基于现代农业发展的丘陵山区农用地整治分区与发展策略——以重庆市云阳县为例

农用地整治分区以及相应的差异化整治策略一直都是学界关注的热点,但多目标导向和局域约束条件的提炼仍稍显薄弱。本文尝试将丘陵山区现代农业发展这一社会选择目标与农用地整治分区这一既定目标相结合,提出多元化整治目标函数的研究范式。这一范式的形成不同于之前学者运用案例比较和收益—成本分析等方法提出的分区目标,而是运用机制设计理论讨论现代农业发展与整治分区相互关系和作用渠道的基础上得出的综合目标函数。在此理论框架下,本文以重庆市云阳县为实例,基于土地利用规模化、经营现代化和生态景观管护3个主要变量,24个操作指标,运用一般均衡和动态优化的思路,以最大化社会总剩余为目标,提炼各整治类型区(优先整治区、适度整治区、优化调整区、重点整治区、限制整治区)现代农业发展的约束条件,进而提出不同整治类型区的发展策略,据此提出的发展策略与研究地区未来的土地利用规划和产业发展规划更为契合。     

从杨元元自杀看高校文化和道德意识的缺失

杨元元事件昭示出的大学工作人员教育性意识缺乏问题,反映了大学在文化、思想方面存在着严重的缺陷.这种缺陷导致大学的制度品质降低,意义贫乏,风气萎靡.杨元元事件产生的社会历史原因为:由于未对封建文化进行彻底地清理和革新,因而无法建设起显现大学本质和宗旨的现代大学文化和制度;教育原因为:由于教育目的工具化,因而引导工具性目的产生的功利性意识成为教育的核心观念,并且衍生出了教育领域中的势利传统,导致了类似于杨元元事件的教育悲剧的发生.     

论基础英语与专门用途英语的教学关系

就英语专业的基础英语教学和专门用途英语教学的联系分析,我国大部分高校的英语教师缺乏一个清晰的理解与掌握。本文分析了基础英语教学与专门用途英语教学的本质所在,阐述且解释了这里面的一些模糊认识,指出专门用途英语课程依然是以语言教学为中心,应当使学生获得提高英语水平、学习专业知识、训练专业英语表达的＂一举三得＂的学习效果。     

Repertoires of practice: Re-framing teaching portfolios

Teaching portfolios have been widely used in pre-service teacher education programs for approximately two decades and often constitute exit requirements and/or function as a requirement for entry to the teaching profession. Yet much has been written about teacher candidate confusion as to whether the portfolio's purpose is to document their learning and their identity formation as teachers or to serve as evidence of their teaching competence. This paper applies a sociocultural historical lens to this issue, exploring the possible role of teaching portfolios as an effective tool both for the negotiation of identity and for the demonstration of teaching competence. Through examining the perceptions of teachers who are in their first five years of teaching, we seek to re-frame the above issues in relation to repertoires of practice, a sociocultural historical phrase referring to shared competencies within a given community. We conclude that this re-framing enables novice teachers to understand competencies as the repertoires of the teaching profession and that they can enact these repertoires, or competencies, through a range of different practices. Through this re-framing, the purposes of the teaching portfolio may be more apparent and less contradictory.

A new test for China? Stages in the development of an assessment for professional purposes

It is increasingly recognised that attention should be paid to investigating the needs of a new test, especially in contexts where specific purpose language needs might be identified. This article describes the stages involved in establishing the need for a new assessment of English for professional purposes in China. We first investigated stakeholders’ perceptions of the target language use activities and the necessity of the proposed assessment. We then analysed five existing tests and six language frameworks to evaluate their suitability for the need of the proposed assessment. The resulting proposal is for an advanced-level English assessment capable of providing a diagnostic evaluation of the proficiency of potential employees in areas of relevance to multinationals operating in China. The study has demonstrated the value of following a principled procedure to investigate the necessity for and the needs of a new test at the very beginning of the test development.     

基于ESP理论的非英语专业翻译教学探索

专门用途英语（ESP ）教学中的需求分析早在20世纪70年代被提出来,应用于当时的成人教育。但需求分析对于当今大学英语翻译教学仍然具有重要意义。基于学生对翻译课程的需求进行问卷调查,对学生翻译课程的需求问卷做如下两类分析：目前情景分析和目标情景分析,问卷分析的结果为大学英语翻译教学课程设置和改革提供依据并带来启示。
