机电专业学生专业技术应用能力培养方案研究

本文论述了在机电技术专业实行行动导向教学,科学选择和设计典型教学载体,将理论学习、能力训练和职业精神的培养融合一体,通过载体创设学习情境,进行专业技术应用能力培养,对学生适应社会需求有着明显的作用。     

校本教研：有效与现实之策略

从概念的重新界定、方式的适用性及开展的基础条件三个方面来探索校本教研的有效与现实之策略。校本教研是中小学教师的一种生活方式、对自己教学的理解方式和反思方式。校本教研方式的选择要考虑到文化因素及地域因素,采取巩固常规方式、拓展新的方式和进行优化组合的策略。中小学教师在具备一定的闲暇时间、在文化生活中认可了新课改所倡导的校本教研的理念、掌握了校本教研的方法并在和其他学校教师的交流之中,才可能有效、现实地开展校本教研活动。     

Professional knowledge or motivation? Investigating the role of teachers’ expertise on the quality of technology-enhanced lesson plans

In an expertise study with 94 mathematics teachers varying in their relative teacher expertise (i.e., student teachers, trainee teachers, in-service teachers), we examined effects of teachers' professional knowledge and motivational beliefs on their ability to integrate technology within a lesson plan scenario. Therefore, we assessed teachers' professional knowledge (i.e., content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, technological knowledge), and their motivational beliefs (i.e., self-efficacy, utility-value). Furthermore, teachers were asked to develop a lesson plan for introducing the Pythagorean theorem to secondary students. Lesson plans by advanced teachers (i.e., trainee teachers, in-service teachers) comprised higher levels of instructional quality and technology exploitation than the ones of novice teachers (i.e., pre-service teachers). The effect of expertise was mediated by teachers' perceived utility-value of educational technology, but not by their professional knowledge. These findings suggest that teachers’ motivational beliefs play a crucial role for effectively applying technology in mathematics instruction.     

探究培养小学生课外阅读兴趣的方法

小学生课外阅读兴趣的培养具有重要的意义。为了增加学生的阅读积累量,使其能在学习中发挥自己的能力,激发阅读兴趣,本文阐述了小学生课外阅读现状,提出了培养小学生课外阅读兴趣的方法。有效引导学生进行课外阅读,对学生的语文学习有着重要的意义,能使学生在今后的学习中具备完善的知识基础。     

Complex Systems Approaches to Educational Research: Introduction to the Special Issue

Abstract

To explore the movement toward increased complex systems (CS) research in education, this special issue of the Journal of Experimental Education was developed to identify some under-examined places where CS approaches have advanced research. The articles provide empirical examples of research leveraging methods and analyses from complexity science. In this introduction article to the special issue, we discuss the authors’ contributions to defining and explicating concepts and methods that fall under the umbrella of CS perspectives and how these methods were used to investigate complex processes in their topics of study. The articles capture the goal of the special issue to demonstrate how the research questions framed by CS assumptions can change our expectations about the very nature of the processes under study in education. We then take a more global perspective and acknowledge the commonalities amongst the papers, including (a) the reliance on intensive data to answer research questions, and (b) the use of dynamic approaches that yield findings about the stability and change of these systems and phenomena.     

小学数学教学生活化的有效策略

数学是一门与生活紧密相连的学科,俗语有云:“学会数理化,走遍全天下。”其中数学位于首位,足以见得数学知识能够很好地解决实际问题。利用生活化教学策略进行数学教学,能够让小学生对数学内容产生一定的学习兴趣与好奇心,并且能够有效提升学生对数学知识的重视程度,学生愿意主动学习数学,其综合能力才能够有效提升起来。为了实现上述教学效果,本文主要研究小学数学教学生活化的有效策略。

人工智能自身的安全性已成为前沿的研究热点,并产生了巨大的人才需求,迫切需要建设相关课程。通过论证和研究“人工智能安全”课程建设,系统地探讨“人工智能安全”课程教学内容,并研究设计符合业界需求和多元化人才培养要求的新型教学模式。教学内容涵盖了不断涌现的人工智能安全的前沿研究内容;教学方法依据以学为中心、目标导向,教学与实践相结合,教学效果检验与持续改进,加强社会使命和人文情怀培养,以科研促教学。     

谈英语阅读理解能力的培养与提高

阅读是英语学习的四项基本技能之一,是人们运用语言和其他已有知识获取信息的过程,阅读能力是一个综合的语言理解和运用能力;从解析英语阅读能力入手,论述了英语阅读能力对英语学习的重要性,概述了学生英语能力的现状,分析总结了在学习过程中提高阅读能力的主要方法及技巧。     

生态补偿机制建立的经济学原理及补偿模式

生态补偿指宏观范围内对生态环境保护、建设者的一种利益驱动机制、激励机制和协调机制。生态补偿机制建立的外部性理论就是使环境效益外部性内部化,解决资源配置问题;公共产品理论、生态资本理论就是在生态保护的同时,还要使生态资本增值。社区参与生态补偿模式是一种新体制,需要建立相应的保障。     

The role of scaling up research in designing for and evaluating robustness

One of the great strengths of Jim Kaput’s research program was his relentless drive towards scaling up his innovative approach to teaching the mathematics of change and variation. The SimCalc mission, “democratizing access to the mathematics of change,” was enacted by deliberate efforts to reach an increasing number of teachers and students each year. Further, Kaput asked: What can we learn from research at the next level of scale (e.g., beyond a few classrooms at a time) that we cannot learn from other sources? In this article, we develop an argument that scaling up research can contribute important new knowledge by focusing researchers’ attention on the robustness of an innovation when used by varied students, teachers, classrooms, schools, and regions. The concept of robustness requires additional discipline both in the design process and in the conduct of valid research. By examining a progression of three studies in the Scaling Up SimCalc program, we articulate how scaling up research can contribute to designing for and evaluating robustness.
