世纪现代化历程的启示－现代化需要政治稳定

从世界范围考察，各先行现代化国家，在现代化运动急剧推进的时期，政治都呈现稳定状态，而现代化运动命运多舛的国家和地区则往往伴随着暴力冲突与社会政治的动荡。本试图探讨政治稳定在现代化进程中的重要作用。说明在没有政治稳定的社会环境里，现代化是不可能实现的。     

Aerodynamic stability of cable-supported bridges using CFRP cables

To gain understanding of the applicability of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) cable in cable-supported bridges, based on the Runyang Bridge and Jinsha Bridge, a suspension bridge using CFRP cables and a cable-stayed bridge using CFRP stay cables are designed, in which the cable’s cross-sectional area is determined by the principle of equivalent axial stiffness. Numerical investigations on the aerodynamic stability of the two bridges are conducted by 3D nonlinear aerodynamic stability analysis. The results showed that as CFRP cables are used in cable-supported bridges, for suspension bridge, its aerodynamic stability is superior to that of the case using steel cables due to the great increase of the torsional frequency; for cable-stayed bridge, its aerodynamic stability is basically the same as that of the case using steel stay cables. Therefore as far as the wind stability is considered, the use of CFRP cables in cable-supported bridges is feasible, and the cable’s cross-sectional area should be deter-mined by the principle of equivalent axial stiffness.

本文利用Liapunov函数法研究一类不确定中立型时滞大系统的稳定性.将汪文军等提出的一类不确定时滞大系统推广到一类不确定的中立型时滞大系统.     

从政治社会学的角度看改革、发展、稳定的辩证关系

中国要发展，无疑要走现代化道路，要把摆脱贫困落后、迅速推进现代化确定为战略目标。改革是社会主义现代化建设的客观要求，改革带来了经济社会的发展，推进现代化进程，但现代化进程中遇到的新矛盾，要求社会主义经济、政治体制改革必须在保持政治稳定的前提下谋求渐进式的发展。

世界历史的运动变化过程 ,既有稳定状态 ,也有振荡状态。稳定是世界历史能够保持其质的规定性并顺利地同外部环境之间进行物质、能量和信息交换的状态 ;振荡是世界历史难以保持其质的规定性并不能顺利地同外部环境之间进行物质、能量和信息交换的状态。在具体的历史过程中 ,稳定与振荡又是相互依存、相互渗透、相与转化的 ,这就是世界历史存在方式的复杂性过程

文章讨论了一类具有非匹配干扰的非线性时滞系统的指数稳定控制问题,采用线性矩阵不等式方法,给出系统指数稳定条件。

研究了一类时滞微分方程的稳定性，给出了方程鲁棒稳定的界的估计。

以一吨4×4越野汽车的设计为例,通过对用户提出要求的调查,分析出各大总成的初步选型,整车动力性、经济性模拟,整车基本参数确定,运动校核,汽车空载、静态侧倾稳定性的计算,摆振问题及解决措施,使4×4越野汽车设计趋于合理。     

用线性稳定性分析研究混合耦合网络的同步态稳定性条件

This paper studies some special networks structured with serf-organized and driven behavior that coexist in a cluster, moreover, the clusters have dominant intra-cluster and inter-cluster couplings. It is called mixed-system （M-S） here. For this study linear stability analysis was used, and stability conditions for the synchronized state were determined. For the coupling function g（x）, the stability state of the network was discussed in two different cases： the linear case with g（x） = x and the nonlinear case with g（x） = f（x）. Furthermore, the condition for the emergence of chaos in the networks was given.
