信息管理科学研究的新领域、新成果——评《网络时代的知识产权信息管理》

由马海群教授撰写的《网络时代的知识产权信息管理》是一部具有时代感和开拓创新内容的学术专著。它分析了网络时代知识产权管理理论的社会价值,开拓了知识产权制度研究和信息管理科学研究的新领域,初步构建了网络时代的知识产权信息管理理论,具有较高的实践应用价值和较强的现实指导意义。     

面向教学的信息资源定制系统设计与实现

徐州师范大学图书馆利用J2EE技术,开发了"面向教学的信息资源定制系统"。包括 用户登录子系统、定制信息显示子系统、定制信息发送子系统、信息资源定制子系统和后台维护 子系统。图1。参考文献8。

本文对ECIP计划中自动编目的MARC标准设定问题及自动编目系统实现的设计思想提出了自己的不同见解。     

论汉代文献整理的思想和方法

两汉文献整理思想,主要有求真的文献整理态度、博通的文献观、系统的文献考辨思想、成型的文献解释模式和传统文献学思想的发展。汉代发展和创新了文献辨伪、版本、校勘、注释、标点、翻译、目录等方法。这些方法互相影响,互相促进,使文献学方法构成一个有机的整体,建构起文献学的基本框架。作为体系的文献学,在汉代已经形成。     

The Effects of Darkness and Lightness Cues in the Visual Depiction of Political Actors Involved in Scandals: An Experimental Study

Reports about political scandals have increased lately. Yet the general impact of news visuals and the specific role of lightness and darkness cues in images of scandalized politicians remain unclear. With the help of an experiment, the present pilot study examined the influence of candidate images and the effects of particular image backgrounds (light versus dark). While the foreground of the image depicting a politician involved in a scandal remained unchanged, the background was systematically altered. The results revealed that a light background had a positive effect on recipients’ attitudes toward the politician. In contrast, participants exposed to a dark image background demanded a more severe punishment for the politician.     

Susceptibility to Deception in a Political News Interview: Effects of Identification,Perceived Cooperativeness,and Ingroup Vulnerability

This article explores people’s susceptibility to political deception. Participants watched a news interview in which a politician either answered all the questions or deceptively evaded a question. In Study 1 (n = 202), deception is perceived through the dodge being irrelevant for voters who do not identify with the politician. In Study 2 (n = 618), partisan voters consider the politician more deceptive, and acting more deceptively, when the politician has their opposing party affiliation, independent of whether he dodges. When the politician shares their party identification, voters identify with the politician more and consider his responses more relevant. Findings are consistent with theoretical positions of identification, the cooperative principle, and social identity.     

韩国最新图书馆法研究

概述韩国的法律体系、韩国图书馆法律体系以及韩国《图书馆法》的发展历程;着重从图书馆运营机制、发展规划、图书馆职责、弱势群体服务等方面阐述韩国《图书馆法》(法律第11310号)的主要内容;借鉴韩国经验对我国图书馆立法工作提出建议。     

1980年～2004年中国图书馆法治研究述评

对二十多年来中国图书馆法治研究的进程,作出了基于量化分析的描述;对研究内容、研究重点和研究方向上取得的主要进展和成就,作出了概括、分析与评价。     

基于工作流的产品制造流程系统体系研究

工作流管理系统为制造企业的产品制造流程系统应用提供理论基础和技术支撑。本文提出了面向制造企业的产品制造流程模型和基于工作流技术的产品制造流程系统体系,通过该系统体系可以实现产品制造流程的自动化执行。     

图书馆资源管理模型的变革与实践

阐述了在Lib2.0时代,图书馆需求发生了重大变革,创新文献资源管理平台的管理模型刻不容缓。为适应我国城市区域性图书馆发展集成服务的需求和高校合并之后多馆管理的需求,提出从传统的单馆集中管理作业模式拓展到多馆分布管理及多馆集中分布式管理作业模式。调整了传统图书馆集成系统的作业流程,完善了相关功能,构建了动态的图书馆资源管理平台的管理模型,并进行了相关实践。
