信访作为一项极具中国特色的制度,其发展经历了源远流长的历史演变。时至今日,它依然在中国现行的政治体制之内焕发着勃勃生机。信访制度存在的合理性在哪里?新时期的信访制度的价值又体现在哪里?     

Improving aspect extraction by augmenting a frequency-based method with web-based similarity measures

Online review mining has been used to help manufacturers and service providers improve their products and services, and to provide valuable support for consumer decision making. Product aspect extraction is fundamental to online review mining. This research is aimed to improve the performance of aspect extraction from online consumer reviews. To this end, we augment a frequency-based extraction method with PMI-IR, which utilizes web search in measuring the semantic similarity between aspect candidates and target entities. In addition, we extend RCut, an algorithm originally developed for text classification, to learn the threshold for selecting candidate aspects. Experiment results with Chinese online reviews show that our proposed method not only outperforms the state of the art frequency-based method for aspect extraction but also generalizes across different product domains and various data sizes.     

科学家国际化识别研究

[目的/意义] 面向国内科学家国际化学术交流需求的步步逼近,研究建立中国科学家国际化识别的解决方案。[方法/过程] 分析人名唯一标识符的发展特征和研究者识别国际规范的发展趋势,基于ORCID研究提出中国科学家的国际化标识服务方案。[结果/结论] 创建中国科学家在线--iAuthor,提供中国科学家"全球学术身份证"标识服务,并嵌入科研工作流的投稿、文章发布、存储等环节。iAuthor目前注册用户已超过15 000人。大数据时代下不同系统的信息精确识别和互操作,将依赖于更多重要中间组件,例如国际唯一标识符。iAuthor建立的中国科学家国际标识符服务,将可能支持更多来源的信息资源在研究型图书馆实现融汇和互操作。

Continuous usage of e-participation: The role of the sense of virtual community

Local governments around the world are increasingly implementing e-participation platforms to involve citizens in consultation and decision-making processes. E-participation platforms usually succeed and produce positive effects in the community when adopted in the long-term scenario. The adoption of those platforms is still a challenge for local governments. The understanding of the factors that influence the continuous intention to use e-participation over time is critical for the design of diffusion and promotion strategies that motivate the citizens to keep using e-participation. This article explores the drivers that predict the post-adoption of e-participation platforms from the perspective of the sense of virtual community theory, that is the degree of affective attachment to a given community mediated by information technology. Specifically, our research model evaluates the association between the sense of virtual community with use behaviour and the continuous intention to use e-participation. Structural equation modelling was used to evaluate the data collected from 370 citizens who experienced an e-participation platform hosted by a European capital city. We found out that the direct association between the sense of virtual community and use was significant. Even though the direct association between the sense of virtual community and the continuous intention was non-significant, the indirect association sense of virtual community to use to continuous intention was statistically significant. This finding may indicate that the use behaviour is triggered by the influence of other members of the community for a short period of time, but it does not persist to influence the continuous intention over time.

新形势下地方高校财务管理的问题,一是对银行贷款的风险认识不足,贷款规模超出学校的经济承受能力,资产负债率过高,风险加大,影响了地方高校健康,可持续发展。二是加强地方高校财务预算的编制和控制,确保预算科学合理。改进地方高校财务管理,一要以科学发展观为指导,树立地方高校财务管理的新理念;二要健全财务监督机制,做到责权利相统一,保证经费使用的合理性和合法性;三要转变职能,推进经费分配由行政管理向学术管理转变;四要科学化解债务,积极应对学校面临的财务风险。     

近年来学界关于马克思平等观研究述评

马克思作为科学社会主义的创始人,其平等观是社会主义平等问题研究的首要参考。马克思所追求的平等是经济与社会领域实质意义上的平等,其平等观的构建受到西方近代资产阶级平等思想的启发,并实现对后者的批判性超越。以马克思平等观为指导的社会主义平等观与自由主义平等观相比,二者在认识平等问题的方法论、对平等与自由的价值排序以及对待"人生而不同"这一基本事实的态度等问题上均存在差异。当代社会主义市场经济实践是补足马克思平等理想实现条件的现实选择。     

医护合作教学病例讨论在外科护理实习教学中的应用

观察医护合作教学病例讨论模式在外科护理实习教学中的效果。将在外科实习的护理专业专科学生分为医护合作教学实验组及护理教师主导的对照组,进行不同模式的教学病例分析。发现实验组出科考试成绩及对教学的满意度高于对照组。提出医护合作教学病例讨论模式能提高学生外科护理实习教学效果,促进学生对疾病知识的掌握及医护合作重要性的认识。     

“思不出位”观念与宋代士大夫议政

士大夫议政成为风气,是宋代政治的显著特征之一。但根据传统的"思不出位"政治道德观念,宋代士大夫议政这种行为的正当性基础并不稳固。针对越职而言、出位而思的行为,宋人态度因时、因事、因人不尽相同,且经历了挑战、调整、重释。尽管越职而言始终被严格限制,但在道德激励、舆论同情、甚至君主包容下时有发生,而且制度中也保留了一定可以畅所欲言的空间。至于出位而思,宋代士大夫通过学理上对"位"的再阐发,创造新的政治实践伦理,使士大夫议政的正当性在相当程度上得到认可。     

Gaming personality and game dynamics in online discussion instructions

Gamification is the use of game mechanics to drive game-like engagements and actions. It applies game mechanics, dynamics and frameworks to promote desired learning behaviours. Positive and effective gamification could enhance learning and engage learners in more social and context-rich decision-making for problem-solving in learning tasks. Effective gamification design should understand the game personalities of learners, social engagement styles, and intrinsic- and extrinsic-motivated user styles initially and evaluate and select appropriate game mechanics, game dynamics, to create ideal gamification instructions. The research question this study investigated is: How will four types of gaming personalities (i.e. Explorer, Socialiser, Killer and Achiever) predict the level of game dynamics in online discussion environments? This study concluded that examining how gaming personalities relate to game dynamics in a gamified online discussion instruction is not sufficient to design effective gamification. It suggests future studies in game instructions should focus on the relationships between game dynamics, gamification contexts, gaming personalities or preferences, dynamic gaming engagement styles, etc.
