从高凉县郡沿革看俚区羁縻式分治

据史籍中秦汉至南朝时期高凉县、郡沿革及相关俚族记载,以分析梁末前历朝对高凉俚区的羁縻式分划统治。认为汉晋岭南始现俚族应与秦汉以来历朝通过边地郡县对瓯、骆、乌浒等族的羁縻式统治有关,从西晋至南朝分置的羁縻性政区可以看出,梁末前历朝逐步推进对高凉俚区的羁縻式分划统治。通过以上羁縻性政区及相关行政制度,加快了高凉俚区部分俚僚如冼氏俚族与汉族间的融合。     

介孔纳米γ-Al_2O_3对稀土镧（Ⅲ）的吸附性能研究

以溴化十六烷基三甲铵（CTAB）为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成介孔纳米γ-Al2O3,用透射电镜（TEM）、比表面测定（BET）、X射线衍射（XRD）、和N2的吸附-脱附技术、Zetaplus电位测定,对所得的介孔纳米γ-Al2O3进行了表征。考察了介孔纳米γ-Al2O3在静态条件下对La（Ⅲ）的吸附性能。探讨了溶液的初始浓度、pH值、时间和温度对吸附性能的影响。结果表明：介孔纳米γ-Al2O3对La（Ⅲ）有很好的吸附性能,其吸附行为符合Freundlich吸附等温式。     

融资融券与高管薪酬契约有效性研究

融资融券制度作为近年来中国资本市场重大改革之一,其对实体经济的影响尚未得到重视。本文使用双重差分模型研究了融资融券对高管激励的影响。实证结果发现,融资融券显著提高了上市公司的高管薪酬-会计业绩及高管薪酬-市场业绩敏感度,说明融资融券提升了企业会计信息及市场价格信息质量,从而有助于提高薪酬契约的有效性,具有显著外部治理效应;进一步的机理检验发现,融资融券效用发挥在治理机制较弱的制度环境中更为显著,表明其作为一种替代性的外部治理机制而发挥作用。     

Social commerce adoption using TOE framework: An empirical investigation of Saudi Arabian SMEs

Social commerce is becoming an important hub for product sourcing, which helps companies to connect with customers and to gain competitive advantages. However, very little empirical research that focuses on small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has been conducted to date. This study examines factors that affect social commerce adoption by SMEs. Using the Technology-Organisation-Environment (TOE) as the theoretical framework, the researchers tested the model and related hypotheses, employing structural equation modelling. The results from a survey of 181 SMEs in Saudi Arabia indicate that trading partner pressure in the environmental context, followed by top management support in the organisational context, and perceived usefulness in the technological context, have the most significant influence on behavioural intention to use social commerce. The research contributions and conclusion as well as limitations and future research directions are presented.     

Queer Intercultural Relationality: An Autoethnography of Asian–Black (Dis)Connections in White Gay America

For this critical intercultural inquiry, I as an Asian/Japanese transnational cisgendered gay man write my autoethnography of queer (or non-heteronormative) Asian–Black (dis)connections. Specifically, I challenge, interrogate, and problematize my queer intercultural production of desire and attraction as I engage in my critical autoethnographic interrogation of dialogues with five Asian/Japanese transnational gay men who have previously engaged in queer Asian–Black relationality. In so doing, I intend to create a potential point of departure to decenter the discursive and material effects of White gay normativity in the knowledge production of Asian queer male desire and attraction.     

黄河上游兰西城市群人口时空特征多维透视

明确区域人口时空演化特征,有助于推动人口高质量集聚。本文以多源数据为基础,采用人口重心、标准差椭圆、人口分布结构指数、人口-土地一致性系数、空间自相关分析和GIS空间统计分析等方法,从城市群整体、县、乡（镇）和栅格尺度对兰州—西宁城市群人口时空特征进行分析,得出以下结论：①兰西城市群人口呈现规模小、流动性弱、城镇化水平低、人口和城镇化率小幅缓慢增长等基本特点。②人口重心略微西移,人口分布“西北—东南”走向的空间格局基本稳定,呈“核心—外围”式空间结构,兰州、西宁和临夏是3个人口集聚中心,其中兰州市显现出人口集聚的“虹吸效应”。甘青两片人口分布格局存在差异,甘肃片区人口密度中南部高、北部低,青海片区人口以西宁为中心向其他县域“圈层”递减。③海拔是影响兰西城市群人口垂直分布格局的主要地形因素,人口分布的高程梯度效应和河谷盆地集聚指向明显,人口主要集中在海拔低于2400 m的中海拔河谷盆地内。多尺度、多视角的研究结论及相应的对策建议,可为区域人口空间优化布局提供科学依据。     

知识团队中变革型领导对组织公民行为的影响

本文用实证研究的方法探讨了我国高科技组织的知识工作团队中团队领导者的变革型领导行为对团队成员组织公民行为的影响作用及影响机制。通过对来自四个城市的12家高科技组织的52个知识工作团队的领导者和294名团队成员的调查,研究结果发现:变革型领导行为对团队成员的组织公民行为具有显著的影响作用;关系导向的变革型领导行为对成员的组织公民行为影响作用更为强烈;领导-成员交换在变革型领导和团队成员组织公民行为之间起到部分中介作用。

低强度循环载荷训练对髌骨髌腱结合部损伤和髌骨微细结构的影响

目的：：本研究利用循环载荷动物模型,比较休息和低强度运动对髌骨髌腱结合部( patella－patella tendon junction, PPTJ)损伤及对髌骨的影响。实验方法：12只成年雌性新西兰大白兔,随机筛选分组分为4周循环载荷组(LD－RST,n=6),8周循环载荷组(LD－LI,n=6),左后肢进行实验,右后肢为空白对照。实验过程中,前4周两组实验动物统一接受强度为7.17N／S共24小时的循环载荷。在实验的第4周后,LD－RST组停止实验,LD－LI组将强度改为4.2N／共24小时的循环载荷。8周后所有动物统一进行取材,将取材后组织进行Micro－CT进行并进行H&E染色,使用图像采集系统进行组织学分析。结果：H&E染色测量纤维软骨带厚度LD－LI组和LD－RST组没有显著差异,LD－LI组的胶原排列比LD－RST组更加紧密整齐。骨量和骨小梁结果显示实验组和对照组没有显著差异。结论：4周休息不能促进髌腱结合部损伤的恢复。4周低强度的循环载荷没有加重损伤和髌骨增生,并且对肌腱的重建修复具有促进作用。     

The chaotic late Qing and early Republican periods

This article excavates some of the core intellectual elements underlying the Xinhai Revolution of 1911 and their historical genealogies. Rather than focusing on the modern nature of the revolution, Mizoguchi locates the revolution within the context of traditional Chinese culture and thought. A central focus of the article is the notion of “self-governance” (zizhi), which played a central role in determining the shape the revolution was to ultimately take. It analyzes the social thought of key figures of the Qing period, showing how in modified guise, core Confucian ethical concepts such as the dichotomy between the private (si) and public (gong) as well as utopian concepts such as datong (great harmony) determined the deep structure of revolutionary thought at the end of the Qing and into the Republican and Communist periods.
