Abstract

Problem-based learning has been described for use in medical education and is thought to be a superior approach to traditional didactic methods. We describe the use of PBL as an innovative approach to the education and training of social workers on an interdisciplinary health care team. An actual PBL case is described, and a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages to this approach is presented. The use of PBL on interdisciplinary teams helps educate social workers to work effectively on teams, and educates other professionals about the social work role and how to utilize social work services effectively.     

教学团队建设：民办高校组织文化建设的重要手段

教学团队建设是进行高等学校教学改革、提高教学质量的重要举措。民办高校在教学团队建设方面优势与困难并存、机遇与危机同在,民办高校应在认真分析自身困难与优势的基础上,强化团队意识,精诚合作,激励教师为打造优质教学团队、构建教师共同体而努力,并以教学团队建设为契机形成民办高校良好的组织文化和组织风气。     

基于学习型组织理论的高校创新团队建设

科学研究是高等院校的基本职能之一,更是研究型大学发展的命脉,而创新团队作为科学研究的主力军,对于研究型大学的建设具有重要的意义。本文首先介绍了学习型组织理论的基本内容及其五项修炼,然后阐述了高校创新团队的内涵、基本特征和重要作用,最后基于学习型组织理论的视角,对高校创新团队的管理提出理论思考。     

2001年全国甲B足球队集训特点的调查与分析

笔者运用文献资料法、观察统计法和分析比较法 ,对该次集训进行了调查 ,结果说明 :本次集训同以往集训相比 ,具有变微观管理为宏观调控 ;变规定体测为体能抽测的两大特点。

初探合理分组与组合在青少年中长跑训练中的应用

结合青少年运动员的身心特点,就中小学田径队中长跑训练中的大小分组、男女分组、长短组合、优差组合等合理分组与组合问题,探讨科学有效的分组与组合训练方法,通过优势互补,提高训练效果,达到共同提高的目的。     

团队认知对虚拟团队知识共享的影响及实证研究

团队认知是团队知识共享的核心过程机制。本文主要从团队共享心智模型与交互记忆系统两个维度来考察团队认知对虚拟团队知识共享的影响,并依据相关理论,从团队沟通以及团队虚拟性两方面构建了团队认知的前置因素,进而构建了本文的假设模型。最后,利用结构方程对假设模型进行了检验,结果表明,团队认知对团队知识共享具有显著影响。     

我国高校高水平运动队招生过程监控体系的研究

选取全国12所高校高水平运动队为研究对象,对其招生过程监控体系进行研究,具体为：监控内容、监控过程和监控方法.研究表明：我国高校高水平运动队招生监控过程较为复杂,招生过程监控体系涉及面广;招生过程监控执行力度不到位,尚未形成一套完整的监控体系.笔者基于监控方法和监控依据等监控因素的综合分析,构建了我国高水平运动队招生过程监控体系框架.首先,监控体系由监控部门、监控依据、监控过程和监控方法构成;监控以招生过程为主线有序进行,贯穿于招生始末.其次,在监控过程中,抓住关键,对技能考核重点监控,全程录像;重视反馈跟踪,形成长效监控机制.最后,监控方法手段应注重实效性,切实可行且便于操作.旨在完善高校高水平运动队招生过程的监督机制,确保高校高水平运动队的生源质量.

Cultural differences in the perception of critical interaction behaviors in global virtual teams

We investigated whether members of virtual teams from the U.S., India, and Belgium perceived the same interaction behaviors to be critical for team functioning as Dutch members from an earlier study. Thirteen virtual team workers from the U.S., 11 from India, and 11 from Belgium were interviewed by means of the Critical Incident Technique Flanagan [Flanagan, J. C. (1954). The critical incident technique. Psychological Bulletin, 51, 327–358]. The total number of critical incidents from all countries was 493 and most incidents could be grouped into the same 13 categories as those found in the original Dutch study. However, the results showed that the distributions of the critical incidents from the American, Indian, and Belgian respondents differed from those of the Dutch. Indian and Belgian respondents also mentioned a new category of critical incidents: Respectfulness. The cultural differences were interpreted by means of Hofstede's [Hofstede, G. (2001).
