试析彝文笔画系统的整理——以黔西北彝文为例

彝文是彝族古老的文字,用彝文书写的经籍文献卷帙浩繁,但是,由于彝文古籍一向以钞本传承,没有统一的字形标准,传抄者对彝文笔画的书写随意性大,错字、别字、异体字十分泛滥,为彝文古籍整理带来极大的困难,严重阻碍了彝文的传承和发展。所以整理彝文,当从文字入手,而笔画是构成文字的最小单位。对传统彝文笔画的类型、特点、笔画顺序的书写规律进行初步的分析、归类和整理,为彝文整理、彝文教学以及彝文字形分析提供参考。     

The Evolution of Networks and the Resilience of Interorganizational Relationships after Disaster

This study uses social capital and evolutionary theory to examine organizational resilience in terms of interorganizational networks of disaster-struck organizations following Hurricane Katrina. Approaching post-disaster organizational resilience using social network analysis highlights the way pre-disaster relationships and networking patterns play a vital role in post-disaster rebuilding. Data support the idea of structural inertia, suggesting that disaster is an event that further strengthens pre-existing networks and is not a time when organizations might benefit from forging new networks in seeking support and fueling survival. Implications suggest that the social capital accrued through long-standing partnerships and efficient pre-disaster networking through building communities of practice significantly impact post-disaster resilience.     

实施《全民健身计划纲要》过程中存在的问题与对策

《全民健身计划纲要》（以下简称纲要）是关系到老百姓身体健康、民族素质提高、社会经济平稳发展的一项利国利民工程。为将《纲要》中提出的各项任务进一步落到实处，本文对实施《纲要》过程中存在的问题及应对措施进行了分析与探讨。     

“Bridging the Gap”: Difference,Dialogue, and Community Organizing

The purpose of this study is to understand a citywide initiative to increase diversity and inclusion in a predominantly white US city with a tragic racial history. This research reveals prevailing struggles with communicating about diversity and race and taking meaningful actions to promote social change. Using theories of difference and dialogue, we analyze in-depth, qualitative fieldwork with three voluntary organizations: The Chamber of Commerce; The Network; and Minorities in Business. Our work answers calls to center race and embodied differences and extends theorizing on dialogic sensibilities. The findings reveal that difference organizes dialogue through: (1) the ongoing construction of context; (2) the mobilizing of social change efforts; and (3) the intermingling of economic and racial justice discourses. Ultimately, we hope this work encourages further conversation about difference, race, and engaged scholarship.

列宁的“集中制”思想提出不久,就遭到了卢森堡猛烈的抨击。建党的组织原则问题引发了卢森堡与列宁之间的第一次论争,这次论争反映了俩人在不同社会背景下的思想差异。回顾这次论争,不难看出,卢森堡的批评,不仅对后来列宁“民主集中制”的提出起了重要作用,对当下我党的建设也意义深远。

应用写作是写作主体将写作内部的合情因子、合理因子和合法因子组构关联、系统整合而构成的系统,表现为真实性、现实性和规范性的高度统一。目前,应用写作教学已逐渐成为写作教学的主流。应用写作教学法改革中,把应用写作中的讲、读、练三者结合是一套将应用写作技能与理论知识相结合的行之有效的应用写作教学法。     

信息时代企业组织单位的设计

本论文根据顾客需求的复杂性和企业产品技术的复杂性，将信息时代企业内的组织单位——过程团队分成职能过程团队、产品过程团队、项目团队、业务员等四种类型，深入分析了这四种过程团队的特点、适用条件及其建立的前提条件。最后，总结出信息时代企业组织结构的模式。     

Blockchain as a driving force for federalism: A theory of cross-organizational task-technology fit

Digital technologies play an important role for the delivery of many public services. However, selecting and adopting the ‘right’ digital technologies is often challenging, especially for federally structured governments. Universal factors for successful adoption are hard to establish, and the particularities of federalism, such as the separation of competencies, complicate technology selection. Nevertheless, blockchain technology seems to flourish in these environments. Through a single-case study on the blockchain project of Germany’s Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, we unpack one essential factor for this success: the fit between (cross-)organizational task structure and technological properties. This fit earns the Federal Office’s project considerable credit and traction with stakeholders and partner authorities – not least because it supports the argument that the digitalization of federal systems is possible without ‘digital centralization’ and redistribution of competencies. Our task-technology fit analysis contributes to a better understanding of the adoption of blockchain in the public sector. It also provides the foundation for an extended task-technology fit theory for federally structured, cross-organizational contexts.     

Communicating Health: Political Risk Narratives in an Environmental Health Campaign

This four-year participant observation study of a “good neighbor” campaign aimed at chemical releases from a plastics plant in southwest Ohio investigates the role that health discourses play in environmental health disputes. Environmental health activists defined health, attributed illness causation, and narrated risk in ways that resisted dominant approaches to health, science, and corporate issues management. Those constructions were contested in everyday interactions with neighbors, corporate management, and regulators. The research found that neighbors’ biographical health narratives politicized risk in ways that aided the negotiation of emissions reductions, but individualized, passive, and technocratic approaches to health risks presented barriers to fully understanding the health effects of chemical emissions. The study demonstrates the need for campaign practitioners to raise critical public awareness of taken-for-granted health beliefs, and for greater involvement of academics in promoting democratic scientific methods.
