Some factors affecting mother-child relationships following low birthweight delivery in a Nigerian sociocultural environment

Twenty mothers with low birthweight babies, cared for in a neonatal unit and kept in incubators (as index group) and 20 mothers with full-term babies (as control group) were studied to determine the extent of maternal separation and deprivation following delivery and the effects of these on mother-child relationships. The population was prospectively sampled and an interview method using a structured questionnaire, was adopted to obtain the information for the study. The result showed a delayed post-partum contact, negative reactions and some delays in maternal attachment in mothers of premature infants. Nevertheless, some degree of adjustment in the mother-child relationship, as shown by some positive perceptions of the infants, took place 6 months after leaving hospital. Other social and cultural factors that may contribute to the negative reactions of the mothers to premature delivery are highlighted.     

基于应用型人才培养的《动物营养与饲料学》课程体系改革与实践

无土栽培生菜吸钾规律研究

采用砂砾模拟培养形式研究生菜需钾规律,结果表明,不同营养条件下,生菜生长及钾素吸收有明显差异,施氮降低钾的吸收,适量的磷促进钾的吸收,钾水平的提高有利于钾的吸收.     

浅谈营养均衡与亚健康状态的关系

营养与健康问题越来越引起人们的注意,但由于人们对饮食问题认识不足,导致营养失衡,造成健康得不到应有的保障.研究亚健康人群的现状和成因,对预防和减少亚健康人群比例,进一步提高国民身体素质,具有重要意义.

根据耐力运动对蛋白质需求的特殊性,综合国内外的研究进展,对耐力运动中蛋白质代谢特点、补充蛋白质对耐力运动的影响、耐力性运动员蛋白质的补充方式三个方面进行了阐述,并提出尚需进一S步探讨的问题。     

亚高原条件下高原训练的营养恢复

亚高原情况下机体为了从低氧空气中争取更多的氧而增加呼吸量,影响了机体的正常酸碱平衡,使食欲减退,能量供应不足,线粒体功能受到影响,因此代谢降低。因此要制定科学的用餐计划,研制富含特定营养素的运动员专用食品或运动补剂,以使运动员获得足够的运动营养,从而取得理想的运动成绩。     

《食品卫生与营养》应用型课程建设的探索

食品卫生与营养课程是一门理论性、实践应用性并重的课程,是烹调工艺与营养高职专业的专业核心课。为达到培养应用型人才的目的,需进行应用型课程建设。本论文从师资队伍建设、课程标准开发、课程教学内容构建、教学方法以及考核改革、课程资源库建设六个方面阐述食品卫生与营养应用课程型课程的建设。     

Effects of pH and<Emphasis Type="Italic">Eh</Emphasis> on release of nitrogen and phosphorus from sediments of West Lake

The effects of pH andEh on release of nitrogen and phosphorus from sediments of West Lake under different conditions were investigated by simulation test. Results showed that the net flux of NH₄ ⁺-N release from sediments increased with pH, but NO₃ ⁻-N showed negative-going release at all tested pH levels. The net flux of NH₄ ⁺-N release from sediments was higher under anaerobic or aerobic condition of the overlying water, but only under aerobic condition would net release of NO₃ ⁻-N occur. It was also shown that phosphorus released was mainly in its inorganic form, higher pH and anaerobic conditions of overlying water greatly stimulated release of phosphorus. In situ measurement at several West Lake locations indicated that sediment resuspension induced by boat propeller stimulated nutrients release from sediment into overlying water. 不同铵硝比的氮素营养对菠菜氮磷钾吸收的影响

不同铵硝比的氮素营养对菠菜氮磷钾养分吸收影响显著。(1)铵硝比对于菠菜各部位含氮量的影响不大,随着铵硝比的下降,菠菜植株累积的氮素显著增加。(2)适当增铵有利于磷、钾的吸收和累积;铵硝比为25:75的处理,菠菜植株中磷、钾含量和累积量均最高。     

讨论式教学在营养与食品卫生学中应用满意度研究

为了解学生对讨论式教学在营养与食品卫生学中应用的满意度,论文针对某高校预防医学本科生进行了调查。结果显示,学生对讨论式教学比较重视且满意度较高,讨论后的技能考核得分要高于讨论前的技能考核得分。讨论式教学能激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生的实践能力,但其推广还需进一步研究和探讨。
