马克思主义实践观的人文意蕴对我国大学生理想教育的启示

改革开放以来,理想教育作为大学生思想政治教育的核心内容,一直是国内思想政治教育研究领域的一个热点课题。目前我国大学生理想教育的效果不佳,部分学生的理想状况令人担忧。要解决这个难题,可以借鉴马克思主义实践观的人文意蕴,为理想教育注入人文关怀,从而达到理想教育应有的效果。     

生态链视角下医疗卫生领域知识服务模式探索

[目的/意义]旨在为医疗卫生领域知识服务提供理论与实践参考。[方法/过程]在生态链视角下,面向医疗卫生领域构建以生态链中的生产者为知识创新主体、分解者为知识实践主体、消费者为知识受益主体的医疗卫生领域知识依赖关系模型,并在此基础上,围绕知识服务各要素以及之间的关系探索医疗卫生领域知识服务模式。[结果/结论]提出医疗卫生资源消费者知识服务模式、医疗卫生资源生产者知识服务模式以及医疗卫生资源分解者知识服务模式。     

我国安宁疗护的发展和思考

临终患者在生理和心理方面遭受着不同程度的折磨,安宁疗护的发展对改善其临终生活质量、缓解对死亡的恐惧具有重大的研究意义。本文对我国安宁疗护的发展现状进行综述,分析其影响因素及对策研究,以期为后期开展针对性的安宁疗护提供参考。     

Application of network meta-analysis in the field of physical activity and health promotion

Continued advancement in the field of physical activity and health promotion relies heavily on the synthesis of rigorous scientific evidence. As such, systematic reviews and meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials have led to a better understanding of which intervention strategies are superior (i.e., produce the greatest effects) in physical activity-based health behavior change interventions. Indeed, standard meta-analytic approaches have allowed researchers in the field to synthesize relevant experimental evidence using pairwise procedures that produce reliable estimates of the homogeneity, magnitude, and potential biases in the observed effects. However, pairwise meta-analytic procedures are only capable to discerning differences in effects between a select intervention strategy and a select comparison or control condition. In order to maximize the impact of physical activity interventions on health-related outcomes, it is necessary to establish evidence concerning the comparative efficacy of all relevant physical activity intervention strategies. The development of network meta-analysis (NMA)—most commonly used in medical-based clinical trials—has allowed for the quantification of indirect comparisons, even in the absence of direct, head-to-head trials. Thus, it stands to reason that NMA can be applied in physical activity and health promotion research to identify the best intervention strategies. Given that this analysis technique is novel and largely unexplored in the field of physical activity and health promotion, care must be taken in its application to ensure reliable estimates and discernment of the effect sizes among interventions. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to comment on the potential application and importance of NMA in the field of physical activity and health promotion, describe how to properly and effectively apply this technique, and suggest important considerations for its appropriate application in this field. In this paper, overviews of the foundations of NMA and commonly used approaches for conducting NMA are provided, followed by assumptions related to NMA, opportunities and challenges in NMA, and a step-by-step example of developing and conducting an NMA.     

爱的启迪——从女性角度解读《伤逝》的爱情婚姻观

《伤逝》以独特的角度,描写了子君和涓生的恋爱及其破灭过程。《伤逝》对于爱情的解读,在今天仍然具有强烈的现实意义,能够带给我们以深刻的思考和启迪:爱情婚姻的选择其实就是生活方式的一种选择;爱情婚姻需要一定的经济基础,作为女性一定要自强自立;爱情婚姻需要呵护和经营。这样的婚姻才会幸福、美满。     

Reconsidering the use of video clubs for student-teachers' learning during field placement: Lessons drawn from a longitudinal multiple case study

Although video clubs have been used to support (student) teachers' learning through reflection upon practice, less attention has been paid to their potential use for supporting changes in participants' practice over a period of time. Prior work has also largely treated (student) teachers as an undifferentiated whole that benefits in similar ways from video clubs. In this study, we problematize this assumption by drawing on three cases of student teachers to exemplify three different learning paths while participating in a video club during field placement. Reflecting on these findings, we discuss implications for differentiating the video-club approach to address different student teachers.     

Affordances of using Multiple Videoed Events to construct a rich understanding of adult–child book readings

This paper explores the affordances of using video-based research to capture a multiplicity of events, along with multimodal representations when producing data related to adult–child book readings. In doing this we answer two questions: (1) why more than one event is needed when seeking a comprehensive collection of information for the purpose of analysis; and (2) why one mode of data production alone (e.g. audio recordings or note taking) is insufficient to record practice or interviews when richness is of priority. This research used three videoed events to produce data. These included videoing: (1) caregiver–child interactions during four shared book reading sessions, (2) interviews with caregivers immediately following each of the reading sessions and (3) video-stimulated discussions with caregivers within two months of the final shared book reading. In this paper, I contribute to discussions that highlight the affordances of using video-based research as a means of capturing the multimodal elements of an experience, which can contribute to the analysis and interpretation of data. I expand on this, however, to suggest that when coupled with a multiplicity of events, video-based research can be a means of pursuing richness via a method that has been criticized for its narrow subjectivity.     

冰雪运动员伤残与医疗保险研究

运用保险学、管理学等基本理论,采用理论分析和调研等方法,借鉴发达国家体育保险的经验,分析了我国体育保险现状,认为冰雪运动员伤残、医疗保险存在缺乏应有的保险理念,缺乏法律、制度、机制上的有力支持,缺乏筹资渠道和专门人才,缺乏市场培育等主要问题;提出了树立尽快建立与完善冰雪运动员伤残、医疗保险体系的保障理念,建立健全相关的政策法规体系,积极培育保险市场、转变体育保险运作模式,积极培养专门的冰雪运动保险人才等对策,为健全我国冰雪运动的伤残、医疗保险体系提供理论参考。     

体育健康教育背景下对特殊群体实施体育保健教学的研究——以宁波市高校为例

通过对高校体育保健课教学模式的现状调查,分析教学中存在的问题以及影响特殊群体参加体育健身的因素。提出高校领导要重视体育特殊学生的健康,加强保健教育的组织管理;针对体育特殊群体的特点构建体育保健课课程体系;加强体育保健课程教材的建设,遵循教学原则;规范体育保健课教学组织形式,建立完善的考核评价机制;提高体育保健教师的专业知识和教学能力等相关建议,旨在使体育保健课逐步走上正规化、科学化、合理化的轨道提供理论依据。     

图书馆哲学探究

从图书馆哲学概念和研究意义出发,利用已有的图书馆哲学研究成果,就“图书馆哲学”这一术语的提法、图书馆哲学与图书馆学理论基础的关系、用哲学的逻辑思维探讨图书馆哲学的必要性、图书馆哲学把教育哲学纳入讨论范围的必要性、图书馆学术研究应不应该以哲学理念作为始点、人文关怀与图书馆哲学的统一性以及图书馆哲学的深入应用与发展——图书馆2．0等几个问题提出了初步的看法,并倡导发扬哲学的批判精神。
