新课程实施中教师应把握的两个向度:理念与行动

新一轮基础教育课程改革落实的关键在于教师。中小学教师应该认真学习《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》，掌握以学生为本、建构主义、多元智能等三大教育理念，并以此为指导在教学实践中落实这些教育理念，使之教学行为适应新课程的要求。     

联机分析处理技术的应用研究

数据仓库和联机分析处理(OLAP)技术是两种新型的决策支持技术,这两种技术相互结合,为决策支持系统开辟了新途径,并受到越来越多的关注.综合分析了数据仓库和联机分析处理技术的相关知识点,并利用微软的SQL server 2000及其Analysis services工具作后台数据库的开发,研究了联机分析处理技术在学生选课分析系统中的应用.     

多值函数单值连续分支的研究

利用集合来定义初等多值函数。在辐角函数单值分支的基础上研究了部分初等多值函数的单值分支问题。     

多源流理论下解决跨省危废物倾倒问题的路径分析——以A省为例

在多源流理论指导下,以A省为例,分析了导致跨省危废物倾倒事件频发的原因,主要涉及体制分割和条块治理并行、相关机制缺失、政府监管"失灵"、利益链的存在、部分群众环保意识薄弱、企业缺乏社会责任、地方本位主义凸显等因素,在此基础上对政府、企业、公众提出了责任要求,从而形成"三方共治"的治理模式,共同解决跨省危废物倾倒问题。     

上海一座多联曲线高架桥的分析(英文)

本文对上海一座具有悬臂铰节点的多联曲线连续箱形梁桥的可行性方案提出了两种比较实用的分析方法。第一种分析方法系基于曲线薄壁梁的翘曲扭转理论的解析法,第二种为考虑翘曲作用的曲线格子梁理论的刚度法。所得分析结果基本吻合,它表明两种方法的可靠性。两者比较,后者节省机时,应用简捷而且不受支座条件和断面变化的限制,具有更大的适应性和灵活性。本文系国家自然科学基金资助研究项目“大城市高架桥理论分析构研究”的内容。有关的计算机程序现已扩充应用于其它形式的曲线桥梁分析。     

Multiple hashes of single key with passcode for multiple accounts

A human's e-life needs multiple offline and online accounts. It is a balance between usability and security to set keys or passwords for these multiple accounts. Password reuse has to be avoided due to the domino effect of malicious administrators and crackers. However,human memorability constrains the number of keys. Single sign-on server,key hashing,key strengthening and petname system are used in the prior arts to use only one key for multiple online accounts. The unique site keys are derived from the common master secret and specific domain name. These methods cannot be applied to offline accounts such as file encryption. We invent a new method and system applicable to offline and online accounts. It does not depend on HTTP server and domain name,but numeric 4-digit passcode,key hashing,key strengthening and hash truncation. Domain name is only needed to resist spoofing and phishing attacks of online accounts.     

"多元智力热"的背后与多元智力理论的"软肋"

本文从多元智力理论产生的时代背景、理论背景与个人背景的角度分析了该理论在世界范围内引起关注甚至轰动的原因,并在此基础上提醒人们在关注和推崇多元智力理论的同时,应该清醒地看到多元智力理论的"软肋"所在,即理论基础不够扎实、智力筛选框架不够科学和文化视角不够彻底.     

多元智力理论应用于多媒体外语教学的探讨

文章主要介绍了美国哈佛大学心理学教授加德纳博士(Gardner)在对人类潜能研究的基础上提出的多元智力理论,该理论为我们更好地理解外语学习者的个体差异,认识外语教学,特别是为多媒体外语教学提供了一个崭新的视角。多媒体外语教学能更好地满足不同智力特点的学习者的发展需要。同时,文章还针对多媒体网络教学存在的一些问题提出了相应的解决措施。     

高职院校英语文化环境现状调查及对策分析

高职院校英语教学和英语学习仍在沿袭以往的传统模式,大部分高职院校教学管理者、英语教师和学生没有"英语文化环境"这一概念,也没有尝试通过优化英语文化环境来提高英语教学质量.文章通过探讨英语文化环境和英语学习的关系,引入多元智能理论即MI理论,探索优化高职院校英语文化环境的各种途径,协助高职学生在均衡发展多元智能同时提高英语实际应用能力.     

Cornuside alleviates experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis by inhibiting Th17 cell infiltration into the central nervous system

The present study was conducted to clarify the therapeutic effect of cornuside on experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE) and its influence on T helper 17(Th17) cell and regulatory T(Treg) cell infiltration into the central nervous system. Rats were randomly placed into four treatment groups: control, EAE, EAE+cornuside, and EAE+prednisolone. The neurological function scores of rats were assessed daily. On the second day after EAE rats began to show neurological deficit symptoms, the four groups were treated with normal saline, normal saline, cornuside(150 mg/kg), and prednisolone(5 mg/kg), respectively. The treatment was discontinued after two weeks, and the spinal cord was obtained for hematoxylin and eosin(HE)and luxol fast blue staining, as well as retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor γ(RORγ) and forkhead box protein P3(Foxp3) immunohistochemical staining. Blood was collected for Th17 and Treg cell flow cytometry testing, and the serum levels of interleukin(IL)-17 A, IL-10, transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β), IL-6, IL-23, and IL-2 were measured via enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Compared with rats in the EAE group, rats in the EAE+cornuside and EAE+prednisolone groups began to recover from neurological deficits earlier, and had a greater degree of improvement of symptoms. Focal inflammation, demyelination, and RORγ-positive cell infiltration were reduced by cornuside or prednisolone treatment, whereas the Foxp3-positive cell numbers were not significantly different. Meanwhile, the number of Th17 cells and the IL-17 A, IL-6,and IL-23 levels were lower in the blood after cornuside or prednisolone treatment, whereas the number of Treg cells or the levels of IL-10, TGF-β, and IL-2 were not markedly different. Cornuside can alleviate symptoms of EAE neurological deficits through its anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, and Th17 cells may be one of its therapeutic targets.
