毛泽东民族文化观的形成

毛泽东同志民族文化观的形成经历了探索、萌芽、发展和成熟几个时期。毛泽东在对中国文化的探索和重塑过程中 ,注意将马列主义的普遍原理同中国的具体实践相结合 ,并主张文化的重塑应同革命理论的建设相结合。他认为中华民族的文化应该是民族的、科学的、大众的文化。

盲校现行教学组织批判——基于个别化教学的反思

大部分盲校教学组织是仿效传统普通教育班级授课制模式建立起来的,逐渐形成了“小组班、大班校,不管多少按班教”的特征。虽然盲校实行的是小班教学,但大一统的班级授课制组织管理严重脱离盲校的实际,满足不了视障学生复杂多样的个别特殊需要,也制约、消损着小班的灵活性和个别化优势的发挥,限制了教师和学生在教学过程中行为方式的变化。     

Moral education and values education in curriculum reform in China

In the new curriculum reform in China, moral education and values education have been defined from the angles of the integrity and conformity of curriculum functions. Accordingly, a new education concept based on complete/integral curriculum functions is established. By discussing the essences of the curriculum, the basis of moral and values education, integrated curriculum setting in instruction structure, the presence of emotional and attitudinal goals in the subject standards, and teaching methods, this text points out that this curriculum reform looks to moral and values education in schools. The reform also emphasizes and will guarantee moral and values education in schools. Finally, the article recommends to elementary and secondary schools the studies on moral education in class conducted by the Research Institute of Moral Education of Nanjing Normal University, one of the Key Bases for Humanities and Social Sciences Research for the Ministry of Education. __________ Translated from Global Education, 2002:12

汉语言远端教育文化圈:一个值得注意的远端教育文化构想

“汉语言远端教育文化圈”概念是一个基于“文化圈”理论的现实构想，其目的是利用现代信息技术和教育技术，使全球范围内每一个运用汉语言媒介进行远程学习的人，都能满足其接受高等教育的梦想。本文基于对“汉语言远端教育文化圈”两大结构层次：以汉语为母语的“华裔社会人群远端教育文化圈”和以汉语作为文化交流语言或对汉语有着深厚思想感情的非华裔人群的“非华裔社会人群远端教育文化圈”的文化背景，结构及其思想体系的剖析，对于“汉语言远端教育文化圈”内外的多种远端教育圈合作，尤其是远端教学资源建设的开发与共享合作，提出了极具建设性的构想和意见。     

‘Feeling bad’ or ‘being bad?’ The trapping effect of effort in academic failure in a Confucian cultural context

A predicament faced by students who fail academically in East Asian Confucian societies, such as Taiwan, is being obscured by students’ outstanding performances in international academic assessments. This article proposes that there is a trapping effect of effort for these students. They are trapped in a dilemma between ‘feeling bad’ (emotional distress) for exerting too much effort and ‘being bad’ (negative image) for making little effort. Such a dilemma may be worse in the domain of academic achievement than in non-academic domains like the arts, with the former being more directly related to children’s dutiful fulfilment of parental expectations. Two consecutive studies – a scenario experiment with 700 subjects and a survey on past experiences of failure with a sample of 190 – were conducted. The results supported our hypothesis that effort becomes a double-edged sword for students who failed. They are more likely to either ‘feel bad’ or ‘be bad’ after failing academically compared to performing poorly on non-academic activities. Implications of the findings are further discussed.

试论湖笔文化的内涵

湖笔是以发源于湖州并以传统的湖笔生产制作工艺生产制作，具有尖、齐、圆、健等四大工艺特色且以“湖”（湖州）字冠称的毛笔。“湖笔文化”和“湖笔文化研究”，是“世界文化”－－“中国文化”－－“中国物产文化”－－“中国笔文化”下的一个分支课题。研究“湖笔文化”需要从物质文化、精神文化和制度文化三个子系统或三个层面进行探讨，从而发现和把握它的内涵。湖笔物质文化包涵特殊的原料、器械、工艺、工人等；湖笔精神文化主要指“湖笔”的属性认识、工艺流程 、形制标准、美学追求；湖笔的制度文化涉及制笔行业的协调、联络，以至管理、领导的组织和有关的制度。
