高速公路的设计标准和工程质量要求高。必须重视和加强高速公路现场施工中的工程质量管理问题。本文从提高全员质量意识、重视工地试验室建设、重视现场跟踪检查、采取有效的质量奖罚措施、提高设计质量等方面较详细地阐述了高速公路现场施工中的质量管理问题。     

Provision of quality education in the context of Syrian refugee children in the UK: opportunities and challenges

Abstract

While existing research has shown the importance of the three interrelated domains of the wider policy, the school and home/community environments in the development of quality education for learners, this literature does not fully capture the experiences of the refugee population. In this article we focus on a group of Syrian refugees who came as part of the first large cohort that was welcomed in the UK in December 2015. We adapt Tikly’s quality education frameworks and develop a model that highlights not only the importance of the three intersecting environments, but also the specific inputs/processes that are critical to achieving quality education for refugees. In so doing, we stress the critical role of English as a tool for refugee children’s inclusion and integration in schools. Consequently, the contribution of the paper is an understanding of the inputs/processes that are key to the development of quality education for migrant/refugee children.     

我国烤烟产值、产量、质量及其与气候年景关系研究

利用 195 3- 1993年全国烤烟单位面积产值、产量和上中等烟比重资料 ,将全国视为一个大区 ,划分全国烤烟高低产值、丰歉和优劣质年景 ,研究高低产值年烤烟产值与产量及上中等烟比重之间的关系 ,结果表明 :高产值年每hm2 烤烟平均产值 2 70 3 .0 3元、产量 16 0 8.75kg、上中等烟比重 49.77% ,气象产值、产量和上中等烟气象比重分别占实际产值、产量和上中等烟比重 17.92 %、11.2 4%和 3 .92 % ,由于气象条件有利使单产增加和上中等烟比重提高而增加的产值分别占气象产值 49.71%和 5 0 2 9% ;低产值年每hm2 烤烟平均产值 15 2 4.90元、产量 10 75 .71kg、上中等烟比重 42 .5 6 % ,气象产值、产量和上中等烟气象比重的绝对值分别占实际产值、产量和上中等烟比重 2 9.97%、18.6 9%和 2 .87% ,由于气象条件不利使单产减少和上中等烟比重降低而减少的产值分别占气象产值 5 2 .91%和47.0 9%。     

A quantitative analysis of moral exemplars presented in moral education textbooks in Korea and Japan

This study is a comparative analysis of the characteristics of moral exemplars presented in moral education textbooks in Korea and Japan. The purpose of the study is to examine and compare moral values presented through the lives and stories of moral exemplars in the two countries that have moral education as an independent and separate subject based on the national curriculum. To this end, the study uses analytical criteria such as gender, nationality, social roles, historical backgrounds, and specific moral values in order to investigate characteristics of 307 moral exemplars in Korea’s and Japan’s most used moral education textbooks. The results show significant similarities and differences in moral exemplars between the two nations. In the case of the similarities, both countries emphasize moral autonomy and respect for human life. In the case of the differences, while Korea presents more historic figures as moral exemplars, Japan presents more students and ordinary people as moral exemplars.     

Method evaluation of an enzymatic method for serum creatinine

Selecting the correct method for routine analysis by ‘method evaluation’ is an important component of quality assurance. It is a step-wise procedure that evaluates various analytical parameters like accuracy, precision etc of the given method. Finally reference intervals are established for selected population. We evaluated an enzymatic method for serum creatinine. The results show that it is an acceptable method based on the above mentioned criteria.     

信息系统开发中的质量管理

本文通过对我国信息系统开发现状进行了分析，提出了在信息系统开发中质量管理的原则和方法，并针对信息系统的基础──数据库．提出了几种面向数据的数据库质量控制方法，为使用这些方法能够简便、快速而有效地提高信息系统数据库建库的质量。
