教科书价值取向研究——以高中思想政治课为例

教科书是国家进行价值观控制的中介,也是新课程理念的重要呈现方式,通过内容分析法对高中思想政治教科书进行分析,可以揭示出其在公民意识教育、意识形态教育、道德教育等方面的价值取向.     

新时期提高高职生思想政治工作实效性和针对性的思考

在当前新世纪、新时代、新形势下,如何加强和改进高职生的思想政治工作,是当前高校思想政治工作者和教育工作者面临的一个新课题。详细分析了高职生这一特殊群体,在新形势下思想方面出现的新特点,并结合高职生的思想特点指出高职生思想政治工作的主要任务和内容,以及新时期下,提高高职生思想政治工作实效性和针对性的方式方法和途径。     

Technopolicing,surveillance, and citizen oversight: A neorepublican theory of liberty and information control

In modern society, we see the struggle to balance the proper functioning of government with the interests and rights of the people to access government information playing out all around us. This paper explores the relationship between liberty and security implicated by government surveillance and citizen-initiated efforts to cast the gaze back at the government (so-called “reciprocal surveillance”). In particular, this paper explores how a neorepublican conception of political liberty, defined as the absence of the possibility of domination, can inform future information policy research in this area. The paper concludes that, to be fully non-dominating, government must respect and provide effective institutional and legal mechanisms for their citizenry to effectuate self-government and command noninterference. Establishing liberal access rights to information about government conduct and mechanisms that ensure that citizens can effectively command noninterference are justified on the grounds that they reduce the possibility of arbitrary, and actual, interference with the right of the people govern themselves.     

Candidates’ use of informal communication on social media reduces credibility and support: Examining the consequences of expectancy violations

ABSTRACT

This experiment (N= 476) investigates how individuals evaluate political candidates who use informal communication on social media. We use expectancy violations theory (EVT) to predict that informal communication will lead to negative evaluations. Our results suggest that politicians’ use of informal communication on social media leads to expectancy violation, which decreases perceived credibility and lessens intention to support a candidate. This effect was not moderated by sex (male versus female) or age (young versus old) of the candidate, nor of participants being the same sex as the candidate. These findings suggest that political figures should use informal communication on social media with caution.

人机互动视域下高职院校思想政治理论课教学存在的问题及对策研究

以教师和学生为双中心、以多媒体技术为载体的人机互动教学方式在思想政治理论课教学中已经取得了卓有成效的进展,但在进展过程中仍存在人机互动主体不均衡、互动内容形式化、互动方式狭隘化和互动反馈机制边缘化等现象。为进一步提高高职院校思想政治理论课教学的实效性,还需要树立科学的人机互动观念,打造合理的人机互动过程,构建完善的人机互动反馈机制,以保持教学生态均衡发展。     

财政补贴对研发投入的影响——基于政企关系的视角

在我国深化体制机制改革的关键时期,如何有效促进企业的研发投入是一个急需研究的理论和现实问题。主流理论认为政府对企业发放的财政补贴促进了企业的研发投入。但是,这种促进作用的效果如何?以深交所1 466家上市公司为样本进行实证研究,发现财政补贴对企业的研发投入产生了正向影响,支持了主流理论,认为目前我国大多数地区普遍采取的通过财政补贴来促进研发投入的措施是合理的。进一步,引入在我国普遍存在的包括国有产权性质和企业高管政治关联在内的政企关系并实证发现,政企关系的引入降低了财政补贴对研发投入的促进作用,可见政企关系不利于企业的研发投入。要发挥财政补贴对研发投入的促进作用,需采取措施降低国有产权和政治关联等政企关系在研发投入中的作用。     

Political Parody and Public Culture

Parody and related forms of political humor are essential resources for sustaining democratic public culture. They do so by exposing the limits of public speech, transforming discursive demands into virtual images, setting those images before a carnivalesque audience, and celebrating social leveling while decentering all discourses within the “immense novel” of the public address system. Parody culminates in modern laughter, which is the shock of delighted dislocation when mediation is revealed. That laughter provides a rhetorical education for engaged spectatorship.
