美国虽拒签《京都议定书》,但仍积极编制本国的温室气体清单。本文基于对IPCC和EPA温室气体清单方法学的比较研究,并通过对EPA温室气体清单编制的演变过程、流程和特点的系统分析,揭示其内在机制。以期借鉴较为成熟的温室气体清单编制方法,完善我国温室气体排放的核算体系。

经理人作为现代企业的主要经营者,在企业经营决策与企业内部资源配置方面起着重要作用。对经理人实施有效的激励机制,对企业的健康发展意义重大。股票期权是一种较好的激励方式,具有很强的激励作用,但在实践过程中也暴露出许多问题。对我国实施股票期权制度的问题及其原因进行了剖析,并对我国经理人激励机制的完善提出了一系列相关建议。

包括高校学报在内的学术期刊,长期深陷于体制性、结构性矛盾的重围之中,改革势在必行,已成学界共识。但国家新闻出版总署《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》的横空出世,却在期刊界、学术界产生了强烈反响,如潮热议至今未止。学者们主要围绕《办法》存在的纰漏、实施后可能产生的影响和出现的问题等,进行了多角度、全方位、立体式探讨。笔者对诸多观点进行概括性梳理与综合性解析,试图为进一步的研究提供参考。     

Comparison of Alternative Channels in Cross Media Publishing

This paper attempts a direct comparison of the available alternative channels that can be employed in a cross media publishing scheme. More precisely it examines the content, the publishing speed, and the rhythm of the publishing channels. Interesting conclusions are drawn concerning the characteristics of each channel. A new publishing channel is proposed in order to allow newspapers to directly compete with radio and TV channels.     

‘I’ll take care of the flowers!’ Researching agency through initiatives across different learning environments

ABSTRACT

This case study examined how the agency of a fifth-grade pupil appeared across different learning environments in the primary school context. In this study, agency is defined as the initiatives taken by an individual in interactive situations. The research question is: how does a pupil’s agency manifest and vary through taking initiatives across different learning environments within curriculum-based education? The empirical data consist of 50 video episodes including learning activities in a classroom, in a vegetable garden and on a nearby farm. The findings show that the pupil’s agency varied across learning environments, manifesting itself through complementing, supportive, constructive and challenging initiatives. When developing pedagogy that supports learning across formal and informal learning environments, it is essential to enable pupils to take different kinds of initiatives and to exercise their agency in versatile contexts.

以《纽约时报》为例,对美国报纸上的电视批评做案例分析,旨在引起国内报纸和学界同行对该领域的关注。研究表明,以20世纪70年代为界,早期《纽约时报》的电视批评可区分为两个阶段——前期侧重产业批评,后期注重节目的类型批评。这一变化：反映了“水门事件”以后,该行业兴起的专业主义诉求。美国报纸上的电视批评超出了娱乐的范畴,有广泛的社会影响：第一,在社会上产生了强烈的“新闻效应”。第二,为“电视批评”成为一个专门性的知识领域,起封积极的推动作用。     

临沧方言与普通话语音系统的比较研究

普通话是现代汉民族的共同语，临沧方言是现代汉语北方方言西南官话区云南次方言的一个分支。临沧方言与普通话在语音系统上既有内在的广泛联系，又有较为显著的差别。将二者的语音系统进行比较研究，不仅有利于拓展汉语方言大家族的研究领域，而且对于分析临沧方言成因，探索临沧方言规律以及促进该地区的普通话教学与测试工作，具有重要意义。     

Seven keys for implementing the self-evaluation,periodic evaluation and accreditation (AVA) method,to improve quality and student satisfaction in the Italian higher education system

This paper develops a theoretical framework that could facilitate the application of the Autovalutazione, Valutazione periodica, Accreditamento (AVA) method in Italian universities, trying to simplify the use of this approach, and to cover the existing gap between Italy and others European academic institutions. The new competitive environment in the academic system has created a reality where customers compare the ‘knowledge value’ that they are likely to receive in each academic institution. Quality in education is nowadays fundamental and student satisfaction is one of its main dimensions. There is an emphasis on service that meets the students’ needs and expectations, problem-solving processes based on facts, feedback systems and statistical methods and improvement of processes and systems by collaboration and involvement. Starting from 2013, all Italian universities are obliged by law to adopt the AVA method [Self-Evaluation, Periodic Evaluation and Accreditation], a system of activities carried out by the National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes (ANVUR).
