An initial analysis and reflection of the metrics used in the Teaching Excellence Framework in the UK

In this paper, we look at the results from the recent Teaching Excellence Framework (2017), which were made publicly available in June 2017. We offer some initial analysis and commentary, look at the primary reasons for providers being awarded Bronze, Silver and Gold, and look at some providers close to the borderline for their award. We demonstrate that the provider submissions, a narrative document prepared to accompany the submission would have had a significant effect upon the award bestowed.     

Habitus and social class: a case study on socialisation into sports and exercise

According to Bourdieu, habitus is an important, and class-specific, foundation for behaviour. However, he hardly explained how the habitus is acquired. Based on Bernstein's elaboration on the various contexts in which group-specific behavioural principles are acquired, this article demonstrates how young children of two divergent social classes obtain their habitus underlying their sports and exercise behaviour. Although children in both groups acquire a habitus in which sports and exercise play a role, there are striking differences which arise largely out of differences in the impact of socialising agents. Within the higher social class, there is a clearly defined group, namely the nuclear family, which explicitly controls and regulates the children's exercise behaviour. These children learn specific skills at specific places. In the lower social class, the habitus is influenced by the extended family, the physical education teacher and peers, resulting in a broad range of less strictly ordered activities, undertaken at different places. These findings offer a valuable contribution to insight into class-specific socialisation processes, resulting in the acquisition of a specific habitus.     

基于分布式知识库的开放服务链接系统设计与实现

OpenURL框架提供了新的描述资源的途径.OpenURL链接解析器使资源与服务无缝集成.当前支持解析器工作的后台知识库都是集中式的,或者委托第三方代理管理与维护.本文首先简要介绍开放链接标准、开放链接系统提供的扩展服务形式、知识库的总体结构,然后详细阐述链接解析器的工作流程及开放链接系统架构,并开发出开放链接服务系统原型.在分析开放、分布式环境下链接解析器工作原理的基础上,提出并实现了分布式知识库的构建与维护.最后给出了实例说明.     

EPR核电工程文档管理系统设计的挑战、应对及实践

作为国内首个EPR核电站,台山核电站以建设"国际一流三代核电标杆工程"为目标。本文以此为楔入点,以EPR核电工程文档1管理系统的相关设计问题为研究对象,分析了其面临的管理要求与业务挑战,提出了项目视角、内容管理和全电子化等主要应对策略,并对系统设计初步实践的成效进行了客观阐述。     

A framework for evaluating electronic commerce adoption in Iranian companies

In order to acquire the numerous advantages of electronic commerce, issue of evaluating electronic commerce adoption has its own importance. For this purpose, based on the scientific research and literature reviews, technical, organizational and inter-organizational are identified as the three dimensions for evaluating electronic commerce adoption of the companies. Thereafter, expert viewpoints were put forward about criteria and indicators in each of the above-mentioned dimensions. On the basis of identified indicators and criteria, a framework was developed for evaluating the electronic commerce adoption in Iranian companies. Furthermore in this research, the framework is tested in 27 Iranian companies. The result indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between degree of electronic commerce adoption and stages of electronic commerce development in the companies. Based on the findings and test of the framework, it will present necessary guidelines for evaluating electronic commerce adoption.

基于.NET Framework环境下数字签名的设计与实现

随着《中华人民共和国电子签名法》的颁布,我国第一次从法律地位上肯定了数字签名与传统的手写签名或印鉴具有同等的法律效力,这对我国电子商务的发展产生了深远的影响。但目前比较成熟的,世界先进国家普遍使用的电子签名技术还是“数字签名”技术。本文将采用Visual C#.NET技术,基于.NET Framework环境,探讨数字签名的具体实现过程。     

IT incidents and business impacts: Validating a framework for continuity management in information systems

Information technology (IT) incidents that make data inaccessible may cause businesses to lose customers, reputation and market position. Previous studies on information management have identified data availability as a key priority, and the literature on disaster recovery and business continuity describes ways of preparing for and avoiding IT incidents. However, no frameworks for information system continuity management (ISCM) have yet been validated. This research draws on a framework for business continuity management, and extends it to the context of information systems. The framework is validated in a survey of IT managers and chief information officers in large private and public organisations operating in Finland. The results suggest that the embeddedness of continuity practices in an organisation has perceived business impacts whereas, in contradiction of previous theory, there is no such direct relation in the case of organisational alertness and preparedness. The theoretical contribution is to validate the ISCM framework statistically. On the practical level, social factors such as committed managers and employees are influential in decreasing negative business impacts. Further research on the embeddedness of continuity practices is called for.     

系统观视角的循环经济内涵、特征及其发展策略研究

循环经济作为一种全新的经济发展模式,本身具有明显的系统性特征。本文在分析循环经济内涵及其系统特征的基础上,从企业、产业、区域和经济总体系统四个层面分析了循环经济的系统结构．并在此基础上构筑了一个包含企业微循环子系统、区域运行服务管理子系统、循环经济发展模式研究子系统与国家循环经济政策制定子系统在内的循环经济系统分析框架。本文从系统观视角出发．深入剖析了各子系统的功能定位及其内在有机联系,并提出了循环经济的系统观发展思路。本研究对于推进我国发展循环经济发展模式,实现可持续发展具有一定的现实与理论意义。
