对投资环境建设的几点思考

投资环境建设是发展经济的一项基础性工程，直接影响到资本、项目、人才、技术等的引进。投资环境建设的实质内容是建立起良好的资本运行秩序。各级政府作为投资环境建设的主体，应该从建设而不是仅仅从改善投资环境的角度来思考。为资本自然属性的实现创造良好条件。     

Visualizing Matrix Multiplication

Efficient visualizations of computational algorithms are important tools for students, educators, and researchers. In this article, we point out an innovative visualization technique for matrix multiplication. This method differs from the standard, formal approach by using block matrices to make computations more visual. We find this method a helpful alternative for introducing matrix multiplication.     

High-performance hardware architecture of elliptic curve cryptography processor over GF（2^163）

We propose a novel high-performance hardware architecture of processor for elliptic curve scalar multiplication based on the Lopez-Dahab algorithm over GF（2^163） in polynomial basis representation. The processor can do all the operations using an efficient modular arithmetic logic unit, which includes an addition unit, a square and a carefully designed multiplication unit. In the proposed architecture, multiplication, addition, and square can be performed in parallel by the decomposition of computation. The point addition and point doubling iteration operations can be performed in six multiplications by optimization and solution of data dependency. The implementation results based on Xilinx VirtexⅡ XC2V6000 FPGA show that the proposed design can do random elliptic curve scalar multiplication GF（2^163） in 34.11 μs, occupying 2821 registers and 13 376 LUTs.     

Low-complexity multiplexer-based normal basis multiplier over GF(2m)

We present a new normal basis multiplication scheme using a multiplexer-based algorithm. In this algorithm, the proposed multiplier processes in parallel and has a multiplexer-based structure that uses MUX and XOR gates instead of AND and XOR gates. We show that our multiplier for type-1 and type-2 normal bases saves about 8% and 16%, respectively, in space complexity as compared to existing normal basis multipliers. Finally, the proposed architecture has regular and modular configurations and is well suited to VLSI implementations.

新课改下高校健身街舞选项课教学多元化与能力培养的研究

针对街舞课的特点,在查阅了有关街舞、健美操教学文献资料的基础上,采用调查研究、教学实验等方法,在师范大学公共体育五年的街舞教学实践当中解决了如何能够在有限的36学时中,既高质量地完成较多的传授知识技能的任务,又培养了学生的快速学习模仿能力、审美能力、创编训练、勇于展现自我等多方面能力的难题。该研究为高校公共体育新课改,选项课的开设提供了很好的尝试。     

档案信息资源增殖研究

本文从档案信息资源增殖的含义、表现形式、依赖条件、增殖原因、增殖后给社会带来的影响和档案信息资源增殖的良性循环等方面对档案信息资源增殖作了更加深入、系统的研究。在研究中 ,笔者针对目前国内档案界对本课题研究的不完善之处提出了自己新的观点。

Cognitive models: The missing link to learning fraction multiplication and division

This quasi-experimental study aims to streamline cognitive models on fraction multiplication and division that contain the most worthwhile features of other existing models. Its exploratory nature and its approach to proof elicitation can be used to help establish its effectiveness in building students’ understanding of fractions as compared to the traditional algorithmic way of teaching, vis-à-vis the students’ negative notions about learning fractions. Interestingly, the study showed the benefits and drawbacks of using these cognitive models in the teaching and learning of mathematics.
