商麦5226灌浆期旗叶酯酶同工酶的研究

以商洛市不同种植区的商麦5226为材料,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法 ,对商麦5226灌浆期旗叶酯酶同工酶进行电泳分析。结果显示:不同种植区商麦5226灌浆期旗叶共电泳出16条EST同工酶酶谱带,其中,EST1-a、EST1-b、EST1-c、EST2-e、EST2-g、EST2-j是商麦5226稳定的特征谱带,可作为鉴别商麦5226的同工酶特征图谱;商洛北部区域种植的商麦5226灌浆期旗叶EST同工酶条带数在海拔较高种植区域相对较多,不同种植区商麦5226灌浆期旗叶酯酶同工酶均具有明显的多态性,显示商麦5226具有较强的适应性。     

互联网上的蛋白质二维凝胶电泳(2DE)数据库资源

为了有效地实现信息资源的交换和共享 ,很多国际知名的实验室和研究机构均建立了各种蛋白质相关数据库。相对蛋白质序列数据库而言 ,蛋白质双向凝胶电泳 ( Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,2 DE)图谱数据库分布比较分散。本文介绍了发布蛋白质 2 DE数据的主要研究机构 ,分门别类地作了综合性、哺乳类、植物类、微生物和真菌类等专业蛋白质 2 DE数据库的数据内容、特色评价 ,并对两个 2 DE专业搜索引擎的数据来源、检索功能等方面作了描述与评价。本文最后提出 ,今后蛋白质 2 DE数据库的建设过程中应加强数据的标准化、图谱显示格式的统一化

两种缓冲液条件下人血清蛋白醋酸纤维薄膜电泳结果的比较

设定相同的实验条件,对巴比妥缓冲液和硼酸盐缓冲液两种电泳结果进行比较．巴比妥缓冲液条件下,样液扩展的总长度为3．5cm,可以清晰显示4条色带;硼酸盐缓冲液条件下,样液扩展的总长度为4．5cm,可以清晰显示5条色带．另外,在实验成本及对环境的污染方面,硼酸盐缓冲液也优于巴比妥缓冲液．因此,开展人血清蛋白醋酸纤维薄膜电泳实验,硼酸盐缓冲液完全可以替代巴比妥缓冲液．     

纳米TiO_2对染料敏化纳米薄膜太阳电池的影响

在染料敏化纳米薄膜太阳电池中 ,纳米TiO2 是重要的组成物质之一 .用溶胶 凝胶法制备纳米TiO2 的过程中 ,为了控制纳米TiO2 的大小及晶型采用了一系列方法 .主要介绍热处理方法及实验结果 .随着热处理温度的升高 ,纳米TiO2 的晶粒度随着长大 .而且当水解pH～1 ,热处理温度达到 2 70℃时就已经有 43 %的金红石相纳米TiO2 出现 .通过计算发现 ,其中金红石相纳米TiO2 比锐钛矿相纳米TiO2 的晶粒度大得多 .将制备的纳米TiO2 应用于染料电池 ,通过太阳电池的测试实验证实 ,合适的热处理温度可得到较好的光电转换效率     

甲基睾酮的毛细管电泳法测定

摘要:建立毛细管电泳一紫外检测法测定甲睾酮片荆和复方八维甲睾酮胶囊中的甲基睾酮含量的方法．在250 llnl波长处,以3, 5一二硝基苯甲酸为内标物,分离电压为20 kv,用10 mmol／L硼酸盐缓冲浪(pH 7．4)作毛细管电泳的运行液,被测姐分与内标物得到快速分离．甲基睾酮的进量样浓度在2．0-150斗g,mL范围内与电泳峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r为0．999 2,检测限为1斗咖L该方法简便、快速、重现性好,-q-,~于甲基睾酮的质量控制．     

Science Letters： In-situ synthesis and luminescence properties of titanium oxide gels containing 1,10-phenanthroline europium（Ⅲ） complex

It is difficult to directly dope europium complexes in gel because the excessive water or high acidic condition may lead to their decomposition. We prepared a novel homogeneous TiO2 gel containing Eu-phen complexes by using an in-situ synthesis method. The formation of Eu-phen complexes in sol-gel derived TiO2 was confirmed by luminescence excitation spectra. The effects of temperature and aging time on in-situ synthesis are discussed. The luminescence spectra of gel containing europium complexes were also compared with the pure Eu-phen complexes.     

Proteomic analysis of the serum in patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension

Idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension(IPAH) is a rare disease of unknown etiology.The exact pathogenesis of pulmonary arterial hypertension is still not well known.In the past decades,many protein molecules have been found to be in-volved in the development of IPAH.With proteomic techniques,profiling of human plasma proteome becomes more feasible in searching for disease-related markers.In present study,we showed the protein expression profiles of the serum of IPAH and healthy controls after depleting a few high-abundant proteins in serum.Thirteen spots had changed significantly in IPAH com-pared with healthy controls and were identified by LC-MS/MS.Alpha-1-antitrypsin and vitronectin were down-regulated in IPAH and may be valuable candidates for further explorations of their roles in the development of IPAH.
