创新高等学校德育应着力构建"三个关系"

高等学校校德育工作要深入研究德育的内在关系,以基本关系的建设为着力点,构建牢固的情感关系,信任关系,互动关系。在三个基本关系的建设中推进高等学校校德育工作。     

在真实道德冲突中提升道德判断和行为抉择能力

人的道德成长是在不断解决道德冲突的过程中逐步实现的．真实的道德冲突对人们提出明确的道德行为方面的要求,对他们的切身利益提出明确的挑战,因而蕴含直接的道德教育价值．而虚拟的道德情境则不具有这种功能,我国长期以来道德教育实效性低下,主要原因在于虚拟道德教育占据了主导地位．本文主张在真实道德情境中恰当地设置道德冲突,提高学生的道德判断和行为抉择能力。     

网络媒体的道德危机和社会责任

中国网络媒体已经成为和传统媒体一样有重大影响力的新兴媒体。在网络媒体快速发展的同时．也逐渐暴露出其匮乏的道德意识和社会责任意识。2003第3届中国网络媒体论坛的召开把加强网络媒体的社会责任提上了议事日程，网络媒体加强社会责任感的道路任重而道远！     

市场经济中“道德人”存在和发展的基础

市场经济的道德取向和发展问题是伦理学研究的重要课题。在社会化大生产这一社会生产方式的背景下，以传统道德为核心的“道德人”在价值取向上同社会化大生产内在要求具有根本适应性，因而，在市场经济条件下，“道德人”存在和发展是必然的。

研讨式教学把科研与教学结合起来,重能力培养和方法传授。在大学生《思想道德修养》课中实施研讨式教学达到了知识、能力、素质全面提高的目的。研讨式教学一般分五步进行。教师素质是其中决定的因素。     

Alternative route urban teacher retention and implications for principals’ moral leadership

Early murmurs concerning teacher attrition in the United States have risen to an alarming level since the 1990s. Given that half of the 1990s teaching force were/are expected to retire between 2000 and 2010, the cry has been heard loud and clearly throughout the nation. Furthermore, today’s fledgling teachers are fleeing at astronomical rates, particularly in economically challenged urban areas. Alternative route certification programmes are one example of states’ and cities’ attempts to fill urban classrooms with highly qualified teachers. This paper addresses the potential for retaining urban alternative route teachers. What is revealed is that teacher retention, though multi‐layered, implicates principals’ moral leadership. As such, traditional leadership methods, roles and responsibilities are called into question. The paper addresses the relationships between alternative route urban teacher retention and educational leadership and proposes a discourse in support of moral leadership. Findings suggest that the moral leadership of school building‐level principals may favourably impact the potential for retaining alternative route teachers.     

Examining the impact of prior academic achievement on moral reasoning development among college students: A growth curve analysis

Moral reasoning is concerned with making decisions regarding the appropriate course of action in particular situations and has been highlighted as a critical factor that may facilitate (or impede) the effectiveness of educational programs in promoting positive outcomes. This study examined the trajectories of moral reasoning as measured by the Defining Issues Test (DIT2) for college students and to what extent there are intra-individual (within student) and inter-individual (between student) changes in moral reasoning during this developmental period. The results suggest that moral reasoning was best represented by a linear increase on the mean level and non-signi?cant variability across students. The relationship between moral reasoning and students’ prior academic attainment was also examined.     

论自然选择的双重性在生物入侵中的作用

自然选择及生存竞争是生物演化的根本动力，自然选择的双重性作用在一定程度上决定外来生物入侵的结果．自然环境与入侵生物具有双向选择作用，自然选择对生物入侵既有促进作用也有抑制作用，既有有利选择也有有害选择．外来生物进入新栖息地后，由于自然选择双重作用形成与土著生物间生存竞争，逐渐产生优势特性和较强的选择压力，同时对生境产生重大干扰和改变，土著生物选择性衰败和淘汰，形成生物入侵．在论述自然选择双重性内涵基础上，用自然选择的双重性原理分析了外来生物入侵过程的基本问题，为人类控制和治理生物入侵提供参考．
