干部在线教育的现状与发展

提升干部教育培训信息化建设水平是干部教育培训工作改革创新的实施基础和重要途径。干部在线教育作为推进干部教育培训信息化建设的一项重要举措,为干部持续学习和扩大培训规模提供了新的平台。自2004年试点以来,干部在线教育工作在7年多的建设中取得了长足的进步,为广大干部提供了更多接受培训的机会。当前干部在线教育学员数量急剧增加、年龄差距逐渐拉大,学员的个性化需求对干部在线教育的资源建设、支撑平台、学习方式等提出了更高的要求,但国内干部在线教育学习资源建设水平参差不齐,未形成有效的质量评估体系。为进一步促进干部在线教育发展,应明确干部学员群体特征,重视资源内容和质量,利用新技术规划干部在线教育平台,“以评促建”,建立优质干部在线管理服务体系。

We live in a time of constant change—in liquid modernity—and this has created a rapidly growing need for Transformative Learning (TL): we must be able to constantly change and develop ourselves in order to keep pace with the changes in our environment and life situation. However, the need for change has grown so fast and in so many directions that the term of TL has itself become uncertain or even confused. In 2000, Robert Kegan posed the question ‘What “Form” Transforms’? He advocated a new approach to TL but did not propose any new definition; this situation still remains: among several proposals for new approaches to TL, there is a general agreement that the traditional definition of the term as changes in the learner’s ‘meaning perspectives’, etc. is too narrow and too cognitively oriented. In this article, it is argued that TL should be re-defined as ‘changes in the learner’s identity’. The article explains why this definition is better and more up to date. Through discussion of range of issues, the article shows that the linking of the concepts of TL and identity open the way for new understandings and possibilities.     

Viewing restorative approaches to addressing challenging behaviour of minority ethnic students through a community of practice lens

The disproportionately high rates of school exclusion and lower levels of academic achievement of students from particular minority ethnic groups have been a focus of investigation in educational research across the world for some time. This articles uses a communities of practice framework to examine how restorative practice can draw on family and community values to support students whose behaviour is unacceptable in schools to recognize their own agency in behaving for good or ill and reintegrate them into the school community. At the same time, it acknowledges hurt that may be done to victims of wrong-doing and emphasizes putting things right between all those affected. The examples here are from Aotearoa New Zealand. They relate to practices influenced by traditional Māori cultural values. However, the principles and process associated with restorative practices that aim to restore harmony between the individual, the victim and the collective rather than to punish and exclude may be relevant within other student groups where high rates of exclusion from school are problematic.     

基于学习共同体的《教育技术学导论》——课程设计初探

文章简要地分析了教育技术导论课程的特点及其在目前的教学中存在的问题,提出以学习共同体作为学习组织形式开展教学,既可以丰富课堂教学形式,也能通过师生及同伴之间的互动,促进学习者独立思考,逐步建构自己对教育技术的理解。     

语言知识在日语听力理解策略运用中的重要性

针对目前如何有效提高日语听解能力的问题,本文结合心理语言学的研究成果,分析语言知识在日语听力理解学习策略运用中的重要性。认为应加强日语单词听觉词汇的记忆,培养有效切分句群的能力,并把握日语篇章标志语、类型结构及日语陈述副词,做出有效预测,从而提高提高日语听解能力。     

面向语义Web的本体学习研究

语义Web的创建需要一套共同的标准概念体系,即本体(Ontology)。本体的构造手段仍然是以手工构造为主,效率和准确率都非常低,很容易导致知识获取的瓶颈。本文给出一个半自动化的需人工干预的本体学习体系结构,采用平衡的协作建模方式来构造语义Web中的本体;介绍了基于以上体系结构的本体学习的处理过程,并讨论了领域概念抽取,概念之间关系的抽取等关键技术。     

领导行为与市场导向、学习导向的关系研究

市场导向与学习导向是近年来管理理论研究的两个重要问题。在回顾领导行为、市场导向与学习导向相关理论研究成果的基础上,集中分析了不同领导行为模式下企业所应采取的经营导向方式,认为领导行为的类型会影响组织经营方式的选取,而且交易型领导与市场导向的匹配、变革型领导与学习导向的匹配更能促进组织经营绩效的改进。     

中国农村社区基本公共品供给的合作机制

从基本公共品类型与供给方式来看,农村社区基本公共品类型复杂多样、合作机制呈现多元主导格局;从筹资来源渠道来看,农村社区基本公共品资金来源渠道由传统单一型向多元筹资方式转变;从决策机制来看,农村社区基本公共品供给决策机制由传统威权型逐步向协商治理模式转向;从合作能力的影响因素来看,影响农村社区基本公共品合作供给能力的基本因素有利益关联度、集体经济实力、村委会权威水平、村民参与水平以及相关宏观政策五个主要方面。     

用“远程学习圈理论”分析网络学习管理系统

LMS 是网络教育和基于网络培训的支撑系统。本文首先介绍了两种对LMS 进行功能分类和评价的理论,然后通过借鉴“远程学习圈理论”提出对LMS 进行功能分析的框架,最后利用这个框架对三个知名的LMS 进行分析,旨在为 企业和学校引进LMS 时提供参考和借鉴。     

基于学习共同体的中小学生学习心理机制及有效教学策略

学习共同体的学习方式有别于传统的教师主讲式的课堂授课形式。学习共同体特别强调"师-生"之间,"生-生"之间缔结一个相互联系、相互制约、彼此促进的共同体来完成学生的学习活动。基于学习共同体的中小学生学习心理机制是一种主动建构、信息加工的过程,即:"1.输入信息、注意保持、认知观念;2.加工信息、内化知识、建构系统;3.改组经验、解决问题、生成能力"。学习共同体旨在教师引导下,让学生通过自主探究、小组讨论、合作分享、获得知识、生成能力。教师实施有效的教学策略,充分发挥学习共同体的功能,会促进培养中小学生的核心素养,提升学生分析问题解决问题能力。
