跨文化因素与商务英语翻译的准确性

文章从跨文化的角度出发,对照翻译中的准确性标准,分析了影响商务英语翻译的跨文化因素,从商务活动、商标两个方面阐述了跨文化因素对商务英语翻译准确性的影响,指出只有正确理解中西方文化差异,才能准确地做好商务英语翻译。     

任务构想对口语表达流利性、准确性及复杂性的影响

任务构想可以弥补信息加工的不足,提高学习者的语言输出质量。相关理论及前人研究显示,任务前构想对语言复杂性和流利性有积极影响,在线构想对语言的准确性有积极影响。这一结论对于英语教学尤其是口语教学有一定的启发意义。     

Teacher judgments at zero-acquaintance: A social accuracy analysis

How accurate are teachers’ first impressions and what moderates the degree of first impression accuracy? In previous teacher judgment accuracy research, teachers judged students who were well-acquainted to them, focusing on single traits. Here, we follow the zero-acquaintance paradigm and apply the Social Accuracy Model (SAM; Biesanz, 2010) to examine teachers’ first impressions regarding students’ personality profiles. Three groups of perceivers (student teachers, experienced teachers and psychology students; N = 285) rated students’ (N = 10) academic self-concept, intrinsic motivation and intelligence based on brief videos. SAM analyses revealed that teachers were accurate regarding the average students’ profile of characteristics (normative accuracy), but were not successful at detecting students' unique personality profiles (distinctive accuracy). Moreover, likeable students and those evaluated as more physically attractive were perceived with higher normative accuracy. Personality similarity and teaching experience were unrelated to accuracy. Implications for teacher judgment accuracy research and educational practice are discussed.

英语写作教学中元认知策略训练的应用

在心理学认知研究的启发下,本文认为,英语写作教学中要贯穿元认知策略训练,在加强写作教学效果的同时,进一步培养学生自主性学习能力。     

Research on new software compensation method of static and quasi-static errors for precision motion controller

To reduce mechanical vibrations induced by big errors compensation, a new software compensation method based on an improved digital differential analyzer （DDA） interpolator for static and quasi-static errors of machine tools is proposed. Based on principle of traditional DDA interpolator, a DDA interpolator is divided into command generator and command analyzer. There are three types of errors, considering the difference of positions between compensation points and interpolation segments. According to the classification, errors are distributed evenly in data processing and compensated to certain interpolation segments in machining. On-line implementation results show that the proposed approach greatly improves positioning accuracy of computer numerical control （CNC） machine tools.
