美国中小学法治教育中的社区参与：内涵、实施及特色

美国中小学法治教育的目的决定着社区参与是其必要的组成部分。文章从社区参与的主体、客体和方式三个层面说明了美国中小学法治教育中社区参与的内涵；以社区参与中课堂和社区的双向关系和社区参与中学生的参与程度为切入点简要介绍了其法治教育中社区参与的实施；并对实施过程中体现出的一些特色加以说明。     

Confirmatory factor analyses comparing parental involvement frameworks with secondary students

Given the lack of research on measurement models used to operationalize parental involvement with secondary students, the goal of this research is to examine the measurement properties of the three‐domain conceptualization of parental involvement including school‐based involvement, home‐based involvement, and academic socialization, compared to a more nuanced six domain conceptualization school‐based (1) school/parent communication, (2) attending school activities, home‐based (3) home activities, (4) homework help, academic socialization, (5) parent–child communication about education, and (6) parental aspirations for child's education. When comparing the fit among the models, the six‐factor model had best fit indices and indicated varied correlations among the subdomains. The six‐factor model allowed for more nuanced variations among the subdomains that may be helpful when assessing parental involvement with high school students.

父母教育期望与留守儿童的学习投入:父母教育卷入和自我教育期望的中介作用

为系统考察父母教育期望与留守儿童学习投入的关系,以及父母教育卷入和自我教育期望在其中的双重中介作用,采用父母教育期望问卷、自我教育期望问卷、父母教育卷入问卷以及学习投入问卷,对我国河南、四川、贵州、山西等地1535名留守儿童进行了调查研究。结果发现:(1)单亲外出和双亲外出留守儿童知觉到的父母教育期望、自我教育期望、父母教育卷入和学习投入得分均显著低于非留守儿童,而单亲外出和双亲外出留守儿童之间差异未达显著性水平;(2)父母教育期望和留守儿童学习投入呈显著正相关关系;(3)父母教育卷入与自我教育期望在父母教育期望和留守儿童学习投入之间起到双重中介作用。因此,父母教育期望既直接影响留守儿童的学习投入,又通过父母教育卷入和自我教育期望的中介作用影响留守儿童的学习投入。     

影响美国少数种族政治参与程度的因素

政治参与对于一个国家或地区经济政治发展具有重要的作用。美国是较早建立政治参与机制的国家,但少数种族政治参与程度一直不是很高。文章从社会学的角度,比较了美国的少数种族与白人在教育和就业方面的差别,并分析了影响这一问题的因素。     

Portfolio Assessment: More Than ABCs and 123s

Demands for educational accountability are being called for at all levels: preschool through graduate school. Standardized tests are being widely utilized, but this measurement is not appropriate for young children. Portfolio assessment is a more promising approach to measure children's growth, development, and achievement. This paper outlines criteria that portfolios must have in order to be effective assessment tools. Methods of gathering information and tips for portfolio development are shared and several examples of children's work samples are included     

聋童家长参与学校教育的研究报告

本研究揭示,聋生家长与聋校教师对“家长参与”的看法普遍存在分歧,在一定程度上影响了家长与教师伙伴关系的形成,影响了家长的参与行为。本文讨论了分歧产生的原因,并提出通过协商解决分歧。此外,学校应举办家长学校,以帮助家长提高参与意识,增强参与能力     

Psychological traits and loyalty intentions towards e-Government services

Purpose

Having been rated the world's leader in e-Government Readiness in 2002, 2004, and 2005, Taiwan sought to capitalize on its experience in e-Government implementation by launching, in 2007, a new Government-to-Citizen service entitled “e-Housekeeper”. The success of this service has since then become an important focus for practitioners.

Methodology

The reported research utilizes a psychological approach that is different from the classical models that dominate the existing literature, by examining how citizens’ adaptive–innovative cognitive styles and involvement jointly influence their loyalty intentions towards e-Housekeeper. The style/involvement model is tested by means of information from a sample of 206 Taiwan citizens.

Findings

While innovators initiated e-Housekeeper significantly earlier than others, their usage did not last for long. In contrast, more-involved citizens have shown higher loyalty intentions. More specifically, a combination of decision-making style and involvement significantly influences both when citizens try the service and whether they continue to use it: more-involved adaptors reported the strongest loyalty intentions.

Originality/value

Practical implications of the findings for the style/involvement model are suggested in the context of enhancing the strategic performance of e-Government services. The value of the style/involvement model is enhanced as a social scientific approach to the analysis of consumer innovation.     

顾客参与对新产品开发作用机理研究

传统观念威胁到企业竞争力,新产品开发大多集中在企业角度探讨,却忽略了真正使用产品的顾客。从知识分享的角度,分析顾客参与对产品创新的作用机理,即顾客参与通过关系涉入影响顾客与新产品开发企业的知识分享,进而改善新产品绩效,同时加入了顾客知识异性作为调节变量,更好解释了这一机制。     

涉入度对双面信息广告说服效果的调节机理研究

在精细加工可能性模型(ELM)的框架下,引入涉入度这一新的变量,通过深入探讨涉入度的调节机理,解释了过去研究对单、双面广告信息的说服效果存有争议的内在原因.研究结果表明:与单面信息广告相比,双面信息广告对高涉入者的说服效果明显增强;但对低涉入者,二者的说服效果没有显著差异.论据数量作为边缘线索之一可以提高双面信息广告对低涉入者的说服效果.研究同时证明双面信息广告对高、低涉入者的说服路径不同.研究结论为企业通过广告沟通方式来重新赢得消费者信任、建立品牌效应提供了一条经济有效的新思路.
