新疆中亚留学生汉语教学的社会语言学透视

本文根据新疆中亚留学生汉语教学的客观事实,从社会语言学的视角,依据社会语言学的基本理论,分别从语言接触、语言变异、跨文化三个视角对中亚留学生汉语教学进行了透视,认为对外汉语教学和社会语言学两者之间有着密切的本质联系。

Abstract：

Based on teaching practice and guided by basic socialinguisitc theories,this paper views Chinese teaching to overseas students from Central Asian countries in Xinjiang from a socialinguistic perspective.It discusses langauge contact,language variation and crosscullture and holds that there is a close connection between teaching Chinese to foriegn students and socialinguistics.     

Globalization in Developing Countries

Globalization, like all important concepts, currently has many meanings and connotations. To most de- veloping contries, cultural imperialism has become the most important problem in their process of participating in glo- balization. In this article, issues in China will be analyzed in order to find the benefits and costs of the globalized media in developing countries. Culture imperialism and Americanization will be deeply concepted and argued by some strong statistics and examples. In addition, some valuable comments will be mentioned not only for China but also for most other developing contries.     

《京都议定书》对发展中国家环境保护的影响——以中国为例

气候变化问题已经成为全球重大的国家问题之一。生态系统同一性与经济全球化,使得世界各国承担减排义务成为必然,使得用经济手段调节温室气体排放成为可能。《京都议定书》给发展中国家环境保护带来了机遇：一方面为发展中国家吸引外资和先进技术创造了良好的条件,另一方面为发展中国家环境管理提供了先进的、可操作的模式;但同时它的实施也给发展中国家带来了巨大的压力。     

发达国家职业教育推动校企合作的先进经验及对我国的启示

现阶段我国职业学校校企合作大多停留在以学校为主导的合作形式上,还存在企业积极性不高等问题。发达国家职业教育从法律保障、政府重视、政策倾斜等多方面推动校企合作的先进经验,为我国职业教育开展校企合作提供了借鉴。     

西方女权运动的发展与中国女性主义的发端

启蒙于西方的女权运动,经过近三百年的发展和演变,经历了三个阶段;中国女性主义只有约一百年的历史,从其启蒙到新中国成立之初,中国的女权运动缺乏理论指导。西方女权运动影响深远,激起了全世界女性的维权意识,也加速了我国女性主义的形成,并推动了我国女权运动的发展。     

欧洲大陆国家保守主义就业政策分析

面对持续的高失业、凯恩斯主义就业政策失灵和全球化的迅速发展等共同挑战,法国、西班牙等欧洲大陆国家,并没有像英美国家那样选择新自由主义的就业政策,也没有像瑞典等北欧国家那样选择合作主义的就业政策,而是选择了一种以维持传统欧洲社会模式、缩减劳动供给和劳动力市场边缘灵活化改革为基本特征的保守主义就业政策。这种保守主义就业政策的选择,从根源上来讲,是与欧洲大陆国家社会团结主义的历史文化传统、保守主义的福利国家制度、以国家为主导的社会治理结构和其政治可行性相适应的。在现实中,这种保守主义就业政策的实施在保持欧洲大陆国家社会凝聚力与和谐的同时,也面临着平衡劳动力市场灵活性与安全性的严峻挑战。     

论高等教育强国建设进程中的海外办学——以孔子学院为例

孔子学院这一海外办学形式能够扩大我国高等教育的开放程度,并进而对建设高等教育强国起到促进作用。我国应进一步充实孔子学院的办学内涵,从利益关系人的角度出发完善办学中的合作机制,加强并提升孔子学院对我国高等教育扩大开放和建设高等教育强国的贡献。     

Icelandic parents' views on the national policy on early childhood education

Considerable change has taken place in Icelandic early childhood education during the past few decades. Preschool, from being geared primarily towards children with evident social needs, has become all but universal. The aim of this study was to shed light on Icelandic parents' views on their children's preschool education and to examine how their views harmonize with the nation's preschool policy. The participants in this study, 43 parents of five‐ and six‐year‐old children in three preschools in Reykjavík, participated in focus‐group interviews concerning the preschool curriculum. The results indicate that the parents' main expectation of the preschools was that they should support the children's social development; the way in which the preschool day was organized, and the content of the curriculum seemed to be less important to them. Parents wanted their children to have the opportunity not only to enjoy themselves as individuals, but to learn self‐reliance and respect for other people. Care‐giving and attentiveness of the staff were more important than the teaching of knowledge and skills. These views are compatible with the social pedagogical tradition, the Icelandic Preschool Act, and the National Curriculum Guidelines for Preschools.     

主要国家货币国际化经验及启示

布雷顿森林体系崩溃后,美元为中心的国际货币体系发生了变化。日元不断升值导致其大幅度贬值,国际化未取得长足进展。德国在经济增长和马克升值的黄金期,输出等值681亿美元的马克,使马克成为重要的国际储备货币。推进人民币国际化,要谨慎选择其路径,尽量降低人民币国际化的成本,加强区域金融合作,保持人民币价值的基本稳定,通过贸易、投资和借贷等多个渠道推进人民币的流出。     

Creating research culture in Caribbean universities

Recent expansion of tertiary education in the Caribbean via the creation of two new universities invites reflection on what impedes the creation of research culture, and what enables it. We contend that research culture in the Caribbean comes up against the strictures of post-colonial dependence, university education in the region being largely a one-way traffic of ideas from metropolitan centers to island peripheries. To offset this, we call for change both in the external environments in which the universities are set, and their internal environments, within which the ethos of inquiry must become commonplace. Demand for research knowledge has to be cultivated throughout the Caribbean. Accordingly, we call for collaborative approaches between university communities and the various publics they serve, to find and solve problems that can lead to the improvement of well being.
