金末元初，严实父子治理下的山东东平地区，从战乱中逐渐恢复和平，经济、文化都得到恢复发展。严实父子重视招贤纳士，大批遗民文士慕名而来。为了维系中原文明于不堕，金末遗民群体凭借严氏幕府的力量，开展了诸多文化复兴活动，为金元嬗变中的文化传承作出意义深远的贡献。     

Fantasy island: oceanic imaginings in Paul Yoon's Once the Shore

Paul Yoon's short story collection, Once the Shore, recently won the fiction award at the 13th Asian American Literary Awards, sponsored by the Asian American Writers' Workshop. Once the Shore is set on the fictional Solla Island, the inspiration for which came from time Yoon spent on the real Jeju Island. Solla is an abstract or heterotopic space through which Yoon describes specific moments in the lives of local islanders as they are shaped both directly and indirectly by the brutal histories of colonialism and the Cold War, past and present, in the region. Yoon imagines Oceania from below, from the perspective of farmers, divers, fishermen, orphans, renegades, and castaways who form strange friendships across barriers of age, gender, ethnicity, and nationality. While Once the Shore can be read in relation to several overlapping literary traditions – Asian American, Korean, Pacific Islander – I situate the collection at the intersection of Epeli Hau'ofa's utopic vision of Oceania and the Islands of 20, an emergent organization based out of the World Peace Program at Cheju National University, which aims to move the G20 toward recognition of the uneven and disastrous effects of globalization, climate change, and militarism on small islands.     

Kim Ki Duk’s promise,Zanussi’s betrayal: film festival,world cinema and the subject of the region

This paper, focusing on the short film, Dear Kim (2009), and a debate between Polish filmmaker Krzysztof Zanussi and Marxist intellectual P. Govinda Pillai at the International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) in 1998, attempts to understand the work done by the category of “world cinema” and the institution of the film festival in the formation of the subject of the region, in this case the south Indian state of Kerala. It focuses on the linguistic region formed in post-independence India, thought of as either mirroring or resisting the nation, and as a cultural resource necessary to inhabit the nation as a citizen. The paper argues for a conception of the subject of the region that is performative, where it negotiates multiple horizons of universality simultaneously. While the figure of the citizen provides it with one horizon of universality, the subject is not exhausted by it. In the case of Kerala, through the figuration of a conception of “world,” operationalized through the conduit of “world cinema,” often located in the institutional space of the film festival, the subject is able to access other horizons of universality, enabling it to transcend the particularities that a politics of location imposes on it.     

基于渔获统计的西北太平洋渔业资源可持续利用评价

可持续利用评价是确保渔业资源可持续开发的基础.本文根据联合国粮农组织提供的1950-2010年西北太平洋渔获生产统计数据,结合Fishbase提供的相关鱼种的营养级(TL)以及Sea Around Us Project Database提供的海洋无脊椎动物的营养级,探讨61年期间西北太平洋渔获物平均营养级的变化情况,以此来判定其渔业资源可持续利用状况.研究认为,西北太平洋渔获物平均营养级大体可分为5个阶段: 1950-1961年,其渔获物平均营养级基本保持不变,稳定在3.40~3.45 间;1962-1973 年,平均营养级呈振荡上升并达到历史最高值的3.58;1974-1987年,平均营养级由最高值下降至历史最低值的3.35;1989-2010年,平均营养级出现了先下降后稳步上升的趋势,并稳定在3.41~3.45间.若仅统计营养级大于3.25渔获种类的产量时,其渔获物平均营养级从1988年开始出现稳定下降,从1988年最高的4.05逐步下降到2005年的3.84,并在2006-2010年稳定在3.84~3.86间.营养级平衡指数(FIB)在1950-1973年持续上升,1974-1987年间出现下降,1988年则大幅上升,1989-2010年间在波动中下降.研究认为,西北太平洋海域渔业资源开发已经出现“捕捞对象沿着海洋食物网向下移动”的现象,其渔获物平均营养级降低表明海洋生态系统结构和功能遭到破坏,且平均营养级的下降主要是由过度捕捞所引起.     

内蒙古自治区健身气功多元化服务体系现状与对策研究

文章主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地观察法及数理统计法等研究方法,从组织管理、场地设施、经费供给、活动、信息服务和指导与人才等六个方面,分析了内蒙古自治区社区健身气功服务发展现状,构建了内蒙古自治区社区健身气功多元服务体系。根据学者对社区体育的研究,指出社区体育包括六大要素,这六大要素相互作用形成一个系统,使社区体育正常开展,同时各个要素又是由其子要素构成,形成分系统。     

传统农业耕作技术保护与生态农业

现代农业发展在取得巨大成就的同时也导致了环境破坏。在实践科学发展和实施可持续发展战略背景下,农业技术遗产的合理成分对生态农业的发展具有重要价值。作为一种新的遗产类型,农业文化遗产的开发正日益引起人们的重视,为了充分认识和发掘皖江地区传统生态农业技术遗产资源,探索其开发和保护方法,研究者对皖江地区传统生态农业技术展开了调研。调研结果显示,皖江地区有丰富的耕作技术遗产,包括人类开发中人与自然的和谐;对耕地等资源的集约利用;重视积制有机肥及用地养地结合;采用农业防治、生物防治、人工捕捉等综合防治病虫害等方法;重视耕作环节的除草功能。另外,本文还分析了传统生态农业技术遗产的开发价值,在此基础上提出对农业技术遗产保护性开发的五种建议,以促进生态农业发展及经济开发。
