高等学校人才培养中非智力因素影响分析

人才培养质量是高等教育质量的第一体现,其中非智力因素在提高人才培养质量中发挥着重要的作用。选择9种典型非智力因素,通过单因素实验和正交实验统计分析,得出非智力因素对高等学校教学和人才培养质量具有很大影响,其中心理素质、自律性、意志力、综合能力、创新活动等因素影响相对较大,各因素对人才培养质量的影响相关性大小依次是综合能力、创新活动、意志力和心理素质。     

中国区域跨文化心理学:弥合心理学困境的努力

心理学从产生就从来没有统一过,科学主义心理学和人文主义心理学的矛盾与冲突构成了现代心理学的独特景观,同时也形成了心理学曲折发展的张力。尽管有心理学者试图对其进行整合,但也只能部分整合而不能完全整合。在世界哲学转向、后现代主义、全球化背景下兴起的跨文化心理学与文化心理学代表了心理学的两种文化,它们为区域跨文化心理学提供了可以借鉴的弥合之力,中国区域跨文化心理学作为一种弥合心理学困境的努力,从一个视角有效地揭示了人心灵的一个侧面,对心理学学科和理论建设具有一定现实意义。

No regrets? Measuring the career benefits of a psychology placement year

We report an analysis of whether a psychology placement provides significant benefit to graduates’ careers. Destination of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey data six months post‐graduation suggested that placement programme graduates across the university are significantly more likely to be (1) in work and (2) in graduate‐level jobs. For psychology, the association between graduates’ placement status and employment status at the same time was not significant overall. However, when analyses were split by degree classification obtained, it was shown that amongst those graduates with 2.1 degrees reporting themselves as working, more placement vs. non‐placement programme graduates had obtained graduate‐level jobs (63% vs. 33%). In 2.2 classified graduates there was no significant association. This pattern persisted in the data from a survey of psychology alumni (from 18 months to six and a half years post‐graduation). Psychology placement programme alumni were also more satisfied with their careers. Although placement graduates earned marginally more, this difference did not reach statistical significance. This study was therefore able to show some measurable and persistent effects of a psychology placement year, although whether the benefits can be claimed to outweigh the costs is inconclusive. Limitations and implications of the study are discussed.     

Dyscalculia: issues for practice in educational psychology

Dyscalculia has been described as a specific learning difficulty affecting the ability to acquire arithmetical skills. In recent years, it has become a topic for discussion in the popular media, yet there has been little research undertaken by educational psychologists. This paper provides a summary of neuroscientific research into the development of early number skills and considers the neurological and behavioural features of dyscalculia. Two fundamental questions are then discussed: Is one able to accurately assess for and identify dyscalculia?; Is it of benefit to children and young people to do so? The paper concludes by considering implications for practice.     

Educational psychologists’ constructions of sexuality and the implications for practice

Despite an underlying inclusion agenda, sexuality equality remains a low priority in education. Review of literature suggests the marginalization of sexual minority young people (SMYP) in schools. This study explores educational psychologists’ (EPs’) constructions of sexuality and the implications for practice. Discursive psychology was used to analyse semi-structured interview data from seven EPs. Multiple and context-dependent constructions of sexuality emerged from the study. The research suggested that participants oriented to the need to maintain a non-prejudiced position and managed tensions of accountability using rhetorical strategies and interpretive repertoires. Conclusions centre on the need for reflexive practice to challenge taken for granted assumptions regarding sexuality in education and psychology communities.

本文以建构主义学习理论为基础,总结了实验心理学实验教学改革的基本思路与成果,阐述了研究性实验教学策略,包括理论构思策略、成果表述策略、实验操作策略,并对这些教学策略的实施效果进行了评述。     

基于积极心理学理念的心理社团管理模式初探

心理社团的组织与管理,不仅是社团成长的过程,更是社团成员专业成长的过程,也是成员的个体成长的过程。基于此,从筛选社团成员、成员角色意识培养入手,开展各项活动,要求成员掌握一定的心理健康知识,并能从自身出发帮助他人,以期营造积极的心理健康教育氛围。

科学的经济学家没有在实验室浪费他们的时间。科学的实验经济学家会专心于双重工作:在经济理论有效的地方夯实该理论,以及在该理论无效的情况的地方提供修正这个理论的灵感源泉。在理论完全不起作用的情景下,我们需要接受我们的局限性,并且留意像心理学这样的学科以寻求答案。实验中的经济学家的比较优势是,不仅了解经济学理论的形式理论,而且了解推导出这些形式理论的假定可能有效的经济环境和制度。     

催眠实施超个人心理治疗的个案研究

超个人心理治疗是通过超越个人狭隘的意识状态,与无(潜)意识及宇宙融为一体,达到超越个人和提升个人目的的一种心理治疗方式。超个人心理治疗一般通过静坐、沉思、冥想等手段来进行,但催眠可以更加快速地实施这一疗法。实践证明催眠是实施超个人心理治疗的绝佳途径。
