农村远程职业技术教育新视角探究

农村产业结构调整,实现传统农业向现代农业转变,是我国经济转型、实现可持续发展的重要基础;农村的文化建设及文明进程的加快,是我国经济社会全面进步的重要标志;农民受教育的程度及科学文化素质的提高,是实现农村现代化、全面建设小康社会的根本保证。农村成人职业技术教育,便成为教育为全面建设小康社会服务的战略重点,成人远程教育服务农村经济建设,既是一项创新工程,也是一个重大的实践课题,存在许多新的困难和问题,需要从新的视角探究新的对策加以解决。     

成人教育经济学研究回顾与前瞻

文章对我国成人教育中经济学研究的概况、研究进展特点、热点问题分析等进行了简述,并对该领域研究的未来发展状况进行了展望。     

Steering Dynamics in the Dutch Education System

Based on detailed empirical analyses, we paint a layered picture of emerging steering dynamics. Inspired by Foucault, we put the focus on roles stakeholders define both for themselves and others, how they give sense to policy, how they work together in policy elaboration and implementation, and the subtle and sometimes deceitful function of soft policy instruments such as information, communication, support and research. The policy to stimulate ‘schools as learning organisations' in secondary education in the Netherlands is used as a case study. The Dutch education system is one of the most decentralised en complex systems in the world. While central Government aims to turn schools into learning organisations, it has no formal responsibility nor any direct means of control in this area. The study draws information from (1) relevant government reports, policy documents and websites and (2) semi‐structured interviews with key actors. Data analysis consisted of data reduction through coding and memoing, data displays in tables and networks, and drawing and verifying conclusions. In the ground layer of the steering picture, we reconstruct how ‘schools as learning organisations' came to be a topic for Government policy. The next layer identifies 20 (networks of) actors who play a substantial role in steering. The mutual relationships between the main actors are manifold, while funding appears to be an important means for the Ministry to position actors in a steering network. A wide array of steering modes was identified. The last step in our analysis adds a dynamic element to the picture, as we look at how different actors interact, starting with how actors envision their own steering roles and the role of others. The non‐complementary role definitions that were identified in the documents, were confirmed in the interviews. Our results illustrate, in Foucault's terminology, different processes of responsibilisation and normalisation. Above all, the study illustrates that the theoretical framework provides a promising starting point for the empirical study of steering dynamics in complex education systems.     

论信息环境下高校图书馆与大学生信息素质教育

信息环境下,信息素质是大学生必备的基本品质之一。本文对目前我国高校信息素质的现状进行了细致的分析,认为高校图书馆应积极参与和开展大学生信息素质教育,努力提高大学生的信息素质水平,并使图书馆成为大学生信息素质教育的重要基地。     

基于OBE理念的电气工程专业应用型课程体系建设与教学实施改革

坚持需求导向,坚持OBE理念,坚持具有时代特色的课程观、教学观,针对当前课程体系建设存在的不足,统筹考虑课程体系、课程内容、课程资源、教学团队、教学方法、课程评价等要素。在探索实施过程中,邵阳学院电气工程及其自动化专业改革取得了初步成效,电气工程专业应用型课程体系得到构建,应用型人才培养的质量得到提高。     

系列教育机会均等与“快速启动规划”

“早期获得大学升学意识和准备规划”是近几年美国联邦教育部实施的一系列旨在提高全国教育质量、调整学生自身发展态势、促进系列教育机会均等的资助项目之一。该项目对社会处境不利学生升学抱负与意愿和学业准备进行早期开发与培养，在提高中学生学业水平和升学比例等方面的实践初见成效，很值得我们探讨和借鉴。     

Internationalisation,planetary citizenship and Higher Education Inc.

The internationalisation of higher education aims to produce ‘citizens that feel at home in the world’ but the process is driven by both economic and educational motivations. Today, the international community aspires to promote Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Education for Democratic Citizenship (EDC), together planetary citizenship, and with them emphases on personal and ethical responsibilities to the environment and future that contrast with current competitive individualism. Driven by rising numbers of international students, curricula are already shifting toward more global assessments of society and environment. However, progress is being impeded by management systems that take commerce as their model. While instructors strive to ensure that learners consider their responsibilities through ESD and EDC, their message is being contradicted by their context. Since learners learn from their total environment, not just in classrooms, changes are required. Granting greater attention to sustainability issues and the empowerment of learners and teachers would allow a better constructive alignment between educational and economic imperatives.     

浅析宗教改革对西欧近代教育世俗化的影响

马丁·路德出于对宗教的虔诚对"因信称义"作出了新的宗教解释,并在宣传其宗教观点的同时强调阅读《圣经》的重要性,从而大力推行对民众的文化教育。对民众的文化教育加速了教育的世俗化,世俗化的教育打破了罗马教会的教育垄断权,致使教育权力转移到世俗国家手中,教育的世俗化以及教育权力的转移是西欧现代早期国家形成不可缺少的因素。     

从心理逆境和网络成瘾看大学生逆商教育

大学生面临的心理逆境层出不穷,与之相应的应对方式却令人堪忧。有的采取一种极端的自伤或伤人的方式;有的终日陷入“无聊”、“郁闷”的旋涡不能自拔;随着网络的普及,也有相当一部分学生从网络中寻求压力释放的途径而形成网络成瘾。面对这样的现实,对大学生实施逆商教育是大学生心理健康教育和大学生素质培养的一个不容忽视的方面。     

论创新教育与化学教学模式构建

本对创新教育的思想起源、时代内涵、教学原则等进行了深入的研究，并构建了适宜化学教学乃至其它学科教学的创新教育模式，它是培养训练学生创新精神、创新能力和创新人格的主要形式和有效途径。
