反映植物性状特征的W-T模式

本文依据任何一个环境因子对植物生长发育与产量影响都存在3个基点,通过必要的简化假设,推导出一个简单适用能反映各种植物性状特征(如单产、材积量、平均胸径等)与水热因子关系的W—T模式,经检验拟合效果好,并可进一步用于植物分布、配置、产量分析以及气候变化对农林影响研究等方面。     

Mycorrhizoremediation an enhanced form of phytoremediation

Study of plant roots and the diversity of soil micro biota, such as bacteria, fungi and microfauna associated with them, is important for understanding the ecological complexities between diverse plants, microbes, soil and climates and their role in phytoremediation of contaminated soils. The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi （AMF） are universal and ubiquitous rhizosphere mi- croflora forming symbiosis with plant roots and acting as biofertilizers, bioprotactants, and biodegraders. In addition to AMF, soils also contain various antagonistic and beneficial bacteria such as root pathogens, plant growth promoting rhizobacteria including free-living and symbiotic N-fixers, and mycorrhiza helping bacteria. Their potential role in phytoremediation of heavy metal （HM） contaminated soils and water is becoming evident although there is need to completely understand the ecological complexities of the plant-microbe-soil interactions and their better exploitation as consortia in remediation strategies employed for contaminated soils. These multitrophic root microbial associations deserve multi-disciplinary investigations using molecular, biochemical, and physiological techniques. Ecosystem restoration of heavy metal contaminated soils practices need to incorporate microbial biotechnology research and development. This review highlights the ecological complexity and diversity of plant-microbe-soil combinations, particularly AM and provides an overview on the recent developments in this area. It also discusses the role AMF play in phytorestoration of HM contaminated soils, i.e. mycorrhizoremediation.     

荞麦主要农艺性状研究

对10个苦荞收集系的农艺性状进行了研究,结果发现:10个苦荞收集系中,除了TA4和TA14收集系的苦荞总分枝数与株粒数、主茎节数与株粒数呈负相关外,其余收集系的苦荞株高与株粒数、总分枝数与株粒数、主茎节数与株粒数都呈正相关。并且10个苦荞收集系中的TA8与TA15、TA15与TA4收集系的千粒重之间差异不显著,其余收集系的千粒重之间都具有显著差异性。     

植物中Ca2+调节的蛋白激酶的研究进展

钙(Ca2 )是多种信号途径的第二信使,蛋白质磷酸化与脱磷酸化是信号传递的主要途径.蛋白激酶主要催化蛋白质的磷酸化作用,参与细胞信号识别与转导.Ca2 调节的蛋白激酶与细胞Ca2 信号进一步传递有密切的关系.     

关于云芝培养胞外液溶煤产物应用的研究

利用云芝(Polyporous versicolor)培养胞外液溶解产物进行农作物栽培和水煤浆制备试验.研究结果表明,在盆栽条件下溶煤产物明显刺激玉米苗和蒜苗的生长,增强其抗旱能力;溶煤产物添加于大同煤样水煤浆中,有明显降粘作用.     

《植物生产环境》教学中实施案例教学探究

深化教学改革,提高教学质量是每一个教育工作者应思考的问题.理论与实践相结合,注重学生技能的培养是对农科教学的基本要求.案例教学是实现理论与实践相结合,培养学生分析问题和解决问题能力的有效途径.阐述了传统的《植物生产环境》教学过程中存在的问题,案例教学的作用及实施环节,指出在教学过程中应处理好案例教学和传统教学的关系,实施案例教学应注意的问题.     

机械零部件的树形管理及工艺卡编制

根据产品的结构提出零部件的树形管理方法,构成制造BOM,同时可以将这些数据导入数据库,通过 VBA开发实现零件的分类汇总、自动统计计算等功能,并可制作成机械加工工艺卡。     

Efficient propagation with in vitro seed germination of Vanda falcata

Vanda falcata (Thunb.) Beer (Orchidaceae), a famous native orchid of China, Japan, and Korea, is known as one of the most beautiful and charming orchid species in the world (Ohwi, 1965; Lawler, 1984; Arditti, 2008). V. falcata is widely cultivated and delights the world with its compact plant shape, elegant white blooms, and sweet coconut-like scent. However, vegetative propagation by division has limited the development of V. falcata because of its inefficiency (Mitsukuri et al., 2009a, 2009b).
