浙、沪、苏省级教育电视的媒介镜像与理性审察

浙江、上海、江苏教育电视频道/台,位列全国省级教育电视传媒前三强,为业界瞩目。本文从节目定位、受众构成、品牌认知、编排方式四个维度对三台/频道的媒介镜像予以客观勾勒,在把脉问题的基础上,提出加快三台/频道发展的几点思考,以期为我国长三角地区和其他地区教育电视竞争力的增强提供借鉴与示范。

维修打印机之前需要对打印机出现的问题有一些了解。打印机出现问题后，首先是利用打印机自检系统进行检测，通过打印机自带的指示灯或者是蜂鸣器的声音来加以判断：其次，可以进行线路观察，看部件是否正确工作，针对不同的故障情况锁定相关的部件，再确定存在问题的部件；再次，可以使用测试法，进行测试页打印或者局部测试打印机内部件，查寻故障原因。     

应用技术本科院校课堂教学评价研究 ———基于对教师课堂教学行为的观察

课堂教学效果对于应用技术大学的教育质量有着极为重要的影响,但对应用技术大学教师的教学评价应有一个新的视角。为研究应用技术大学教师课堂教学中的行为对于教学效果的影响,本文选取上海电机学院部分教师为样本,通过研究者对教师课堂教学行为的客观记录,主要聚焦于教师个人特质行为和教学模式行为,通过数据分析,得出改善教师教学行为的结论,进而提出改进教师课堂教学的意见和建议     

Exploring teachers’ value orientations in literature and history secondary classrooms

This study explores teachers’ observable value orientations in literature and history classrooms, wishing to investigate how teachers infuse their values into instructional settings through their conceptions of the taught subject, the process of making meaning, and their involvement in the process of value communication.Through consideration of observation, interview and additional data, the common features underlying teachers’ value orientations are identified. One may conclude that although participants avoid the clear involvement in value communication, they search for a balance in defending the humanistic tradition and enacting a more critical and multi-perspective development of students’ sense about values. The taught subject seems to affect the displayed value orientations.

Chinese Scientists Use Earth Observation Technologies to Study and Protect Wild Camels

Rater calibration when observational assessment occurs at large scale: Degree of calibration and characteristics of raters associated with calibration

Observational assessment is used to study program and teacher effectiveness across large numbers of classrooms, but training a workforce of raters that can assign reliable scores when observations are used in large-scale contexts can be challenging and expensive. Limited data are available to speak to the feasibility of training large numbers of raters to calibrate to an observation tool, or the characteristics of raters associated with calibration. This study reports on the success of rater calibration across 2093 raters trained by the Office of Head Start (OHS) in 2008–2009 on the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), and for a subsample of 704 raters, characteristics that predict their calibration. Findings indicate that it is possible to train large numbers of raters to calibrate to an observation tool, and rater beliefs about teachers and children predicted the degree of calibration. Implications for large-scale observational assessments are discussed.     

The Individualized Classroom Assessment Scoring System (inCLASS): Preliminary reliability and validity of a system for observing preschoolers’ competence in classroom interactions

This paper introduces the Individualized Classroom Assessment Scoring System (inCLASS), an observation tool that targets children's interactions in preschool classrooms with teachers, peers, and tasks. In particular, initial evidence is reported of the extent to which the inCLASS meets the following psychometric criteria: inter-rater reliability, normal distributions and adequate range, construct validity, and validity. These initial findings suggest that the inCLASS has the potential to provide an authentic, contextualized assessment of young children's classroom behaviors. Future directions for research with the inCLASS are discussed.
