目的比较三维彩色血管能量成像(3D-CPA)和二维彩色血管能量成像(CPA)在鉴别诊断卵巢良恶性肿瘤方面的临床应用价值。方法对53例卵巢肿瘤患者,进行二维彩色血管成像和三维血管立体重建,观察肿物血管的空间分布特点,给出定性诊断,与术后病理结果进行对照分析。结果术后病理证实恶性为32例,良性为21例。CPA的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及符合率分别为93。8%,85-7%,90.9%,90%及90。5%.3D-CPA的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及符合率分别为96.9%,76.2%,86.1%,94.1%及88.7%。3D-CPA和CPA两种检测方法比较差异无统计学意义(X^2=0.44,P〉0.05)。结论在鉴别诊断卵巢肿瘤良恶性方面,3D-CPA的诊断效能与CPA一致。但3D-CPA进一步立体、直观地反映卵巢肿瘤血供,明确地定位病变的位置与范围,对妇科手术方案的制定具有指导意义。 相似文献

To gain better understanding of telomerase’s possible role in the carcinogenesis of gestational trophoblastic tumors, the
authors conducted RT-PCR amplification-based analysis and carried out telomeric repeat amplification to determine the levels
of the human telomerase RNA (hTR) and that of telomerase enzymatic activity itself in 43 normal human placental tissues, 35
gestational trophoblastic tumor tissues and three choriocarcinoma cell lines. hTR was expressed in malignant gestational trophoblastic
tumor tissues as well as choriocarcinoma cell lines. The results showed that hTR of early placenta villi and a part of hydatidiform
mole were positive. But relatively low levels of the hTR could be found in placental tissues. Telomerase enzymatic activity
was strongly positive in 32 of the 35 (91.4%) gestational trophoblastic tumor tissues and all the three choriocarcinoma cell
lines. The enzymatic activity of telomerase itself was detectable at relatively low lelves in 14 of the 21 (66.7%) early placental
villi, only three of the 22 (13.6%) term placenta were weakly positive. These results suggest that telomerase activity may
be correlated with the development of trophoblastic tumors, and so, may be a useful diagnostic marker for detecting the existence
of malignant trophoblastic cells.

目的:观察姜黄素对胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠糖脂代谢及血清脂肪细胞因子的影响,探讨姜黄素干预IR的作用机制。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养,建立IR大鼠模型。将IR大鼠随机分为3组:模型组、吡咯列酮组和姜黄素组。给药4周后测定空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂、TN F-α、Leptin等指标。结果:模型组大鼠血清FIN S、TC、TG和LDL水平均较空白组显著升高,而ISI及HDL水平显著下降;血清TN F-α、Leptin及FFA水平也较空白组明显升高;用姜黄素干预后,大鼠ISI较模型组显著升高,血脂得到改善,FINS、TNF-α、Leptin及FFA水平均显著下降。结论:姜黄素可改善IR大鼠糖脂代谢紊乱,增加胰岛素的敏感性,其机制可能与其调节脂肪细胞因子TNF-α、Leptin的分泌有关。 相似文献

2D nanomaterials generally exhibit enhanced physiochemical and biological functions in biomedical applications due to their high surface-to-volume ratio and surface charge. Conventional cancer chemotherapy based on nanomaterials has been hindered by their low drug loading and poor penetration in tumor tissue. To overcome these difficulties, novel materials systems are urgently needed. Hereby, the lanthanide-based porphyrin metal–organic framework (MOF) nanosheets (NSs) with promising cancer imaging/chemotherapy capacities are fabricated, which display superior performance in the drug loading and tumor tissue penetration. The biodegradable PPF-Gd NSs deliver an ultrahigh drug loading (>1500%) and demonstrate the stable and highly sensitive stimuli-responsive degradation/release for multimodal tumor imaging and cancer chemotherapy. Meanwhile, PPF-Gd NSs also exhibit excellent fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging capability in vitro and in vivo. Compared to the traditional doxorubicin (DOX) chemotherapy, the in vivo results confirm the evident suppression of the tumor growth by the PPF-Gd/DOX drug delivery system with negligible side effects. This work further supports the potential of lanthanide-based MOF nanomaterials as biodegradable systems to promote the cancer theranostics technology development in the future. 相似文献

Adenomas of the nonpigmented ciliary epithelium (NPCE) are often clinically indistinguishable from amelanotic malignant melanomas of the ciliary body or metastatic carcinomas. This paper reports a case study of a distinctive variant of adenoma of the NPCE, which clinically appears as epiretinal membrane in the macular region. Histopathologic studies have revealed this is an adenoma of the NPCE. Identification of this clinic feature is important because it will miss the diagnosis of the adenoma of the NPCE. In this case study, B-scan ultrasonography as well as computerized tomography (CT) has been used to provide help in diagnosing the ciliary body tumor. Because of their anterior location in the ciliary body, partial lamellar sclerou-vectomy is an effective method of treatment. 相似文献

采用 ConA-FITC 直接荧光法和 ConA 间接免疫荧光法及 ConA-HRP 细胞化学法观察了实验肿瘤细胞(鼠乳腺癌 MA73和鼠肉瘤 S180)及临床标本人膀胱癌和结肠癌细胞的涂片标本。结果肿瘤细胞与 ConA结合,作为对照的正常细胞不与 ConA 结合。临床标本中癌细胞表面的 ConA 受体分布呈两种形式,一种均匀分布,另一种呈“斑块”状分布。实验中采用的肿瘤细胞直接涂片以 ConA—FITC 直接荧光检测法简便快速,60min 内可出结果,客观性强,协助病理诊断很有实用价值。 相似文献
