关于大学生心理资本现状的调查与思考——以陕西省四所大学为例

采用问卷调查方法,运用大学生心理资本量表对陕西省四所高校740名学生的心理资本进行施测,并使用SPSS17.0软件做数据统计。结果表明,大学生心理资本总体水平较高;大学生心理资本得分在不同性别、年级、专业类别以及是否担任学生干部、有无实习经历等因素上有显著差异。     

The Effects of Mass Media Use and Social Capital on Civic and Political Participation

More recently, many scholars have lamented the decline of social capital, civic and political participation in American society. This study attempts to clarify the concept of social capital and its major components. We differentiate two dimensions of social capital: trust and social connectedness. In addition, we investigate the differential effects of a full range of media use on civic and political participation.

Analysis of data from a telephone survey in Clarksville, Tennessee in 2002 showed that people's social connectedness enhances both civic and political participation. Time spent in reading newspaper and watching public affairs on television was positively correlated with political participation whereas frequency of Internet use and entertainment TV viewing was not. The results also showed no correlation between media use and civic participation. Implications of the findings for future research on democratic citizenship were discussed.     

A Pressure Chamber of Innovation: Google Fiber and Flexible Capital

On March 17, 2010, the United States Federal Communications Commission identified broadband as “the great infrastructure challenge of the early twenty-first century.” One month earlier, on February 10, 2010, in anticipation of the FCC's announcement, Google announced its intent to build ultra-high-speed broadband networks across the United States to serve as a model for overcoming this challenge. Since then, Google Fiber, as it is called, has succeeded in being recognized as a model for other communities interested in establishing ultra-high-speed broadband infrastructure. This article serves as an analysis of the political economic consequences of this particular configuration of broadband infrastructure, and argues that Google Fiber operates as a mechanism of flexible capital whereby the emphases on short- over long-term relationships, meritocracy over craftsmanship, and the devaluation of past experience in favor of potential outcomes are embedded in the institutional and technical infrastructure of ultra-high-speed Internet.     

Children's conceptions of the earth,sun and moon

Understanding of the Earth/Sun/Moon system represents a major cultural nexus in the history of ideas as well as being an important conceptual area in junior science teaching. The situation is one in which the objects in question can be observed but do not lend themselves to hands‐on experience in the case of the Sun and Moon or to obvious meaningful experience of the system in the case of the Earth.

Children from 9 to 12 years of age were questioned using a clinical interview technique and stimulus materials, about the shape, size and motion of the Earth, Sun and Moon. A number of alternative views appear to be held. The use of a similar procedure with a group of children would seem to offer a powerful teaching methodology in which both teacher and students gain from the dialectic learning situation that is developed by this technique ‐ apart from providing insights concerning children's understanding.     

《教育世界》与清末图书馆建设

《教育世界》是我国最早的教育专业杂志,发起人为罗振玉。他通过《教育世界》,将西方的教育制度、教育思想、教育方法和图书馆学思想系统地向国内传播;在立足国情、放眼世界的基础上,作为杂志发起人的罗振玉向清政府提出了建设京师图书馆的宏伟构想,并得到了清政府的积极响应和大力推行,《教育世界》对推动我国公共图书馆的建设有“开基”之功;《教育世界》将近代西方图书馆新异的办馆体制、运行模式介绍到国内,有力地促进了清末图书馆运动的发展,对我国近代图书馆建设有积极意义。     

Investigating Relations Between Facebook Use and Social Capital Among College Undergraduates

This article examines relations between Facebook® (FB) use and social capital among 530 undergraduate students. The results demonstrated that using FB habitually was associated with gains in online bridging and offline network capital. This study also examined 2 motivations for using FB: the motivation to socialize with others and the motivation to improve one's status. Results showed that using FB for sociability reasons was associated with increased online bridging and bonding. Using FB more for status than for sociability was not associated with decreased online bridging and bonding. Finally, the results provided evidence of the sociability motivation mediating the relationship between FB habit and online bridging and bonding. Theoretical implications are discussed.

国际资本流入的结构随国家而异,而不同结构的国际资本流入对东道国经济发展的影响也大为不同。研究流入东道国的国际资本的结构将有助于将国际资本流入的纳入最有利于其经济发展的轨道。

本文从研究与开发费用的处理方法、摊销和损耗及信息披露比较入手，着重分析我国研究与开发费用采用费用化的局限性，并就研究与开发费用的会计处理提出了建议。     

风险投资主体多元化:必要性、障碍与对策

目前，我国约有百余家风险投资公司（基本上有官方资本背景）相继成立，但风险投资业务并没有充分展开，风险投资事业总体上发展缓慢。必须抓住风险资本存在巨大供求缺口这一主要矛盾，以推动风险投资主体结构多元化为当前的发展突破口，积极引导私人、企业、银行、其他金融与非金属机构等共同参与风险投资。文章站在投资者立场上分析了这些市场主体至今不愿涉足风险投资的原因，提出了引导它们共同参与风险投资的对策建议。
