运用PDCA循环提升高职高专实践教学质量

高职高专是我国目前培养技能型应用型人才的专门学校,技能型应用型人才应会的操作管理能力,主要获取途径是高职高专实践教学活动。实践教学质量的高与低,将直接彰显高职高专办学和人才培养特色。要通过运用PDCA循环质量管理法,从目前高职高专实践教学存在的问题出发,深刻理解PDCA循环的内涵及特点;通过PDCA循环在高职高专实践教学具体运用的四个阶段,构思高职高专课程实践教学质量提升和高职高专集中实践教学质量提升的办法。     

The Influence of Academic Migration on the Intellectual Potential of Russia

The emigration of highly-qualified academics (‘brain drain’) is considered an essential factor in the decline of the human capital of post-Soviet Russia. However, statistics show that the scale of this phenomenon since 2000 was minor. The Russian scientists who went abroad for permanent residence or for a contract job abroad represented no more than 2% of Russian scientists with Candidate or Doctor of Science degrees. Yet, at the same time, the relatively new concept of ‘brain circulation’ gains more popularity. The departure of Russian scientists abroad is not only a threat to the development of domestic science but, paradoxically, also the chance to give additional stimulus to its development.     

视频字符叠加技术在图书流通管理中的应用研究

针对逐渐增多的图书借阅纠纷,介绍一种以STC12C4052和MAX7456为核心的视频字符叠加系统;该系统在图书成功借还之后,提取图书借阅信息,实时叠加到监控视频信号中。在图书流通环境中对系统进行测试,系统工作稳定可靠,通过监控录像提供的信息可有效解决图书借阅中出现的纠纷。     

加快土地流转 增加农民收入——以宁海县土地流转为例

土地是农业发展最基本的生产资料,也是农民基本的生活保障。土地流转的主体是农民,基本前提是让农民的利益得到保障。本文通过宁海县农村土地流转实际情况说明农村土地流转可以增加农民收入,并在此基础上分析在土地流转中抑制农民收入增加的因素并提出相应的对策。     

关于浙江省蔬菜流通成本与利益的探究——基于卷心菜流通的案例研究

以农产品蔬菜流通中的卷心菜为研究对象,通过对卷心菜的生产成本及流通成本分析,调查了从生产地到销售地（海宁至杭州、杭州至杭州）各农贸市场,再到消费者手中所经过的每个流通环节,以及各个环节中所产生的成本与利润。同时考察了流通市场中的实际利润分配状况,提出了如何提高农业生产率的对策及政策建议。     

Community and the myth of the ideal school: Circulation and appropriation of the Hamburg Gemeinschaftsschulen in Spain (1922–1933)

The progressive education movement was known in Spain from its very inception, and in fact many of its pedagogical theories and practices reached Spain before reaching other European countries. Yet traditional historiography has always maintained that Spain was never integrated in the progressive education movement, a misconception that helps explain the lack of research in the field. Recent historiographical research, however, has shown that numerous Spanish schools served as laboratories for the implementation of progressive education methods in the 1920s and 1930s. The Spanish educational system proved itself to be especially open to international innovation in general and Spain actually enjoyed a privileged position for the study of how innovative pedagogical ideas could be incorporated and appropriated. Proof of this affirmation can be found in the introduction and dissemination throughout Spain of the experimental public school movement of Hamburg known as Gemeinschaftsschulen.

This article will focus on the way this movement was received in Spain. We will examine the phenomenon from a double perspective, corresponding to the different positions that scholars found themselves in within the educational panorama of the time. On the one hand we will examine the role of the “grass-roots” educators who wished to change schools “from below”, starting with classroom practices. On the other hand we will take a look at the representatives of “high pedagogy”, who were intent on formulating a pedagogical theory on which to base a political–ideological model that would serve to change the school “from above”. Tensions arising among the different pedagogical groups, along with the ambiguity of the translation into Spanish of the term Gemeinschaftsschulen, led to the different groups appropriating the concept in different ways. The evolution of the term Gemeinschaftsschulen, from its original identification with a localised school experiment in Hamburg to its becoming a symbol for virtually all European school vanguards, will be addressed at the conclusion of the article.     

基于NET的高校电子公文流转系统的设计与实现

以Visual Studio 2010为开发工具,SQL Server 2005为后台数据库,应用C#语言编程,实现了一套包括发文、收文、签发、结办和催办等基本功能的电子公文流转系统,并通过实际运行和测试结果表明可以满足高校电子公文流转的基本要求,具有良好的实用价值和应用前景.     

微博在高校图书馆流通工作中的应用研究

流通部作为图书馆的窗口单位,工作性质一直被读者误解为只会借还的机械工作.微博作为正在流行的交流平台,以其操作和成本优势,实现流通工作人员为读者导读等多项服务,改变了流通人员在读者心目中的形象.     

β-receptor blocker influences return of spontaneous circulation and chemical examination in rats during cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Objective

We investigated the influence of β-receptor blocker metoprolol on return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in rats with induced myocardial infarction (MI).

Methods

Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: the sham-operated group, the MI group without metoprolol, which was fed the vehicle, and the MI+metoprolol group receiving intragastric metoprolol. Each group was further divided randomly into three subgroups, depending on the dosage of epinephrine administered during subsequent CPR applied after the induction of asphyxial cardiac arrest.

Results

The ROSC rate was significantly decreased in the low dose subgroup of MI group, unchanged in the medium dose subgroup of MI group, and significantly decreased in the high dose subgroup of MI group, compared with the same dose subgroup of sham-operated group. MI+metoprolol group had a lower ROSC rate than MI group in the medium dose subgroup, and a higher ROSC rate than MI group in the high dose subgroup. There was no difference in blood K⁺ values of successful rats between MI group and MI+metoprolol group. The rats with successful CPR had lower blood K⁺ values than rats with unsuccessful CPR in each of the three treatment groups.

Conclusions

Metoprolol administered to MI rats over a long period significantly improved ROSC rates under an appropriate dose of epinephrine during CPR. An increasing high blood K⁺ value would attenuate the rate of a successful CPR.
