嘉遁平生志:论苏舜钦的隐逸思想

苏舜钦是北宋中期的诗人文豪,开有宋一代诗文风气.隐逸思想贯穿他一生,是其思想中很重要的一部分,而至今学界少有人论及.以监进奏院祀神宴会事件为界,其隐逸思想可以明显分为前后两个时期.     

《越狱》汉语字幕的异化与归化翻译

在网络新时代,配以字幕的原声电影已经成为现代文化传递的主流。美剧《越狱》的汉语字幕翻译中主要运用了异化和归化两种策略,成功地在美国文化与中国文化中间架起一座沟通的桥梁。

Abstract

New models for prison ministry are crucial during the current era of mass incarceration in America—a time when the potential reach of prison ministries can grow as the population of incarcerated individuals grows. In this article, I lift up one prison ministry in New Jersey as an example of how Christian evangelicals who are engaged in traditional prison ministry can bravely open their minds and hearts to models of religious education that go beyond individual conversion toward communal transformation.     

邹阳《狱中上梁王书》的用事与文学散文的产生

考察西汉前期散文,邹阳的《狱中上梁王书》具有浓厚的文学书写特征。“用事”是这篇文章典范式的表达方式,它对后世隶事用典手法的成型具有重要的影响。这种影响的意义不仅显现于表达形态方面,更重要的是,它为文学散文观念的形成提供了新的思路。从叙事到用事再到用典,是中国散文由提供思想范式和统治经验的“致用”之文,走向个人意志与趣味的张扬及其表达,最终形成真正的文学散文的路径之一。     

清末狱制改革探析——以《青岛监狱报告》为例

近代以降,西学东渐并全面而深刻地影响到中国社会的各个方面。始于20世纪初的清末新政,法制改革是其中的主要内容之一。在中国,了解西方近代狱制,进而制定适合中国实际情况的狱制并加以实践,既是鸦片战争后中国人走向世界,学习西学的结果,也是清末法律改革的成就。由时任青岛监狱典狱长邱炳煃编写的《青岛监狱报告》（第二次日占时期）,通过对近代新式监狱的狱务行政、管理、作业、经费等情况的介绍,特别是对监狱的人文化管理,如改善生活环境、对亲属接见、书信收发等制度的详解,反映了清末狱制、法制的近代化以及社会的进步。     

Fighting the Prison–Industrial Complex: A Call to Communication and Cultural Studies Scholars to Change the World1

Collectively authored by the members of Prison Communication, Activism, Research, and Education (PCARE), an NCA-based group of scholars and activists, this essay argues that the prison–industrial complex has grown into a dire threat to the practices of US democracy. The essay “maps” the crises spawned by the prison–industrial complex and then offers a comprehensive action plan for pursuing new forms of scholarship, pedagogy, and activism. The essay therefore hopes to launch nothing less than a revolution in communication and cultural studies scholarship and a new wave of peace-and-justice activism.     

Inside Oz: Hyperviolence,Race and Class Nightmares,and the Engrossing Spectacle of Terror

In this essay I analyze the HBO prison drama Oz as a cultural artifact of the current era of rampant incarceration. I argue that Oz's hyperviolent spectacle legitimizes both the expansion of the prison–industrial complex and the continuing prevalence of inhumane prison environments. I also contend that Oz's framing of race and class within a violent spectacle functions as a justification of discriminatory criminal justice practices.     

我国刑事裁判执行变更权归属问题质疑

刑事裁判执行变更权属于司法权，只能由我国的司法机关行使，然而我国现行刑事诉讼法规定，执行变更权是由作为行政机关的监狱来行驶的，其实质是行政机关操纵国家司法权。     

新门监狱——英国早期犯罪小说之源头

文学与历史总是相互作用、相互影响的。新门监狱作为英国历史上有名的监狱之一,给文学提供了素材,也推动了文学的发展。主要纪录新门监狱一些有名的犯罪和罪犯的带有传记性质的《新门监狱纪事》直接影响了犯罪小说的产生并为侦探小说的发展奠定了基础。     

天水监狱男性罪犯人格特质的调查分析

本研究为了解天水监狱在押男犯的人格特征,为犯罪行为的预测和矫正提供心理学依据,采用《中国罪犯心理测试个性分测验》（COPA—PI）对天水监狱在押男犯320人进行测试。结果表明：在押男犯在内外倾、情绪稳定性、同众性、报复性、信任感、同情心、心理变态倾向7个因子上均与全国男性罪犯常模有显著性差异;不同的文化水平影响COPA—PI得分,且受教育程度越高,其人格越稳定,不易偏离正常。
