CEO家庭—工作充实对企业创业导向的影响

在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,企业创业导向的研究受到学术界广泛关注。已有研究探讨了CEO人格特质与工作领域相关因素对企业创业导向的影响,但鲜少关注家庭领域的影响。鉴于“家”文化在中国情境下的重要作用,有必要进一步探讨CEO家庭经历对企业创业导向的影响。基于133家成长型企业调研数据的实证结果表明,CEO家庭—工作充实对企业创业导向具有促进作用;在企业绩效与需求不确定性较高的情境下,CEO家庭—工作充实对企业创业导向的影响将更加显著。通过引入资源保存理论,本文深入剖析了CEO家庭—工作充实对企业创业导向的作用机制,进一步拓展了高阶理论视角下企业创业导向的前因研究,为激发和促进企业的创业导向提供了重要的理论和实践启发。     

Arts enrichment and school readiness for children at risk

Arts enrichment provides varied channels for acquiring school readiness skills and may offer important educational opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs. Study 1 examined achievement within an arts enrichment preschool that served low-income children. Results indicated that students practiced school readiness skills through early learning, music, creative movement, and visual arts classes. Students who attended the preschool for 2 years demonstrated higher achievement than those who attended for 1 year, suggesting that maturation alone did not account for achievement gains. Across 2 years of program attendance and four time points of assessment, students improved in school readiness skills, and there were no significant effects of race/ethnicity or developmental level on achievement growth. Study 2 compared students attending the arts enrichment preschool to those attending a nearby alternative on a measure of receptive vocabulary that has been found to predict school success. At the end of 1 year of attendance, students in the arts program showed greater receptive vocabulary than those at the comparison preschool. Results suggest that arts enrichment may advance educational outcomes for children at risk.     

缙云县克氏原螯虾对5种重金属富集特征性的研究

分别对缙云县壶镇、姓汪、新建3个监测点克氏原螯虾的鳃、肌肉和内脏中总砷、甲基汞、Pb、Cd、Cr5种重金属进行分析,从而研究所选监测点的克氏原螯虾体内总砷、甲基汞、Pb、Cd、Cr5种重金属富集、分布规律,同时对处于不同生长时期的克氏原螯虾体内的重金属富集情况进行分析研究。     

Effects of Junior Kindergarten on Emerging Literacy in Children from Low-Income and Linguistic-Minority Families

We study the benefits of junior kindergarten for linguistic-minority 4-year-olds compared to their linguistic-majority classmates from the same low-income neighborhoods. At the end of the school year, linguistic-minority children made significantly greater improvements in language skills than their host society classmates. At the mid-year point, junior kindergarten teachers made efforts to help linguistic-minority children overcome the challenges of the school environment of their new host society by adapting their pedagogical strategies to those showing difficulty in their receptive vocabulary skills. They also offered greater means of contact to parents of linguistic-minority children having difficulty attaining language proficiency than to parents of children showing better improvements. Parents of linguistic-minority students showing smaller gains were more likely to use a larger proportion of the communication methods offered by teachers and participate in the parent–school relationship for the well-being of their children. Long-term results suggest that linguistic-minority children continued to make significant improvements.

中小学书法教育中存在的问题与对策

教育部《关于中小学开展书法教育的意见》颁布后,如何落实,落实过程中有哪些问题,如何应对成为具体工作中不可回避的问题。通过把书法教育放在大教育背景下进行剖析,找出问题,并从书法师资引入培训、书法教材的规范延伸,以及整合校内外教育资源等几个方面提出构想,探索解决中小学书法教育所面临的问题。     

Validation of the Olympic Games Attitude Scale (OGAS): Evidence from Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analyses

There have been extensive studies of local residents’ perception and reaction to the impacts of mega events. However, there is limited empirical research on the social impacts that shape foreign attitudes toward the host country. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the Olympic Games Attitude Scale (OGAS) to examine viewers’ perception of the Olympics hosting country. Participants (N = 483) were based on a convenience sample in a local community of the mid-Atlantic region in the United States. Results of the exploratory factor analysis identified four factors (economic advancement, image enhancement, community enrichment, and turmoil development) with a total variance of 67.59%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that after removing one item, the 13-item OGAS provided a good fit to the data (comparative fit index [CFI] = .97; incremental fit index [IFI] = .97, standardized root mean square residual [SRMR] = .049; root mean square error of approximation [RMSEA] = .080). It is concluded that the OGAS is a valid measuring instrument for assessing viewers’ perception of hosting the Olympic Games.

作为我们党所必须始终坚持的根本的政治路线——群众路线的具体表述与表现形式不是也不能是一成不变的,而是随着中国特色社会主义事业的不断推进而丰富与发展的。究其实质,改革开放后我们党提出的以人为本理念,就是契合历史使命、贴近时代主题的群众路线。鉴于人民群众生存所需物质生活资料得以基本保障的现实,以人为本将群众路线的主体从人民群众拓展至全人类,并将终极价值目标指向人的全面发展;出于对片面追求经济发展的不科学发展观的矫正,以人为本将为了人民群众的方式指认为科学发展;为了切实地推进科学发展,以人为本倡导践行人民共享理念。正是在推动科学发展的现实实践中,人民群众的全面发展得以不断推进。由此,以人为本实现了对党的群众路线的丰富与发展。     

核酸适体技术在生物医学研究中的应用

以单链随机寡核苷酸序列为文库,通过指数富集配体系统进化技术（systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment,SELEX）能够获得与靶标特异性结合的核酸适体,这是一类新型的分子识别探针,其与靶标的亲和力可以同抗原抗体相媲美,甚至优于抗原抗体的结合。核酸适体广泛应用在生化分析、疾病诊断、药物研发等领域。该文将介绍核酸适体的筛选和特点以及核酸适体在生物分子检测、疾病的诊断和治疗中的应用,最后介绍核酸适体在神经系统疾病研究中的应用。     

语言用声能力的唤醒与充实——播音主持发声教学法研究

语言用声能力是现代人进行有效沟通所不可或缺的能力,它要求个人动态有声的控制声音。用声能力并不是天生的,它会受到很多主观或客观因素的影响,同样也可以通过后天努力来培养和充实。播音主持发声教学法作为专业的培养手段和提高语言用声能力的方法,成为众多学者关注的焦点。本文从播音主持发音教学法的内涵出发,分析了影响播音主持发音教学的因素,并探讨了在这一教学法中唤醒和充实语言用声能力的途径。     

EM的富集培养及絮凝特性实验研究

通过对有效微生物群(EM)的富集培养液的絮凝试验，从中挑选出酵母茵、光和茵有较好的絮凝性能。进一步实验结果表明，酵母茵的最佳培养条件为：好氧条件下，30℃恒温培养，絮凝培养24h即可达到最大絮凝率94、58％，培养基的最佳初始pH值为6．5。光和茵的最佳培养条件为：厌氧条件下，30℃恒温培养，絮凝培养36h即可达到最大絮凝率93．48％。光和菌、酵母茵发酵液最佳的投加体积百分数均为2％。
