活、实、联──聋教育中职技教育原则的探索

本校创办于八十年代初，十几年来对聋哑学校士。何开展职业技术教育进行了不断的探索，摸索出一条适合我校的办学路子。1．职技教育的生命力在于主动适应形势，灵活调整专业和教学内容。2．职技教育的吸引力在于教学的“实际、实用、实效”。3．职技教育的活力在于把学文化、学技术与就业相联，构建成一条龙职教体系。     

Role of recognition of prior learning for emerging economies: learning from a four sector pilot project in India

Recognition of prior learning (RPL) has increasingly been recognised as a useful way to certify experience and competencies gained in the workplace informally. Particularly pertinent is RPL in the context of international migration or in economies, where system reforms seek to overcome challenges related to access to formal training and qualifications. India has the goal to skill 300 million of its growing workforce and provide them access at various levels to certification and further learning opportunities. As a part of the overall system reforms, the Government of India, jointly with the ILO, pilot tested RPL in four sectors in collaboration with the industry and built the foundation for wider replication for another 26 growth sectors by undertaking a tracer study and evaluation. This paper can empirically establish that RPL has had a positive effect on income opportunities, occupational safety, social status and openness to further learning. The paper further discusses the challenges encountered during the implementation of the RPL projects before concluding with recommendations, highlighting the aspects required for quality RPL in an emerging economy. It closes by emphasising the importance of conducting tracer studies to determine impact and the need to provide complementary training during the RPL process.     

Discovering the Laws of Sampling

That the sample mean and variance are “good” estimates of the corresponding population parameters is easily accepted as “obvious” by students, but the concept of standard error of the mean is often found to be quite a hurdle. That this standard error decreases inversely as the square-root of the sample size, and the mysterious appearance of the Normal distribution, are often taken as magical and incomprehensible effects, and non-mathematical students can often be turned away from further understanding. This article describes a program which provides an experimental framework in which the student can rapidly develop an intuition for the basic properties of sampling.     

新课程下高考化学试题内容、结构及能力要素的初步研究

本文探讨了实施新课程标准后高考化学科的考试范围和内容、试题的构造技术及能力要素。试题选材构造技术包括价值取向、学术领域、知识视野、社会背景、教育功能和导向功能等多维要素,能力要素包括一二级能力指标,一级指标包括"知识了解"、"知识理解"、"规则运用"、"问题探究"等,在具体命题时还应考虑主体内容的"能力亚层"、"题干特征"、"答案特征"三方面的要素。     

提高学生对信息技术课兴趣的尝试

本文遵循教育心理学的原则，依据《信息技术新课程标准》（新课标）对信息技术课程要求的新理念，结合我校的现有设备和学生的实际情况，尝试了“寓教于乐”和“启发——思考——实践——创新”的新型教学方法，提高学生对信息技术课的兴趣，有效地提高了信息技术课的教学质量。     

对《英语课程标准》（实验稿）下任务型教学的思考

《英语课程标准》(实验稿)倡导在英语教学中实施任务型教学，达到“以言行事”，培养学生综合语言应用能力。本首先简述了任务型教学理论。认为任务型教学是完成英语学习任务的一种重要的但不是唯一的途径，并提出在具体的教学实践中要注重任务型教学与综合折中的辨证统一。     

元数据在网络信息资源组织与检索中的作用

本文从元数据的定义、本质、结构入手，探讨了元数据在网络信息资源组织和检索方面的作用．并对元数据的未来发展趋势进行了分析。     

都柏林核心元数据及其在数字图书馆中的应用

本文从元数据的定义入手，讨论了都柏林核心元数据的产生，阐明了其著录项目及格式，并介绍了DC元数据在数字图书馆中的应用价值。最后号召大家进一步研究和关注DC元数据，并把它应用到数字图书馆中。     

基于XML的信息组织与处理：2．应用技术

本文介绍基于XML的基础数据与应用文献标记、地数据及知识体系标记、基于XML的应用领域信息处理与交换框架建设，并分析XML在图书情报领域中的应用以及XML对图书情报领域的挑战。     

元数据在数字图书馆中的应用

本文从数字图书馆的信息资源组织人手，介绍了使用广泛的MARC元数据、都柏林核心元素集、因特网内容选择平台、资源描述框架，并探讨了元数据在数字图书馆的应用。
