Educational management in transitionalized world of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning in Thammasat University

Education reforms in transitionalized world arose first against neo-classical education or ＂humanistic education＂ which resembled classical education in many respects, with the most concern being in both majority and minority of students. Besides, they resembled in that their effects force the instructors teach for the tests, to make the curriculums change to standard, to push the students to become the academic entrepreneurs, etc. Necessarily, the academic of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning in Thammasat University has been adjusted. Then, this quantitative in research approach focuses on educational management guidelines. The open-ended questionnaire and structural interview are main instruments. Percentage, mean, mode, standard deviation, F-test and Pearson-correlation were used for analyzing the data. The research finding reveals that the mainstream and the alternative aspects in the educational management guidelines concern with external factors such as the entrepreneurs＇ satisfaction, the standardization and the students＇ voices. The entrepreneurs＇ satisfaction relates to the general qualifications, identifications and abilities of the graduates under the trend of selecting between government universities and private universities in rate of 3：1. The standardization means new curriculum structure： 25% of general basic courses, 10%-I 5% of elective courses and 60%-65% of architectural program courses. The students＇ voice indicates the reduction on central control and standardized testing.

私募股权在中小企业筹资中的应用

私募股权不仅可以给中小企业带来资金,还可以帮助中小企业提升经营管理水平、提高知名度和影响力、成功上市,对中小企业发展起到积极作用。本文立足于我国中小企业融资难的背景,分析了私募股权投资的特点和我国私募股权融资的动因,从宏观层面和中小企业层面探讨了我国中小企业私募股权融资存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进建议。     

创业文化对创业者创业动机影响的实证研究

在创业文化要素研究基础上,提出了个人主义、创新认知、挫折意识和道德法制观念对于创业者创业动机存在激励关系的假设。针对90家天津市独立或合伙创立企业的创业者心理行为展开实证研究。通过随机抽样、电子问卷调查和数据回归分析处理得出上述创业文化要素对创业者创业动机存在激励关系传递规律。研究结果表明:创业文化要素中的个人主义对于创业动机有明显的激励作用;创业文化要素中的创新认知与创业动机之间存在激励关系;挫折意识与社会性创业动机之间具有相关性。     

Emerging Bioinformatic Networks: Contesting the Public Meaning of Private and the Private Meaning of Public

This paper explores the complexity of public/private identities in the emerging global economies of gene sequence mapping and analysis. In so doing we seek to offer a less over-determined acccount of what it means to describe institutional actors as either 'public' or 'private'. Instead, these 'codes' can be seen to offer actors a means of mutual positioning that, more usually conceals broader interdependencies within the world's bioinformatics networks.     

明清时期苏州学术研究昌盛与私家藏书兴旺之关系
