电子商务平台用户在线评论比较研究

用户在线消费评论是电子商务平台客户评论系统的核心内容之一,也是潜在消费者网络购买决策的重要依据。本文运用内容分析和对应分析法对B2C电子商务平台用户评级和用户评论内容进行比较研究。结果表明,不同网站用户评论存在显著差异,用户评论受商品类别的影响和中美网站用户评论存在文化差异。研究结论对完善平台用户评论管理和营销管理具有重要的理论和实践价值。

调整完善教学内容体现"特色+精品"理念

为充分体现我校“特色加精品”的办学理念,应着重调整完善课堂教学内容,增加地质专业基础课程学时,注重少而精;对周口店地区教学实习内容再次进行重大改革,野外实习过程中减少由教师带领的路线,增加学生自主观察路线;把地学类学生独立填图时间延长至十天或更长,每人填图面积不少于3km2,培养学生动手能力;实习报告以填图范围的说明书形式编写。以达到使学生既学到专业知识,又初步掌握野外工作能力的目的。     

析高职师范专业学生的职业技能培养

高职师范专业学生的职业技能包括口语表达技能、文字表达技能、教学工作技能和班主任工作技能等四项内容.有计划、有目的地训练师范生的职业技能,并将这些内容细分成若干个项目进行考核,对提高师范生的综合素质、从师任教的能力具有重要意义.     

The Possibilities of Historical Research

ABSTRACT

The authors outline results of 3 studies conducted to examine the structure of disciplinary knowledge from reading measured through proximity data. In Study 1, 168 third-grade students were asked to read a science text and rate the relationships of keywords from the passage. From these ratings, comprehension scores were calculated that related well to a free-recall measure of science reading comprehension and differentiated poor and proficient readers. In Study 2, 176 third-grade students were given the proximity data measure on science text along with measures of prior knowledge, questioning, and text searching. In Study 3, 160 ninth-grade students were given the proximity data measure after reading a social studies text that varied on the presence of text signals and familiarity. The findings of this study extend the literature on the cognitive processing that contributes to higher order comprehension of information text among elementary and secondary students.     

走出语文课程评价的困境

作为语文课程改革促进者的语文课程评价在理论和实践中遭遇了"两难困境",成为语文课程改革的制约因素,探寻走出"两难困境"的路径成为亟待解决的难题。应从观念改造、内容改造、方法和形式的改造三个维度,检视"两难困境"产生的原因,探索改革的路径和方法。     

中国数字内容产业的创新模式分析

目前我国数字内容产业的发展落后于发达国家，主要是我国数字内容产业的创新不足。本文从宏观和微观层面入手，提出了数字内容产业的五种创新模式，并分析了它们之间的相互影响以及各种模式的创新难度，根据分析结果，提出了我国数字内容产业加快创新发展的建议。     

Inhibition of preadipocyte differentiation by Lycium barbarum polysaccharide treatment in 3T3-L1 cultures

BackgroundLycium barbarum (also called wolfberry), a famous Chinese traditional medicine and food ingredient, is well recognized for its significant role in preventing obesity; however, the molecular mechanisms underlying its preventive effects on fat accumulation are not well understood yet. The aim of this study was to determine the effects and mechanism of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on the proliferation and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. MTT was used to detect the proliferation of 3T3-Ll preadipocytes. Oil red O staining and colorimetric analysis were used to detect cytosolic lipid accumulation during 3T3-L1 preadipocyte differentiation. Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology was used to detect peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ), CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein α (C/EBPα), adipocyte fatty-acid-binding protein (aP2), fatty acid synthase (FAS), and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) expression.ResultsThe concentration of LBP from 25 to 200 μg/mL showed a tendency to inhibit the growth of preadipocytes at 24 h, and it inhibited the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes in a dose-dependent manner. In the preadipocytes treated with 200 μg/mL LBP, there were reduced lipid droplets in the cytoplasm, and its effect was opposite to that of rosiglitazone (ROS), which significantly reduced the PPARγ, C/EBPα, aP2, FAS, and LPL mRNA expression of adipocytes.ConclusionsLBP exerts inhibitive effects on the proliferation and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and decreases the cytoplasm accumulation of lipid droplets during induced differentiation of preadipocytes toward mature cells. Above phenomenon might link to lowered expression of PPARγ, C/EBPα, aP2, FAS, and LPL after LBP treatment. Thus, LBP could serve as a potential plant extract to treat human obesity or improve farm animal carcass quality via adjusting lipid metabolism.How to cite: Xu X, Chen W, Yu S, et al. 高职教育中Photoshop课程改革的探索

Photoshop课程作为高职教育的专业技能课程,不能再按照传统教学方法进行,教学改革势在必行.为此,本文从目前状况、教学内容、教学方法三方面对Photoshop这门课程的教学进行了分析和研究.     

基于引文内容挖掘的科技创新路径识别方法与开源工具研究

[目的/意义]分析科技创新路径识别研究中用到的主要研究方法与开源工具,提出利用引文内容挖掘实现科技创新路径识别方法及开源工具。[方法/过程]首先,基于引文分析、结构洞分析、凝聚子群分析、文本内容挖掘、引文内容挖掘等不同角度分析了科技创新路径识别的主要方法;其次,从数据源、文本格式、挖掘内容、处理能力等方面阐述了用于实现引文内容挖掘的科技创新路径识别的3个开源工具：Mallet、Knime、NLTK;最后,分析了实现科技创新路径可视化的5个开源工具：Pajek、Ucinet、Gephi、D3.js、VOSViewer。[结果/结论]通过研究发现,利用开源工具深入挖掘引文内容中蕴含的丰富语义信息,识别不同引用动机,进而进行可视化展示可以有效的实现科技创新路径表达。
