IT项目知识管理模型与支持系统研究

从分析我国IT项目知识内容体系不完善、知识管理流程不规范以及传统的管理信息系统无法满足知识管理的需要入手,以调查问卷的方式,界定IT项目知识内容体系,建立IT项目知识管理模型与支持系统,对系统运行机制进行分析,实现IT项目知识系统化、自动化管理以及知识整合共享,提高了IT项目知识使用效率。案例分析表明,该模型可有效的改善项目知识管理流程,达到提高项目成功率的目的。最后指出IT项目知识管理支持系统进一步的研究方向。     

Arts sponsorship and the state of the city

This paper explores the correlation between metropolitan social and economic conditions and corporate arts support in the United States. It is hypothesized that the transition from a manufacturing sector economy to an advanced service sector economy is an important local factor for the increase in corporate arts support.By panel analysis, in eleven metropolitan areas between 1977 and 1991 changes in corporate arts support have been correlated with changes in social and economic conditions, i.e., service sector and manufacturing sector employment, service sector and manufacturing sector income, population's educational attainment, and the degree of dominance by the leading local arts supporting industry.Corporate arts support is higher in metropolitan areas where the population is better educated (=+0.60), the local service sector generates more income (=+0.37) and the local manufacturing sector generates less income (=–0.22).Corporations from the manufacturing sector are mostly indifferent towards arts support. In contrast, corporations from the service sector are supportive of the local arts but they also respond swiftly to a loss in their earnings by discontinuing their arts support.

针对慕课的快速发展及国内外图书馆界对慕课的关注及推广现状,探讨图书馆推广与服务慕课课程的互动对策。图书馆在面向院系教学服务的过程中,可将慕课推广与图书馆推广有机结合,依托图书馆空间与服务,推广慕课理念和课程,同时借助宣传慕课理念和课程,推广图书馆资源和服务。并从慕课资源的整合与导航,学科服务,资源荐购服务,图书馆新媒体宣传,图书馆专题推广活动五个途径探讨了互动推广的途径。     

Investigating married adults’ communal coping with genetic health risk and perceived discrimination

Increased genetic testing in personalized medicine presents unique challenges for couples, including managing disease risk and potential discrimination as a couple. This study investigated couples’ conflicts and support gaps as they coped with perceived genetic discrimination. We also explored the degree to which communal coping was beneficial in reducing support gaps and ultimately stress. Dyadic analysis of married adults (N?=?266, 133 couples), in which one person had the genetic risk for serious illness, showed that perceived discrimination predicted more frequent conflicts about alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency-related treatment, privacy boundaries, and finances, which, in turn, predicted wider gaps in emotion and esteem support, and greater stress for both spouses. Communal coping predicted lower support gaps for both partners and marginally lower stress.

福州地区大学城利用模糊综合评判法,从联盟管理、资源建设、服务能力、共享效益、用户测评5个方面对其文献资源共享平台进行了绩效评估。在绩效评估过程中,评估者应注意绩效评估中的风险控制,建立评估激励机制,注重部分评估与整体评估、量化与定性相结合。     

科学图书馆开展决策支持信息服务探讨

科技进步与社会发展要求图书馆在新环境中找到更好的服务形式,开发能满足个性化需求的决策支持信息服务成为科学图书馆提高自身服务水平的一个重要选择。本文在对决策支持信息服务本身特点以及与传统文献服务对比分析的基础上,提出了一些加强科学图书馆决策支持信息服务的相关建议。     

乳腺癌骨转移患者社会支持、情绪状态和疼痛灾难化的关系

为了解乳腺癌骨转移患者疼痛灾难化状况及与社会支持、情绪状态的关系,采用方便抽样的方法对某医院乳腺癌骨转移患者82人进行调查分析.结果显示,乳腺癌骨转移患者PCS、SSRS、PANAS-PA和PANAS-NA 评分分别为(37.54± 10.37)分、(30.77± 12.54)分、(18.65±7.24)分和(35.55±6.92)分;SSRS总分、PANAS-PA与PCS总分及各维度间均存在显著负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);情绪状态、社会支持进入对PCS预测的回归方程(R²=0.360,P<0.001);正性情绪的提升、同伴支持的增强对疼痛的积极应对、合理归因、降低灾难化水平有积极意义.     

教师支持对中学生阅读素养的影响:阅读投入、阅读兴趣的中介作用

为探讨阅读投入、阅读兴趣在教师支持与中学生阅读素养中的中介作用,研究采用阅读素养测验、阅读调查问卷与教师支持问卷对559名初中生进行调研,并运用结构方程模型进行数据建模分析.结果 发现:教师支持通过阅读投入和阅读兴趣的链式中介影响学生阅读素养.建议教师在阅读教学实践中要改革教学方法,从情感关怀、学习指导、能力指导等多方...     

内地新《纲要》与香港地区《表现指标》之比较研究

本文主要分析比较了我国内地2001年颁布的《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》和香港地区《表现指标(学前机构适用)》的异同。通过对两份最新幼教指导文件的分析比较,找出两地可以相互参考、借鉴的地方,以进一步推动内地《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》的真正落实。
