夫妻日常家事代理

日常家事代理制度是规范夫妻关系的一项重要制度,在满足夫妻共同生活、维护财产交易安全和保障第三人利益方面极具价值。而我国法律在此方面尚属空白。本文通过对英美法系、大陆法系法律制度的引用、分析,对夫妻日常家事代理进行理论探讨,希望对我国的法律规定能有所裨益。     

Teaching Statistics in US — An Alien's s-eye View

This article discusses the author's initial experience of teaching statistics in an American university, and the sort of way he thinks the subject should be taught. (Specifically, he looks at the assumption of normality, and indicates how conventional treatment in the area of hypothesis testing might be modified.) His comments primarily apply to elementary service courses, and particularly to those provided for business students.

一类非线性自治系统极限环的存在性

本文通过构造内外境界线的方法得到以下系统ddtx=p(y),ddty=-f(x)q(y)-g(x)极限环的存在性定理。其中在构造内境界线时考察来了奇点的稳定性,并选用正向有界的轨线作为外境界线的一部分,然后再根据Poincare-Bendixson环域定理得到本文的结果。

Another sufficient condition for the stability of grey discrete-time systems

In this paper, the stability of grey discrete-time systems is discussed whose state matrices are interval matrices. A new approach is obtained which guarantee the stability of grey discrete-time systems. The sufficient condition for robust stability of grey time delay systems subjected to interval systems is also derived. By mathematical analysis, the stability criterion is less conservative than those in previous results. Examples are given to compare the proposed method with reported recently.

一类具功能反应的食饵——捕食者模型的定性分析

研究了具功能反应的食饵-捕食者两种群模型：x=xg（x）-yφ（x） y=y（-d＋eφ（x）），在g（x）和φ（x）均为非线性的情形下，讨论了系统的平衡点的性态，系统无环的充分条件和在正平衡点外围存在极限环的条件。
