辅导员工作与学生心理健康教育初探

高职院校学生心理健康问题主要与社会因素影响、生活与就业压力增加、环境适应能力欠缺与有关。辅导员作为学生心理健康教育工作的组织者和实施者,应当时刻关注学生的心理健康问题,通过引入生动的案例宣传,开展职业能力培训指导,营造温暖的生活环境,组织多种社会实践活动,担任学生的心灵导师,从而促进学生的全面健康发展。     

Pre-service teacher training in health and well-being in England: the state of the nation

This paper presents findings from a survey of pre-service teacher training institutions in England with regard to the provision of health and well-being education. It examines factors affecting the inclusion of health and well-being, and explores educational implications in light of the changing landscape of pre-service teacher education in England. Provision of health and well-being education is noticeably variable across institutions, and many course leaders are unclear about the coverage in their partner schools. Course leaders regard health and well-being as an important part of the curriculum, but the focus is usually on generic health-related themes such as child protection and behaviour management, which address Government priorities, rather than on specific topics such as education about diet, drugs, alcohol, smoking, sex and relationships and physical activity. The paper argues that these aspects should be addressed for pre-service teachers to have an increased sense of self-efficacy and become capable health promoters.     

自尊研究的历史与展望

自尊是个体在社会比较过程中获得的有关自我价值的积极评价与体验。自从自尊的概念被提出以来,自尊的研究就一直受到心理学家们的重视,成为心理学研究的一个重要领域。自尊对个体的认知、情绪、心理健康和个性发展均有着重要的影响。通过对以往的研究进行分析、归纳和总结,结果发现:对自尊的研究主要集中在概念、结构、发展特点、测量及其与心理健康的关系等方面,其中自尊的结构和自尊与心理健康关系的研究是自尊研究的重点。本文从这五个方面对不同时期自尊研究所面临的主要问题及所取得的重要研究成果进行梳理,在把握自尊整体发展脉络的基础上力图对自尊未来的发展趋势进行展望。     

医疗保障转型中政府与市场的关系：以有管理的竞争理论为视角

政府与市场的关系作为医疗改革中的核心问题,随着各国医疗改革实践逐渐趋向于采取有管理竞争的方式,即实现政府与市场相结合的模式。医疗保障运行机制中,由政府制定严格规则,引入市场机制,增加医疗卫生资源和服务供给。同时政府对整个过程进行全面的监管,防止市场失灵,保障国民适度的医保权益,提升其健康水平。     

Between education and psychology: school staff perspectives

When discussing contributions from psychology in/to educational practices like school-based mental health promotion, it is peculiar that psychologists (of an educational or clinical kind) or education-oriented sociologists, both not often based in schools or classrooms, dominate the topic. It has been acknowledged that school staff have been over looked and underutilised in contributing to the discussion, particularly as this pertains to sharing perspectives on how they experience their role in relationship to education policy and practice. The study presented here looked to address this situation by seeking the perspectives of school staff on a range of concerns situated at the nexus between education and psychology. Contrary to the type of displaced assessment intimated above, this group of school staff generally accepts they perform a crucial task in supporting students, their main concern being to incisively question how they might negotiate existing role-related pressures to better current school-based practice.     

Collective Bargaining and District Costs for Teacher Health Insurance: An Examination of the Data from the BLS and Wisconsin

District costs for teachers’ health insurance are, on average, higher then employer costs for private-sector professionals. How much of this is attributable to collective bargaining? This article examines the question using data from the National Compensation Survey (NCS) of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the state of Wisconsin. In addition, the impact of collective bargaining on employer costs is decomposed into the impact on total premiums and the employer’s share of those premiums.     

浙江省基层医疗卫生事业单位绩效工资制度实施现状与对策研究

根据绩效工资制度的政策初衷及基本要求,对浙江省基层医疗卫生事业单位实施绩效工资情况进行调查,在总结其改革现状与剖析所存在问题基础上提出了相应的促进对策。     

山岳旅游地文化内涵的景观呈现设计手法探讨--以麻城龟峰山寿养文化为例

有效地将文化内涵予以呈现是山岳旅游地转型升级、寻求差异化发展、提升竞争力的关键举措。在分析麻城龟峰山发展现状尤其是文化内涵呈现存在的遮蔽问题的基础上,引入景观设计的相关理念来探讨其寿养文化内涵的呈现。并提出从营造寿养文化氛围、注意形象标识及景观节点设计、强调景区主题与功能分区文化景观主题的一致性、优化景区空间格局四大方面来呈现龟峰山寿养文化的构想。     

研究生自我概念和心理健康的关系:心理弹性的中介效应

为了探讨研究生自我概念和心理健康的关系以及心理弹性在其中的中介作用,采用自我概念量表(简化版)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对740名硕士研究生进行调查,并使用AMOS 24.0软件在自我概念、心理弹性和心理健康之间建立结构方程模型,检验心理弹性在研究生自我概念和心理健康之间的中介效应。研究结果发现:(1)男性自我概念得分显著低于女性(t=-2.033,p<0.05),心理弹性得分(t=2.796,p<0.05)和坚韧性维度得分(t=3.455,p<0.05)显著高于女性;(2)研究生自我概念、心理弹性、心理健康得分显著相关(p<0.01);(3)自我概念既直接预测心理健康(β=-0.386,p<0.001),又通过心理弹性间接预测心理健康(β=-0.263,p<0.001),中介效应占总效应的31.9%。因此得出研究生的心理健康与自我概念、心理弹性密切相关,心理弹性在自我概念和心理健康之间起部分中介作用的结论。

党和国家高度重视高校心理健康教育教师队伍建设工作,教师队伍的专业化尤为重要。在“立德树人”教育方针的时代背景下,高校心理健康教育专业化教师队伍的精准构建在学生和学校层面都具有必要性。文章从以健全准入机制和正确的职业定位、理顺教师梯队建设、提供优质的实践活动、完善考核体系和奖励机制四个维度阐述高校心理健康教育专业化教师队伍建设的有效途径。
