对运动员竞技能力非衡结构补偿理论的几点思考

运动员竞技能力非衡结构补偿理论与“积木模型”的创建实现了竞技能力系统结构与功能的统一,在训练实践中正在作为一种指导性理论得到推行。作者对该理论提出了几点思考,认为：一般模型不能满足运动员竞技能力个性化发展的要求,而竞技能力非衡结构个体模型的建立存在构建原理与方法上的困难;运动员竞技能力非衡结构稳定性在内外可控与不可控因素的作用下只存在于某一阶段;部分运动员的竞技能力非衡结构会因敏感要素的相同或类似表现出群类特征。

2004年2月国际体操联合会在瑞士举行会议,讨论2005～2008年男子竞技体操新规则,并下发新规则变化的草案。从体操发展历史上看,体操规则的变化对体操的发展将产生极其深远的影响,它是体操发展的指挥棒,引导体操未来的走势。     

The Effects of a Group Contingency Strategy on Behaviorally Disordered Students in Physical Education

Abstract

An A-B-A-B time-series design was used to determine the effectiveness of a group contingency strategy in modifying on-task behavior of behaviorally disordered students in a physical education setting. A younger group (n = 12) with a mean age of 7.8 years, and an older group (n = 11) with a mean age of 11.2 years, participated in a study in which activity reinforcement for each group was contingent upon correct observation of the rules established for class. The group contingency strategy was significantly effective in increasing the percentage of on-task behavior of both groups of students. In addition, there was no significant difference in the response to treatment between younger and older students, and there were no individuals within either group who did not respond favorably to treatment.

合作学习中自我监控的探析

运用情境实验和问卷测量的方法,可以测量合作学习中自我监控水平不同的学生在合作学习的小组活动自评中的差异.自我监控高的学生比自我监控低的学生对组织者有更积极的评价,但在对合作学习的喜爱程度上却比不上自我监控低的同学.     

大孔吸附树脂柱色谱法分离纯化重楼皂苷过程中的质量控制与评价

以重楼根茎粉末为原料,加热回流提取粗皂苷后,用近红外在线检测AB-8大孔吸附树脂除杂和洗脱分离的全过程,并以近红外光谱判别变量为表征手段,将分离过程分为四个阶段。分别对每个阶段收集的洗脱液进行比色和水解,通过离线的紫外光谱和高效液相色谱分析,结果显示,用70%的乙醇对大孔吸附树脂中除杂以后的重楼总皂苷进行洗脱,基本能将重楼总皂苷分为几类有效组分群。

Requisite participant characteristics for effective peer group mentoring

Effective mentorship, due to the developmental nature of the experience, hinges upon the people involved—specifically, the personal characteristics of the mentoring collaborators. In this paper, the author explored requisite participant characteristics for peer group mentoring. One dozen executive-level professional women shared their stories-of-experience as participants in peer mentoring groups. A thematic analysis was utilized to investigate the narrative data from these interviews. Findings suggest that these participant characteristics include (a) an intrinsic interest; (b) a learning disposition; (c) a commitment to the mentoring experience; (d) comfortability with vulnerability and having the courage to share struggles; and (e) an inherent desire to support others in their learning, growth, and development.
