从参与状况看高校女教师的进取意识

本以1980－1999年“中国教育事业统计年鉴”中有关数据为基础,结合中加合作国际课题组,武汉大学妇女研究中心等组织对高校女教师的现状调查数据,通过分析认为高校女教师参与状况不佳的原因在于进取意识的薄弱,提出要使高校女教师充分参与高等教育,必须培养女性主体意识,树立进取意识。     

A narrative inquiry into the fostering of a teacher-principal’s best-loved self in an online teacher community in China

This study revolves around an organically lived online community of Chinese elementary teachers. The teachers shared their reflective journals and engaged in conversations with the facilitators and also with their peers. Following one participant’s postings over a span of thirteen months helped the research team to narratively explore how the teacher, through reflections and interactions with his other fellow community members, refined his personal practical knowledge and cultivated his best-loved self as a teacher-principal in a rural school in China that lacked learning resources. Highlighted in the discussions are how the participant integrated his personal being with his professional being and eventually became the teacher he wanted to be. This research study adds to the literature about teachers as agents of change. This knowledge contribution, among others related to technology, shows how professional development and the development of teacher identity can be promoted in online teacher knowledge communities. Implications for teacher education are also discussed.

Digg在现代教学平台中的应用探讨

Digg作为Web2.0的成员之一,依靠其独有的评价机制,为促进网络教学的顺利开展提供了全新的视角。基于对Digg应用于现代教学中的优势,我们尝试设计了一个教学平台体系结构模型,以期能够充分调动学生的主观能动性,聚集学生的群体智慧,实现学习资源的民主推荐和多样性,帮助学生积极高效地利用各种资源来为学习服务,同时也提高学生的评价和鉴赏能力,培养学生团结协作以及创造精神,真正实现综合素质的全面发展。     

班级良好人际关系的创建

班级是学生成长生活的主要关系体,一个班级的良好人际关系包括师生关系、同学之间的关系、教师与家长的关系等。本论文主要从我国班级人际关系的现状入手,分析了现实班级人际关系存在的主要问题,并在此基础上探讨了如何创建班级良好人际关系。     

Gender Adeptness Among Educational Administrators for Leading Innovative Initiatives in Public Education

It may be concluded that female administrators are perceived as being more adept than their male counterparts for leading innovation in schools and leveraging resources into productive outputs. It may be concluded that both genders of administrators perceive such efforts similarly. The only two skills where gender is significant are the two eornpetencies identified as being alert for new opportunities and synthesizing ideas into focused projects. For the other eight skills indicated in the survey, gender did not play a significant role in such perceptions.     

提高大学女生参与体育课积极性的行动研究

为解决大学女生参与体育课积极性不足、体育水平较低的问题,对南阳理工学院2008级女生专选班进行了一个学期的行动研究。在教学—反馈—调整循环的框架下设计研究方法,找出问题,设计解决方案并应用于教学。通过行动研究,提高了教师的教学水平,改善了女生参与体育课的积极性,促进了学生的体质和体育水平发展。     

弘扬学生的主体性是现代教育之根本

我国现代教育的目标是实现人的现代化，这意味着教育要注重激发人的创造性，全面提高人的素质，现代化的人所具备的一切素质都源于其主体性的发挥，教师作为现代教育的承担者应立足于培养学生的创造性思维能力，从各个角度发挥学生的主体性，进而使之贯穿于教学改革的各个环节之中。     

论发展高师学生主体性的心理学教学

影响高师公共心理学教学效果的原因是多方面的。其中 ,学生主体性的丧失是高师公共心理学教学效果欠佳的深层原因。故而 ,心理学教学中 ,教师必须从有效学习的三个必要条件来审视教师教学的主体意识和主体行为 ,发展学生学习的主体性。     

我国个人所得税征管现状与改革措施

通过对我国现行个人所得税及其征管存在的问题进行了细致的探讨分析，提出了加强税法宣传，培养、提高全民的纳税意识，改革现行课税模式，采取综合所得税制模式，加快个人所得税征管网络化进程，进一步完善个人所得税的双向申报制度等相应的改革措施。
