火山岩型铀矿中基性岩与铀成矿作用研究

传统地球化学理论认为火山岩型铀矿的热液铀矿床中的铀都是通过氧化溶液搬运的,并由六价还原成四价而沉淀成矿;或者是是碱交代作用形成的。但大量的文献表明,铀的成矿不仅与火山岩和次火山岩有关,还与深源的中基性岩有关。

Managing Patient-centered Communication across the Type 2 Diabetes Illness Trajectory: A Grounded Practical Theory of Interactional Sensitivity

This article uses the theoretical and methodological framework of Grounded Practical Theory (GPT) to provide a lens for analyzing and interpreting discourse as a situated form of social action in routine Type 2 diabetes visits. Drawing on a total data-set of 400 audio-recorded routine visits, we randomly selected 55 visits for qualitative analysis. In this article, we use Conversation Analysis to document communication techniques, which we in turn use as evidence to ground our claims within the GPT framework. We use two single cases of interaction to analyze communication techniques physicians use when recommending a change from oral medication to insulin. We argue treatment intensification is a key moment in health communication to reflect about patient centeredness because physicians can find themselves in an interactional dilemma: while insulin may effectively help control unstable disease, an insulin recommendation may simultaneously counter patient values and treatment preferences. Our analysis suggests that physicians use what we call interactional sensitivity to balance medical need and patient preferences when making medical decisions by tailoring their communication according to the local situation and the patient's larger illness trajectory. We propose that interactional sensitivity is a type of communication work and a quality of patient-centered communication characterized by the theoretical relationship between tailoring communication to the contingencies of the local interaction and the global illness trajectory. Overall, this article contributes to health communication scholarship by proposing a normative model for reflecting on how physicians negotiate challenging interactions with patients during routine chronic illness visits.     

游泳训练对Ⅱ型糖尿病Wistar大鼠肠系膜动脉舒张功能改善作用的研究

目的:通过建立wistar大鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型,观察Ⅱ型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠,经游泳训练后肠系膜动脉舒张功能的变化,并探讨其内在影响机制。方法:实验材料wistar大鼠60只,造模完成后随机分成3组:正常对照组(CON),Diabetes模型组(DI),游泳运动组(SEX),每组15只。进行游泳训练共计8周。结果:T2DM可造成肠系膜动脉血管舒张功能降低(P<0.05),且存在内皮依赖性。舒张功能的降低与eNOS-NO系统活性降低直接相关。游泳训练可有效维持内皮依赖性舒张功能(P<0.05),其上调eNOS-NO系统。另外,T2DM造成的eNOS-NO系统活性降低与该系统上游蛋白PI-3K,Akt降低有关,且在加入上游蛋白抑制剂(PI-3K)LY294002及eNOS阻断剂L-NAME后保护效应消失。结论:游泳训练能改善T2DM wistar大鼠肠系膜舒动脉舒张功。其内在保护作用可能是通过部分激活PI-3K-Akt-eNOS信号通路而实现。     

Physical Activity Indicators,Metabolic Biomarkers,and Comorbidity in Type 2 Diabetes

ABSTRACT

Purpose: This study aimed (1) to compare physical activity (PA) indicators, metabolic biomarkers, and comorbidity, (2) to investigate the relationship between PA indicators and metabolic biomarkers, comorbidity and (3) to identify barriers to PA in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) who are using oral hypoglycaemic agent (OHA) or combined OHA and insulin (OHAiN). Methods: Sixty-one patients were classified as patients using only OHA or combined OHAiN. Metabolic biomarkers (waist-to-hip ratio, body mass index (BMI), lipid profile, glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c), fasting blood glucose, comorbidity and PA indicators (self-reported PA, number of steps (NOS), 6-minute walking distance (6MWD)) were assessed. PA perceptions and reasons for inactivity were questioned. Results: The comorbidity (p = .013), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (p = .026), total cholesterol (p = .008) and HbA1c (p = .020) were higher and PA level was lower (p = .007) in the OHAiN group. NOS was positively correlated with high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (p = .037) and negatively correlated with BMI (p = .007). 6MWD was negatively correlated with BMI (p = .014) and comorbidity (p = .004) in the OHA group. BMI was a significant predictor of NOS (adjusted R² = 0.242) and comorbidity for 6MWD (adjusted R² = 0.250) in the OHA group. The majority of the patients (OHA = 34.3%, OHAiN = 42.3%) reported “lack of time” as the most common barrier to PA. Conclusions: This study showed that patients on OHAiN have lower PA levels, poorer metabolic profiles, and higher comorbidity rates than OHA users. PA indicators were related with some metabolic biomarkers and comorbidity in only OHA users. The most common reason for inactivity was “the lack of time” in both groups.

本文通过对2009年伦敦大师杯8名运动员底线技术击球时使用的开放式步法和关闭式步法进行录像统计分析,主要通过对两种步法全方面的对比分析,以期总结出两种步法的优势和缺点,供人们在进行网球运动时,合理的选择步法运用,同时为网球教学提供理论依据。     

毕节地区工业化进程分析

运用人均GDP、产值结构、就业结构、城镇化水平等单指标和综合指标来测定毕节地区工业化进程,表明毕节地区还处于工业化的初期阶段。通过对毕节地区新型工业化水平进程质量分析,发现2009年新型工业化综合评价指数为36.01%,说明毕节地区还处在新型工业化的最初阶段,新型工业化的水平还很低。     

形式语义学研究两题

形式语义学奠基人蒙太格在其语句系统中设置了两个初始类型：对应个体的类型e与对应真值的类型t。按照传统哲学的观点,专名指个体,但是在蒙太格的系统中,专名不直接解释成论域中的个体,它表示性质的集合,对应类型〈〈e,t〉,t〉。这样的类型匹配方式实现了专名与量化短语的统一处理,是蒙太格语法的独到之处,有着深刻的集合论基础。

宋代诗人喜欢"以才学为诗"。苏轼尤甚。苏轼之所以喜好"以才学为诗",自有其不便言说的独特的创伤初衷,这就是:(1)要抒胸中"忧愁不平气",(2)作家(诗人)与学者兼于一身特殊身份所使然,(3)强烈开宗立派意识所驱使。由此形成了苏轼独特的文本类型,即:(1)用典使事型,(2)多次韵型,(3)艺术鉴赏型,(4)因物寓理型。同时,苏轼在"以才学为诗"的实际操作中,自有其一套与之相适应的审美特征:一是经史百家学问穿插互用;二是以才学寓托诗人心志和寻求精神之"适";三是凭才学拓展诗歌题材。此外,苏轼"以才学为诗"具有极其重要的创作意义。
