊评价矩阵,借助实例分析了该评价方法的具体应用,认为该方法可为制定产品绿色程度标准提供参考依据。     

领导授权赋能对员工创新行为的影响机制研究——不确定性规避和差错管理氛围的调节作用周劲波

影响员工创新行为的因素众多。本研究基于授权赋能和社会认知理论的视角,通过对高新技术新创企业员工的调研,探究领导授权赋能对员工创新行为的影响路径及作用机制。研究发现：领导授权赋能对员工创新行为有明显的促进作用；创新自我效能感在领导授权赋能对员工创新行为的影响中起部分中介作用；不确定性规避在领导授权赋能对创新自我效能感的影响中起负向调节作用,差错管理氛围在创新自我效能感对员工创新行为的影响中起正向调节作用。     

Teacher leaders’ work with peers in a Quasi-formal teacher leadership model

Building on evolving conceptions of teacher leadership in the literature, this article argues that an integration of both positional and empowering elements of teacher leadership are the seeds of an evolved approach to teacher leadership for instructional improvement. Using data from a study of quasi-formal teacher leadership, the research examines how teacher leaders play a positive role in schools and fulfil a series of needs of teachers. However, the constraints of teacher leaders’ instructional authority limits their ability to influence the instructional practices of their peers. The findings clarify the distinction between school-level and individual-level teacher leadership.     

论余暇体育与我国人民的生活质量

自改革开放以来,尤其是９０年代,随着经济建设的高速发展,人民的生活水平不断提高,对精神文化生活的需求和自身价值的认识。导致人们开始追求生活质量,于是,人们的消费观念,余暇体育意识增强。本文对余暇体育的多元化功能及推进社会文明建设的作用作了一些探索,提出了相应的对策。     

西北干旱区资源型城市发展与转型研究

资源型城市是一种特殊类型的城市群体。本文以资源产业的生命周期理论为基础,以西北干旱区为区域背景,以资源型城市为典型案例,通过对西北干旱区资源型城市发展现状的分析,指出西北干旱区资源型城市的发展除了受到经济结构畸形、矿产资源的不可再生性等资源型城市面临的普遍问题之外,还面临水资源短缺和生态环境脆弱两大特殊瓶颈。最后基于资源型城市的生命周期理论和干旱区的特殊性,提出资源型城市的发展与转型要具体分析、分类指导。对处于幼年期的资源型城市,要搞好资源产地和城市发展的长期规划,资源产地不一定要设市;对处于中年期的资源型城市,要通过产业结构调整和资源优势转换,提前做好转型准备;对处于老年期的资源型城市,要利用积累下来的资金、技术、人才等带动其他产业,逐步把重点转移到非资源型行业领域中,在国家和地方政府的支持下,进一步做好城市的未来发展与转型。

Generational gaps in attitudes toward migrants: Hong Kong and Shanghai in comparison

Previous studies documented inconsistent findings of cohort differences in attitudes toward migrants. Some research has shown that younger people tend to be more welcoming toward migrants compared to older people; however, other research has shown the opposite. This suggests that the way different generations perceive migrants may depend on the specific local contexts in which they live. In this paper, we compared attitudes toward migrants in Hong Kong and Shanghai under the “one country, two systems” framework, using comparable data from the Hong Kong Panel Study of Social Dynamics and Shanghai Urban Neighborhood Survey. We found a sharp contrast in the attitudes toward migrants between Hong Kong and Shanghai. Compared to older people, young people in Shanghai were more friendly to migrants, yet young people in Hong Kong were more resistant to migrants. Our study identified disparities of generational gaps in attitudes toward migrants of the same ethnicity within one country. The relatively more positive attitudes toward migrants of younger cohorts (compared to people born before 1960) in Shanghai could be explained by educational level and life satisfaction. The relatively more negative attitudes toward migrants in Hong Kong could be explained by identity. Our empirical analyses suggest that local contexts matter in explaining generational gaps in attitudes toward migrants.     

KIB to cooperate with TLL on energy crops

An agreement on energy plant research and development was sealed between the CAS Kunming Institute of Botany(KIB)and Singaporean Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory(TLL)on 8 December,2007 in Kunming, capital of southwest China's Yunnan Province.The document was signed by KIB Vice Director YANG Yongping and TLL Chief Operating Officer Tan Kok Keng.
