高校教师职业压力问题研究综述

高校教师职业压力问题的研究已经引起了人们的高度关注。国内外学者认为高校教师职业压力主要来源于工作负荷过重、人际关系紧张、社会期望过高、政策调整过快和个人感受过强等方面。过大的职业压力会引起教师生理上、心理上、行为上的消极反应;容易导致教师职业倦怠和问题行为等。研究者大都主张在分析高校教师职业压力来源的基础上,采取应对性策略来缓解。     

Regional diversification and green employment in US metropolitan areas

Adapting or supplanting production and distribution systems to accommodate new criteria of environmental sustainability entails the search for and the recombination of know-how from a variety of domains. How this process plays out in different areas depends crucially on the specific composition of local economic activities. This paper contributes this debate by analysing whether and to what extent regional industrial and occupational diversification affects the change in green employment across 363 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) in the United States between 2006 and 2014. Our findings suggest that industrial unrelated variety within MSAs is a positive and significant predictor of green employment growth whereas related variety has very little impact. Conversely, both related and unrelated diversification across occupations are positively associated with green employment growth. The analysis also uncovers heterogeneity across existing, new and evolving green jobs.     

浅谈美国职业分类标准新发展

随着经济发展与产业结构的升级和调整,许多职业新名词在各行各业不断涌现,相应的职业结构也需进行更新和同步。通过认识美国的职业分类模式,了解美国最新职业分类标准中出现的新变化及新趋势,对我国职业标准体系的完善具有很好的借鉴意义。     

The occupational commitment and intention to quit of practicing and pre-service teachers: Influence of self-efficacy, job stress, and teaching context

The purpose of the present study was to explore the occupational commitment and quitting intention of practicing and pre-service teachers. We used a cross-sectional survey design to examine the impact of teachers’ self-efficacy, job stress, and contextual factors on occupational commitment and quitting intention of 434 practicing teachers and 379 pre-service teachers. Results revealed that similar factors—self-efficacy, job stress, and teaching context—influence the occupational commitment and quitting intention of practicing and pre-service teachers. Pre-service teachers displayed higher levels of commitment and less overall stress than practicing teachers. We conclude the article with implications for theory and practice, and suggest avenues to extend this line of career stage research.     

略论高校学报编辑素质

编辑素质是影响学报发展的重要因素。高校学报编辑素质包括政治素质、学术素质、业务素质等方面。学报编辑可通过在职进行专业学习、加强学术交流、积极从事学术研究等途径来提高和优化自身素质来适应学报的发展。     

浅谈职业兴趣的内涵及其培养

职业选择需要考虑三个前提条件：即职业兴趣的确定、职业素质的具备和就业环境的准备.而笔者认为三个条件中职业兴趣的作用最为显著.许多研究指出,单独具备职业素质和就业环境并不能决定人职业生涯的成功,任何想在事业上取得成功的人,关键必须对自己的事业有强烈的兴趣.本文从职业兴趣的内涵入手,尝试阐述职业兴趣的定义、分类、影响其形成的因素,进而探讨职业兴趣的培养方法.     

《顶岗实习生职业压力量表》的编制

本研究的目的是为了编制高职学生顶岗实习心理压力源量表。通过开放性问卷调查、对大学生心理咨询个案的分析和对高校实习指导教师、企业实习管理人员及实习生的访谈,确定了条目,通过探索性因素分析进行项目的筛选和因子的提取,再用另一半被试进行了验证性因素分析。确定顶岗实习生压力源量表由28个条目组成,7因素结构。源量表的信效度基本符合心理测量学的要求。     

紧扣国家职业能力标准构建高职高专实践能力培养体系

围绕国家职业能力标准,探讨了构建高职高专实践能力的培养体系.结合电子信息技术专业学生实践能力培养体系进行了初步的探讨,详细阐述了该培养体系中各层次的相互衔接关系和相应的具体实施措施.     

Health on the Line: Identity and Disciplinary Control in Employee Occupational Health and Safety Discourse

Based on an ethnographic case study and interviewing at an automobile manufacturing plant, this essay examines employee consent to health hazards and to the discursive and regulatory mechanisms that exclude employee experiences from official reports of workplace injury and illness. The article redresses the lack of scholarly attention in the occupational health and safety literature to the role of discourse in defining and negotiating risk and in constructing norms about reporting health and safety issues among employees. Findings demonstrate how employees themselves may participate in the construction of shared identity norms that act disciplinarily to shift responsibility for safety from management to individual workers. Understanding these hegemonic norms provides a basis to question occupational health and safety statistics, and offers strategic points of intervention to improve worker health protections.     

Preparing Preservice Teachers for Life in Schools: The Role of Doctoral Education

ABSTRACT

Physical education teachers face considerable sociopolitical challenges that can impede quality instruction and complicate recruitment into the profession. Physical education teacher education faculty members may not be prepared to address these challenges during their doctoral education. Accordingly, the purpose of the paper was to utilize the lessons learned from occupational socialization research to propose competencies that can be integrated into doctoral education to help future faculty members integrate sociopolitical learning into physical education teacher education. These include: (a) understanding socialization literature and the implications for teacher education, (b) helping doctoral students understand their own prior socialization experiences, (c) recruiting highly qualified preservice teachers, (d) helping preservice teachers question their subjective theories, (e) developing and coordinating field experiences, and (f) preparing preservice teachers for the sociopolitical realities of schools. These competencies align with the proposed addition of a new standard for initial teacher education that addresses sociopolitical learning.
