化工装置仿真实训是高职院校工科学生技能培养的重要实训教学环节。由于化工装置仿真的项目内容多,操作性强,与化工生产过程的关联紧密。针对实训运作过程中存在的问题提出了提高化工装置仿真教学质量的六条措施:构建"能力本位"课程体系,优化职业课程和化工装置仿真内容;坚持"理实一体化"的教学思维,将基础理论知识学习与仿真实训操作实训环节有机结合;完善教学手段,丰富学习方法;加强教学团队建设,提高指导教师业务素质;整合校内外教学资源,优势互补,克服仿真实训的弊端;参照国家职业资格证制度,完善考核方式,建立科学、合理的评价体系。 相似文献

Lean six sigma is a management methodology that firms can employ to achieve substantial improvement in supply chain performance. However, few pedagogical exercises facilitate students’ use of a comprehensive set of lean six sigma principles within a supply chain context. We describe the Airplane Supply Chain Simulation that helps students understand how lean six sigma concepts may be leveraged to improve supply chain performance. The basis of this simulation is a four‐tier supply chain, consisting of suppliers (two tiers), a manufacturer, and a customer, that produces three models of paper airplanes to meet randomly distributed customer demand. In the first of three successive runs, a highly structured simulation is executed in which supply chain roles are well defined, material flows are convoluted, and a “push” production strategy is followed. The first simulation as the “current state” and, for the second and third simulation runs, challenge competing student teams to leverage lean six sigma concepts to develop a “future state” that enables the fulfillment of all customer orders at the lowest cost. Results based on statistical analyses of survey response data from 194 MBA students show that the Airplane Supply Chain Simulation is an effective participative, team‐based learning tool. 相似文献

虚拟现实的产生和发展无疑为加强地理科学研究提供了强大的手段和方法上的支持.本文从虚拟环境的角度出发,给出了一个黄河仿真系统的建设方案,它包括数据源、三维仿真地形库、三雏仿真模型库、三维仿真虚拟实现四大模块.然后详细探讨了黄河仿真系统的关键技术: ①通过对三维图形开发工具OpenGL的原理、实现功能等的分析,提出了在黄河仿真系统建设中OpenGL技术的具体应用实现方法,实现了实时动态漫游; ②基于MultiGen Creator的真实感三维模型建设; ③利用OpenGL和MO来实现三维场景与二维电子地图的互响应;这充分发挥了三维场景与二维电子地图各自的优势,有机地结合了三维虚拟场景的直观性、现实性、局部性和二维电子地图的宏观性、整体性、简洁性的优点,同时又克服了三维虚拟场景漫游的方向迷失感和二维电子地图的抽象多义性. 相似文献

Workflow management systems coordinate and allocate work through the various stages of executing business processes. The benefits of such systems appear pervasive, but no hard data is available that confirms that their implementation improves organizational performance. In part, this is due to the difficulty of measuring the effects of enterprise-wide initiatives in general. In this paper, the results are presented of a longitudinal, multi-case study into the effectiveness of workflow management technology. The study builds on a novel methodology that combines field work and computer simulations. Through its application, the contribution of this technology to conduct business processes faster and with less effort could be quantitatively assessed. Surprisingly, only a fraction of the projects that were followed in this longitudinal study led to a fully operational implementation of a workflow management system at all. Even so, in most of the projects where such a system was introduced this resulted in substantial improvements. We present success and fail factors for the implementation of this technology within organizations, which we inferred from a follow-up analysis. The novel methodology presented in this paper is thought to be of value to track the performance effects of introducing other technologies or organization concepts as well. 相似文献

On a kayak ergometer, an accurate simulation of the athlete-paddle-kayak system kinematics is essential for analysing the relationship between technique and performance. The purpose of this study
was to establish a strong relationship between performances on flatwater and performances on an ergometer by means of propulsive
force measurement and drag models. Two trials were performed by 12 kayakers in which they were first timed over 250 m of flatwater
kayaking (the reference test) and were then asked to perform a trial of the same duration on the ergometer with the same perceived
physical exertion. Three techniques for measuring propulsive force and three drag models generated nine combinations, which
were all evaluated for their ability to estimate kayak velocity. For each combination, the distance covered by the athlete
on the ergometer was simulated. A kayakers’ ergometer ranking was based on the average velocity in the ergometer trial. Both
distance and ranking were compared to the on-water results. The simulation with the best combination of force measurement
and drag model gave an accurate estimate of distance (253 ± 10.5 vs. 250 m) and ranking compared to the reference test. 相似文献
